• Jorge (9/5): Casa tranquila y bien equipada - Las personas que lo gestionan fueron siempre muy amables, la zona es bastante tranquila y la casa tenia de casi todo. Las camas eran supercomodas y la cocina y el baño muy bien equipados. Las escaleras de subir a los dormitorios son terribles, muy empinadas, no son para cualquier persona. La gente mayor seguramente tenga problemas, nosotros por suerte no tuvimos.

• Andrea (8/5): Ganz okay, aber zu viert würden wir dies nicht mehr buchen - Die gute Busverbindung und das unkomplizierte Ankommen. Es war uns nicht bewusst, dass die Schlafzimmern keine Türen haben und auch dass wir durch ein Schlafzimmer gehen muss um ins nächste zu kommen. Die Treppen sind sehr steil und die Stufen waren sehr kurz für normal große Füße. Dies sollte in der Beschreibung stehen.

• Dora (9/5): Kényelmes, több szintes szállás - Jól felszerelt, kényelmes apartman, kényelmes ágyakkal. Kurt & Sandra mindig elérhető, segítőkész szállásadók. A belváros kb 10-15 perc tömegközlekedéssel. Legközelebb is itt foglalnék. A hálószobák meredek lépcsőn közelíthetők meg, mozgási nehézséggel, vagy kicsi gyerekkel problémát okozhat. A St Pieters pályaudvar kb 35 perc, a közvetlen járat fél óránként jár (hétvégi tapasztalat) de átszállással is megközelíthető.

• stefan (5/5): - Der Standard in Belgien ist ein anderer als in Deutschland. Die Ferienwohnung hat zwar viel Platz, aber die Ausstattung hatte ich mir besser vorgestellt. Letztendlich war lediglich die Küche in Ordnung. Badezimmer Silikonfugen nicht sauber. Sofa reicht gerade so für drei Personen. Fernbedienungen teilweise ohne Funktion. Stühle in der Küche sehr unbequem. Es führen zwei Treppen in die Obergeschosse. Diese sind sehr steil und haben nur bei den Stufen eine geringe Auftrittsfläche. Solche Treppen würden in Deutschland nicht genehmigt werden. Dann gibt es keine Türen zu den Schlafzimmern. Dann war von einem Balkon/ Terrasse die Rede. Es handelt sich lediglich um ein Flachdach. Es gibt keine Sitzmöglichkeit auf der Dachterrasse, da die sich dort befindliche Bank nass war und bei dem schlechten Wetter während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt werden konnte. Weiterhin waren die Fenstergriffe an den vorhandenen Fenstern defekt. Ein öffnen der Fenster war nur sehr schwer möglich. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Straße, wo sich das Haus befindet, fast nicht vorhanden. Lediglich vormittags gab es den einen oder anderen Parkplatz. Alles allerdings kostenpflichtig und auf die Dauer sehr teuer. Nachts haben wir auf einem Großparkplatz, ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Haus, geparkt- kostenlos -. Was auch noch negativ ist, es gibt lediglich ein Wandfenster zur Straße, was im unteren Bereich nicht durchsichtig ist. Ansonsten gibt es im Wohnbereich lediglich im Dach befindliche Kunststoffkuppeln. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Ferienhaus nicht weiter empfehlen.

• Alfredo (8/5): Buena relación calidad precio - Muy espacioso y tiene todo lo necesario. Se podía ir al centro de Gante andando. Las escaleras son muy verticales y los peldaños muy pequeños. Daba un poco de miedo al bajar.

• svetlana (9/5): - Wir waren zu zweit und hatten dadurch ganz viel Platz. Das wollten wir aber so, dass jeder sein Schlafzimmer hat. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir haben hier wunderbar gefrühstückt und schöne Abende genossen. Tagsüber waren wir ja unterwegs. Die Treppen sind schwierig, aber das wussten wir. Außerdem sind viele Häuser in Belgien so gebaut. Deswegen bezeichnen wir das nicht als negativ: ist eine Tatsache und man muss vorher wissen ob man damit klar kommt. Alles war sauber. Genügend Decken, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Alles fertig bezogen und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Häuschen ist allgemein für den Preis super. Für den gleichen Preis gibt es sonst ein 18 m2 Hotelzimmer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Mit der Parksituation muss man sich im Vorfeld auseinander setzen, dann ist alles einfach. Vor der Tür findet man schwer einen Parkplatz. Das wussten wir aber, ist auch logisch, wenn offene Straße ist. Deswegen auch das finden wir nicht negativ. Man weiß es und man muss darauf vorbereiten sein etwas weiter zu parken und zu laufen. WLAN perfekt. Schlüsselorganisation super. Die Lage ist nicht zentral. Auch das weisst man vorher und mit Auto kein Problem das Zentrum zu erreichen. Es gibt auch Busse, aber dazu können wir nichts sagen. Wir sind allgemein sehr zufrieden. Das Bad ist geräumig und gut organisiert, aber.... dadurch, dass das Deckenfenster nicht einfach offen zu bekommen ist, wird darin kaum gelüftet. Wir haben das Fenster auch nicht offen lassen können, sonst wird bestimmt der Regen einen Schaden einrichten. Der Geruch nach muffige Feuchtigkeit ist extrem und der wird unangenehm von den Handtüchern aufgenommen. Der Abfluss am Waschbecken ist verstopft. Beide Abflüsse müssen dringend regelmäßig durchspüllt werden. Der Heizkörper könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen.

