• Fernando (7/5): Todo bien - Lo que más nos gustó es donde se ubica el apartamento, justamente por debajo de la Alhambra y empezando El Paseo De Los Tristes. Al piso le hace falta un repaso general, el suelo al pasar por la zona de la televisión temblaba mucho y el váter está muy pegado a la ducha y hay que sentarse de lado si tienes las piernas largas.

• Aneta (10/5): Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis und sehr nette Vermieter - Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft im Zentrum. Das Zimmer war top sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Sie beantworten alle Fragen sehr schnell und geben sehr gute Tips. Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Zentrum, alles Wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Komme gerne wieder! alles war perfekt 👍
• Anita (6/5): Para deportistas - La ubicación Lo catalogan como estudio pero es una habitación con una cocina pequeña y baño y la terraza como comedor pero como llovió no pudimos utilizarla. Además solo es para deportistas por que tienes que subir 4 pisos con una escalera muy estrecha. Asi que si no eres deportista no lo recomiendo. El anfitrión muy amable! La ducha estaba rota y perdía agua.

• Laura (8/5): - La posizione centralissima, perfetta per visitare sia la città bassa che le colline dell’Alhambra e dell’Albaicin. Il personale non è presente, ma è stato sempre disponibile via chat per darmi tutte le indicazioni del caso. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, con camera da letto separata e letto comodo. Andrebbe un po’ svecchiato in alcuni punti, ad esempio la serratura (ogni volta che dovevo aprire la porta ci litigavo) e il bagno. Inoltre faceva fatica a scaldarsi (ho visitato Granada che faceva parecchio freddo, ma immagino questo non sia un problema se ci si va in estate)

• Idoia (9/5): - La ubicación del apartamento en pleno centro de Granada y cerca de todos los lugares de interés de la ciudad. La Alhambra está a 15 minutos andando y los bares de tapas a 5 minutos. Todo estaba genial. Si tengo que señalar algo, quizá sería tener un sofá que una cama ya que es algo incómodo si quieres descansar después de comer o a la noche al volver al apartamento.

Pasamos algo de frío en casa. En la cocina hay un gran termo para el agua caliente que hace bastante ruido por la noche.

• Gregory (9/5): Top spot for Alhambra enthusiasts - This is the perfect location for visiting the Alhambra - you’re basically right below it, ready for a short walk in a park to the main entries. We four stayed two nights in two of the apartments. There was a little Christmas street noise but I’m sensitive to that and it didn’t bother me. There are mini supermarkets very close by to pick up some basic breakfast materials, plus the full range of restaurants from takeaway street food to take your weekly salary. There was a bit of chipped paint here and there and the rooms are small, but if like us you mostly want somewhere to sleep, the beds are fine. Also, don’t worry if the iOS mapping app sends you to a building site when you’re trying to find them… the apartments are real and about 100 m south of there. (Or use google maps.)

The bed in livingroom was really good! It would have been nice if there were hooks or stands for coats.

І все на стільки грамотно продумано що ти не помічаєш маленький розмір. І особливо сподобалась тераса, з неї відкривається неймовірний вид на історичний центр та памʼятки Гранади. Власник помешкання дуже приємна людина, він допоміг з парковкою нашого авто, зустрів, провів до помешкання, дав поради щодо відвідування Альгамбри, Фламенко і навіть різних кафе. Сподобалось все
• Vanessa (8/5): - Das Apartment entspricht den Fotos und bietet ausreichend Platz für eine bis zwei Personen. Die Küche ist in Ordnung und die Waschmaschine ein Plus. Die Dusche ist gross, mit sehr gutem Wasserdruck und warmem Wasser. Durch die sehr zentrale Lage ist es leider recht laut. Es gibt viel Lärm von Touristen vor der Haustür sowie ein Restaurant im Gebäude bis spät in die Nacht. Für Reisen mit Hund eher nicht ideal. Wer mit einem grösseren Fahrzeug anreist, sollte ausserhalb der Stadt parkieren. In der Innenstadt ist es sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden, besonders mit Fahrzeugen breiter als 1,9 Meter, zudem gibt es viele Fahrverbote. Insgesamt hatte ich einen guten und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt.

