- Charles (7/5): This Apt. would be good for locals but not for Foreign travelers as none of the staff speaks English - The Apartment was decent and great value Even though it's close to the Beach, the location is not safe. My mobile phone was robbed. The thief snatched the phone from my hand and ran away. Since my phone was robbed, I couldn't call uber or 99 taxi, it's very difficult to get taxi in that area. The staff/reception at the desk refused to call taxi for me, as they reasoned stating that it's an apartment building not a hotel. Wifi didn't work in Apt. 103 for some weird reason as explained by the staff. I had to come down at the lounge near the front desk for WIFI
