• Eriko (5/5): 宿泊自体はとても良かったです、楽しく過ごせました - 外観は普通なのですが、中に入るととても良いです。 お部屋の清潔さ、ロフト、ジャグジーやテラスなどの設備、タオルや部屋着・アメニティーも充実していて、 家にいるようなくつろげるスペースでした。 コーラルブルーでの朝食も、味もよく、充実してました。連泊でしたが2日目の内容が変えてあって良かったです。 事前にホテルに予約をした夕食のレストランのコース内容と、人数が間違っていました。 また早い段階で時間変更依頼をしたのに、メッセージの返信がないまま2週間ほど過ぎてしまい、電話で問い合わせをしたら、結果変更ができずでした。 人数に関しては、大人をコース・子供をアラカルトにしたのに、コース数が違ったため、直接お店より当日直前に確認のお電話をいただき、対応できた状況でした。 メッセージでのやり取りが残っているのにもかかわらず、最終間違っていたので、かなりびっくりしました。 ホテル経由で予約を、とあったのですが、こんなことなら直接お店に予約したかったです。

• Elvis (10/5): Paradise - Loved the resort. Beach and snorkelling were out of this world. The rooms were gorgeous. Breakfast buffet was good. Dinner was excellent. The staff were incredible and so kind. Loved how we had access to all the resorts and how they’d shuttle us anywhere between the 8 resorts. The beach at the Shigira was amazing. Saw a turtle. Absolutely amazing 4 night stay!

• Benjamin (10/5): If you love snorkeling and want to splurge for a night or two in miyakojima you can’t beat this place. - Amazing snorkeling within 3 minutes of your door in front and back of resort. Nice little trails too. Great breakfast. Private hot tubs. Staff bowed for thirty seconds straight as shuttle left the resort- as American this was over the top but wow. Nice staff the whole time. Farther from the other resorts do more quiet, unique Expensive place (worth if you want to splurge and love snorkel) and expensive area to go eat even with the free shuttles off the property. That includes renting suits mask snorkel… costly! But if you bring your own mask/anorkel that you buy at a pharmacy it saves you like $20 a day.

• J (8/5): 현지인 가족들이 주로 묵어서 현지느낌을 느낄수있는 숙소 - 가족단위로 오기에 좋은곳인것같아요. 그리고 현지인들이 주로 투숙하는곳이다보니 조식도 그에맞춰서 나와요. 페브릭가구의 얼룩이 지워지지않다보니 시각적인부분에서 아쉬웠어요.

• MENG KO (10/5): 太棒了。有機會再去宮古島一定會再去住 - 服務人員都很貼心/ 環境優美乾淨/走路可以到私人海灘 沒有太多人的海灘，孩子可以盡情玩樂 內部餐點大多是冷食，如果要帶長輩要考慮一下食物的部分

• REIJI (9/5): - お部屋の中に階段があり、子どもたちが大喜びでした！ 目の前のインギャービーチもとても良いシュノーケリングスポットでした。 シュノーケルしてからすぐお部屋のジャグジーに入って体を温めることも出来て最高でした！ マリオさんやその他スタッフの方々のサービスもとても気持ち良く、フロントにいるロボットのちょこちゃんも可愛いかったです。 またぜひ宿泊したいと思っています！ 良くなかった点はほぼないのですが、電動カートのレンタルで戸惑った点がありました。 結果リゾート内を電動カートでドライブするのもとっても楽しかったので、もう少しスムーズにレンタルできたら良かったなと思います♪

• Ryan (9/5): Amazing. We will be back. - Exceptional staff. Easily the best service we’ve experienced anywhere. Fluent English made everything effortless, especially on a remote island. Every request was handled quickly and seamlessly, and they went above and beyond by securing dinner reservations across the island, even at non-affiliated restaurants. They even captured a late-night sighting of a spider in our room with a 5-minute response. Truly top-tier hospitality. The only minor critiques, and they’re truly nitpicks, would be that (i) the double beds in the living room were slightly firmer than the master bedroom mattress, and (ii) the in-room jacuzzi took quite a while to fill with hot water; the tap capacity felt a bit undersized for the size of the tub.

• Vuon Thanh (10/5): Beautiful Resort Experience - I had a wonderful stay at this resort in Miyakojima. The morning buffet was consistently delicious, with an impressive range of local dishes alongside Western and Asian options. The white sand beach is stunning and literally just steps from reception. Perfect for an easy swim or sunset walk. The staff were impeccable, considerate, thorough, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. The villa was beautiful, superbly furnished, and felt thoughtfully designed for comfort. Amenities were plentiful and readily available, which made everything feel effortless. The location is also ideal if you’re after a proper island getaway. Quiet, scenic, and relaxing. Highly recommend. The only downside was dinner at the resort restaurant. The option was a set package, buffet which included the nightly special, and I didn’t feel offered great value or variety compared to what’s available nearby. So I wouldn’t recommend relying on it for dinner. The good news is there are plenty of amazing restaurants along the seven-mile stretch of resorts, and the hotel’s shuttle bus makes it easy to travel to and from those options.