• CLAIRE (9/5): Petit appartement sur une belle place au coeur historique de Grenade. - En bordure d'une magnifique place, dans le quartier historique de Grenade, proche d'excellents restos et au pied du superbe quartier de l'Albycin. Tout se fait à pied. Le logement est petit, mais suffisant pour 2 personnes, permettant des couchages dans 2 pièces différentes. Marcos nous a transmis les informations la veille pour plus de facilités. Merci à lui. Je recommande. Disposer d'espaces de rangements dans la salle de bain (crochets ?), le salon et la chambre ( les armoires étant remplies de couvertures etc) serait nécessaire. L'éclairage était efficace mais froid. avoir des lumières indirectes rendrait l'espace plus agréable.

Anche i calici per bere un bicchiere di vino in terrazza e godersi Granada dall'alto. Oppure una caffettiera per il caffè appena svegli. Marcos é stato disponibile h24 e parla perfettamente italiano. -

• Jovana (9/5): Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it - The location is great, it’s very close to the main attraction, the Alhambra, and the city center is just a short walk away. The area in front of the building is lively in the evening, which gives a nice local atmosphere. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy at night, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

• Julia (8/5): Ubicación muy buena! - Me gustó mucho la ubicación. Tenía un balcón genial. En general al lugar le falta un poco de cariño. Las almohadas eran pésimas. No había segunda almohada, si querías leer, te las tenías que arreglar doblando la almohada en tres. La cocina no tenía todo lo necesario. Y el lugar estaba ocupado casi todo por varios tachos para separar la basura que podrían ser más pequeños.

• Jos (8/5): Eenvoud, schoon en goede service in het Centrum. - Het appartement was compleet, schoon en perfect gelegen in het centrum en bij het Alhambra. De super goede service van host Marcos maakten ons verblijf echt bijzonder. Hij maakt duidelijke afspraken en ontvangt je net buiten het Centrum en loost je door het drukke verkeer naar de parkeergarage( kost 25 euro per dag....maar zeker aan te bevelen!) Verder staar hij altijd klaar voor vragen of adviezen.

Appartamento carino e abbastanza pulito. Appartamento un po' buio, le uniche finestre danno verso la piazza, perciò non si possono aprire le tende senza che si veda tutto all'interno. Cucina molto piccola. La pulizia poteva essere un po' più accurata, anche se in generale soddisfacente

• Ire (10/5): Ottimo - Posizione eccezionale in pieno centro vicina a tutti le attrazioni principali di Granada. Il proprietario super gentile e sempre disponibile. Se devo trovare qualche difetto il terzo piano senza ascensore può non essere agevole per tutti, ma per noi non è stato un problema

• Azahara (8/5): - Sin duda la ubicación,y el excelente trato del anfitrión,con el detallazo de su llamada para dirigirte hasta la misma puerta del parking y del apartamento,porque entrar al centro de Granada no es nada fácil,y eso hizo que lo fuera, el apartamento muy bien
• STEBER (9/5): Wohnung in bester Lage - Mega Lage direkt im Zentrum, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Alhambra. Blick aus dem Zimmer auf historische Gebäude Super netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter!!! Bei kleinerem Problem, wurde uns ohne Wartezeit direkt geholfen. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto, zwingend den Parkplatz dazu mieten, da es keine Möglichkeit gibt sein Auto abzustellen. Super gerne wieder! Zu viert etwas eng, wobei es für uns kein Problem war.
• Emil (10/5): - Ubicación excelente, vistas preciosas, todo genial... 100% recomendado! Nada.
• Monica (10/5): - Ottima posizione, Marcos, il gestore, molto disponibile ed attento alle nostre esigenze
• Mireia (9/5): Excelente - La cama era muy cómoda. La cocina un poco pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario.
