• Saad (1/5): اطلب تعويض منكم يا بوكينق - نمل في كل مكان تم تغيير الشاليه الى اخر وشاليه سيئ جدا ارجو التعويض نمل في كل مكان التكييف سي مكان الاقامه مختلف تماما وتم نقلي الى شاليه اخر ومع الاسف كله نمل وسيئ جدا جدا ارجو تعويضي
• احمد (1/5): - الموقع ارض فاضيه والمضيف لا يجيب ع الهاتف والموقع بعيد جداً عن المدينه ومكان مخيف تم ابلاغ مركز شرطة العارض ورفع بلاغ لا يوجد شاليه من الاساس

I have booked with two weeks in advance and the day of the check-in I contacted the number provided to inform them of my arrival time and they told me to cancel the booking, because the property was already occupied! They didn’t even contact me to let me know this in advance in order to properly arrange a booking somewhere else.

• Yahya (10/5): Very Calm Relaxing environment. Super supportive owner and caretaker. - The Owner shared the Google Map location for the address and the caretaker was waiting at the premises. Owner kept checking on us via phone & WhatsApp just to make sure all was well. Caretaker was super friendly and supportive to show us around and clarified all the queries we raised.

Swimming pool is amazing. Looks so beautiful at lights out. Highly recommended. Thanks to the owner Khaled for great hospitality and comfort.

• Salaar (10/5): it was a plasent stay with everything being the same as it was showen in the pictures. the location is a bit far from ma - the property was beautiful! the decor and the furniture was very nice and the inside was clean. i really enjoyed my stay here and if i ever come back id love to stay here again
• Clarisse (1/5): Bad - I'm not happy during our stay.the chalet not clean and don't have electric,we wait for almost an hour for the electric to come,the caretaker is not approachable,we arrive the location but they didn't welcome us,we wait outside for almost 10 minutes even he see us.the floor not clean and also the bedroom not clean.