• PetraCz007 (10/5): - Velice ochotný a milý personál, to jsem nikde jinde nezažila, opravdu obrovský prostor pro 2 lidi, pohodlné postele a peřiny, krásné místo, snídaně bohaté a rozmanité. Krásná zahrada, udržovaná, velké parkoviště. Večeře už tak rozmanité nebyly, asi to bylo tím, že jsme zde byli mimo hlavní sezónu, ale dobré jídlo.
• 岡田 (10/5): - 部屋はとても落ち着いてほどよい広さで清潔感もあり満足です。洗濯機があるのがとても助かりました！荷物も軽くてすみましたし、帰ってからも楽でした。朝ごはんも充実していて大満足です！スタッフのかたの対応もよかったです！ ジャグジーのお風呂場がありましたが、隣のダイニングテーブルの部屋に大きな蜂がいたことで、そこと網でしか仕切られてないので、危険があったので利用どきませんでした。 外がすぐ森林なので、外風呂は利用しづらいです。 部屋によっては、窓で完全仕切れるようにしてもらえたらと思いました。 子供が140センチなのですが、パジャマのサイズの子供用Lはやや小さく、大人用のSは大きすぎる、ということで若干困りました。

• Yeo (8/5): - 한국말을 하시는 직원이있어서 간편하게 체크인했구요. 주변에 거북이 스팟인 시기라 비치가 있어서 해수욕하기도 좋았습니다. 아침은 그냥저냥..적절한 편이고 주변식당들은 다 예약해야된다고했는데, 저녁 8시쯤 지나서 가니 자리가 있어서 이자카야이용할수 있었습니다. 숙소가 유아 친화적이고 2층에 따로 놀이방(?) 같은걸 구비/ 자쿠지도있고 좋습니다. 또한 산책로도 있는데 경치가 좋았습니다. (사실미야코지마는 어딜가나 좋긴함)

• Andrea (10/5): Traumhotel mit Korallenriff - Die Lage ist absolut ein Traum. Beim hauseigenen Korallenriff (nur wenige Meter vom Ufer entfernt) sind viele verschiedene Fische. Das Frühstück ist hauptsächlich "japanisch" - ideal zum testen. Es gibt jedoch genug "westliche" Speisen, sodass jeder satt wird. Mit dem Ressortshuttle kann man zu weiteren Stränden fahren - und konnten sogar Schildkröten beobachten! Zu den vielen Restaurants kommt man mit dem Shuttlebus bzw. Tuktuk - super organisiert. Sehr freundliches Personal. gibt nix

• Yukiko (8/5): It was a small resort but I think it was full yet didn’t feel crowded at all. Staff are all nice and friendly. We may co - It was not over crowded and staff are all attentive. The room was very spacious and got everything we need. The room sofa wasn’t very comfortable. It can be smaller but would be nice for 4 of us can seat. The bedroom with ceiling window was hot and too bright in morning. We wish to have a ceiling shade.

• Anke (8/5): Very good - In our home country when your room gets cleaned it gets CLEANED and BEDS GET MADE. We had to specifically ask for this to be done, whereas it should come as a standard service. We wanted to hire canoes / kayaks and we were turned away at every facility we asked for canoe hire. So do not go there expecting to be able to hire canoes. Take swimmers ear drops with you.

My daughter loved the loft space. It’s good to have washing machine in the room and spacious terrace space. Although we didn’t really sat there because it was very hot days we stayed, but it was useful for us to hang all laundries. One of the bedrooms was little hot under the sun and got no shades on ceiling window. So we woke up very early because of heat and brightness. Hoping to improve the room set up. The sofa in the room wasn’t comfortable. It can be smaller and would be nice to have more chairs.

• Ariane (9/5): Superb - The resort is fantastic, featuring beautiful bungalows and a wide range of activities spread across its expansive grounds. I highly recommend renting a car during your stay (for foreigners: note that an international driving permit with a Japanese translation is required). The resort’s concept, with its many dining options, is very well thought out. However, the only downside is the need for early reservations, as many restaurants are fully booked days in advance. This leaves little room for spontaneity, which is quite unfortunate. A very special thank you to Moana-san, who took excellent care of us in English and made the impossible possible. I truly appreciate her outstanding service and hope to see her again on my next visit. TOP service—thank you once again!