• JOICEY (8/5): Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber. - Gut, Sauber. Alles gegeben was gebraucht hat. Der Schlafzimmer obere Stockwerke war nicht so angenehm weil enge Treppen. Keine Toiletten oben.

• Lynne (8/5): Good location, lovely comfortable, quiet house. Steep staircases. - Location was great. Approximately 10 walk to centre for us. Quiet area. Spacious kitchen, very bright and well equipped. Bedrooms were a great size and comfortable Staircase has been mentioned in other reviews but they are narrow and steep. I think they are typical in Belgium however so you get the authentic experience. However, you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the next staircase that leads to the upper bedroom. There are no doors so this may or may not suit all visitors.

• Bd (7/5): Overall it’s pretty good! - + huge house with 2 floors + I would say available for even 6 ppl (the couch can be used as a bed as well if you know how to unfold it) + lots of kitchen stuff (we saved a lot of money by eating the breakfast and dinner at home since it has all the kitchen equipped well) + dishwasher / washing machine / oven / microwave / tv / Bluetooth speaker + location is perfect (about 10 min from center with the tram) and very quiet around that neighborhood + bus station very close (just around the corner) + the weather was a bit chilly when we arrived but the house was warm enough and on the colder nights the heater turned on automatically + kitchen design it’s pretty, has some big windows on the roof (ceiling?), it’s very bright (on a brighter days) and nice to enjoy the sky view while eating - the stairs are pretty steep (my parents couldn’t go on the upper floors since they had to use the bathroom often and during the night getting down on the stairs can be challenging) - 1 bathroom for 2 bedrooms and 1 living room (if it happens to go frequently to the bathroom than it’s not a good idea to sleep on the upper floors since the stairs and the wood it’s squeaky) - tv it’s working perfectly fine but if Netflix or YouTube is your fav streaming than it’s gonna kill your patience (the remote controller buttons are not working that well or maybe the battery is almost off) - not sure if the bed covers are changed with the ones from the drawers we saw on the first and second floor (but please hopefully not, or either wash them first) because we’ve seen some common clothes moth on those - for washing machine please ask the owner how to use it bc we couldn’t (the water wasn’t connected to the machine or either we pushed the wrong buttons but we fully followed the instructions left on the machine) - the shower water doesn’t leak that well and the wood thing in front of the shower can be very slippery (please be careful while showering and walking outside the shower since it a lil higher from the floor)
• Ana (8/5): Nice (careful with stairs) - A lot of space, big kitchen, big bathroom, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, easy to get the keys, Carrefour and tram nearby. The steps on the stairs were too small, you have to walk with your feet to the sides. Bathroom located downstairs, far from bedrooms, which makes it complicated to go during the night (stairs problem). Not enough soap and shampoo for 2 nights and 3 people. Parking was not so easy to find close to the place, but this is already a European problem, not only here.
• Marsida (7/5): Despite some inconveniences, the stay offered comfortable amenities in a somewhat distant location. - Although location was a bit distant it was easily accessible by tram or bus. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The stairs to the bedrooms were dangerously steep and narrow, posing a risk of falling and making them inconvenient to use. Toiletries were insufficient for 4 persons for 2 nights.

• Sharda (7/5): Cute house, quick drive to Ghent downtown. - Cute house, not too far away from the Ghent downtown. Had good skylights. I wish there were more fans to use. The dryer cycle in the washing machine didn't work effectively. It'd have been nice to have a couple more toiletries (shampoo, at least) besides a simple shower gel dispenser on the wall. There was one hand soap dispenser and we were sharing it between kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Also, collecting city rent in cash (3 Euro per person per night) - i understand that it's a city requirement, but it'd have been nice to get it incorporated in the overall stay cost.
• Jareliz (7/5): Good - Well-equipped apartment. Comfortable for our 2 night stay The stairs! They were very steep,small, and creaky. My mom has knee issues and the stairs were difficult for her. Also, she stayed downstairs on the couch one night because she had to go to the bathroom and didn’t want to wake anyone up with the noise and the lights. Please add a picture of the stairs so guests can make an informed decision.

The stairs to the bedrooms I didn't find to difficult, but maybe it is different when you bring a lot of luggage. Parking is street parking, but we managed to find a spot quite easily and pretty close to the place. Costs something like 3,50 per 24h.

Separate bedrooms on the floors with very comfortable beds. And additionally a roof terrace. Good location in charming Gent. I only missed the washing machine manual in English. I couldn't find on the internet ... And an additional sun lounger on the terrace.
