• VASILIKI (9/5): - Άνετο σπίτι για οικογένειες ή παρέα.Ανετα 8 άτομα ακόμα και περισσότεροι.Οι πέντε όροφοι σου δίνουν ιδιωτικότητα ειδικά αν πρόκειται για παρέα.Η γειτονιά πολύ καλή με πολύ κοντά στάσεις τόσο για λεωφορεία όσο και τρένο ή μέτρο Το κατάλυμα δεν προσφέρει φακελάκια τσάι ή καφέ,δεν υπάρχει ούτε ζάχαρη οπότε αν κάποιος φτάσει αργά το βράδυ πρέπει να φροντίσει να τα προμηθευτεί.Πολλα σκουπίδια έξω από το σπίτι, φαίνεται ότι είναι εκεί για εβδομάδες Υπήρξε μόνο ένας αντάπτορας για τις πρίζες οπότε αν έχετε συσκευές φόρτισης ευρωπαϊκού τύπου πρέπει να έχετε μαζί σας. Σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο, υπήρχαν σε ατομικές συσκευασίες αλλά σε αναλογία μια συσκευασία ανά άτομο.Αν κάποιος μείνει παραπάνω από μια μέρα δεν φτάνει.Οι πετσέτες το ίδιο, υπήρχε απο μια σε κάθε άτομο και μας σύστησαν σε περίπτωση που λερωθούν να βάλουμε πλυντήριο.

So happy to stay here !❤️💕🇬🇧 We had a problem with the early check in … but it was sorted and I got the refund 😊 what I really appreciate ❤️

• H (6/5): - The location was great with walking distances to bus stops and train station. It’s well equipped with an induction cooker, oven, microwave oven, toaster (although this was faulty), washing machine, and dishwasher. The unit is on the highest floor and not very accessible for a large group of people as the lift could only fit 2 at one time and you still would need to climb a flight of stairs to the unit after taking the lift. There was a pub downstairs and it would get quite noisy in the rooms at the lower levels late at night.
• Susana (9/5): Estancia muy placentera - La casa es muy bonita, tiene todos los detalles que uno pueda desear. Los electrodomésticos son de primera calidad, en la cocina hay todo lo que puedas necesitar no solo para desayunar o comer algo rápido, sino para cocinar comidas completas. Hay pastillas de lavavajillas, jabón de lavadora y muchos limpiadores y estropajos a disposición de los ocupantes. Los baños (hay cuatro completos y un aseo) también están equipado con todo lo necesario, desde toallas a báscula pasando por secadores de pelo. Son bonitos y funcionales. El agua caliente no escasea (pudimos ducharnos todos más o menos al mismo tiempo y éramos siete) y tiene suficiente presión. Las camas son muy cómodas y la ropa de cama confortable. Las habitaciones son todas muy amplias. Hay mesas y sillas suficientes para ocho personas al mismo tiempo y sofás suficientemente amplios también. En la planta más baja hay una televisión grande en la que pudimos ver películas cómodamente. La calefacción es también muy buena, la casa estaba calentita cuando llegamos. Algunas de las personas de nuestro grupo que preferían menos temperatura en sus habitaciones y la pudieron regular porque los radiadores tienen termostatos individuales. Hay lavandería con lavadora y secadora, las utilizamos y funcionaron perfectamente. Cuando necesitamos ponernos en contacto con la empresa que gestiona la casa contestaron al mail rápidamente. Todo es como aparece en las fotos. Hay un Tesco Express muy cerca, muchos restaurantes y pubs en la zona así como transportes públicos. Las escaleras son muy empinadas y los escalones muy estrechos, una persona de nuestro grupo se resbaló y cayó, por suerte sin consecuencias. Hay muchas escaleras además y no se pueden evitar, en la planta baja no hay ninguna habitación ni baño. Algunos desagües en los baños estaban algo lentos, deberían limpiarse para evitar que se acumule el agua en las duchas.

• Tim (9/5): Mega Haus - Alles da was man brauchte, Mega Küche, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. Schlüsselübergabe war wie bei vielen ein Problem, am Ende war der Schlüssel einfach am Haus in einer keybox hätte also kein Problem sein müssen.
• Laura (10/5): Stupenda!!! - La casa è veramente stupenda, molto curata anche nei dettagli. Le camere sono molto spaziose, luminose ben arredate. Abbiamo trovato anche alcuni adattatori per le prese. La cucina è dotata di ogni dettaglio. I bagni sono numerosi, molto spaziosi e ben organizzati (dotati di asciugamani e kit per igiene). Noi eravamo in 8 persone, tre famiglie, e ognuno ha potuto godere della propria privacy in quanto la casa è strutturata su 5 livelli. Questa casa è straordinaria, accogliente, pulita, e ci torneremo sicuramente. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un inconveniente nella consegna delle chiavi. Siamo arrivati alle 2 di notte e la proprietà ci aveva detto di aver posizionato una key-box nel cancello d'entrata. Al nostro arrivo, non siamo riusciti a trovare la box contente la chiave e siamo stati costretti a trovare un altro alloggio dove passare la notte. Il giorno successivo ci hanno mandato la foto di dove avevano posizionato la key-box: era in un posto assolutamente non visibile, soprattutto al buio (in basso nascosto tra i bidoni della spazzatura). Abbiamo chiesto (e ottenuto) il rimborso della notte non usufruita. L'indirizzo fornito tramite coordinate GPS non è corretto: il numero civico esatto è il 7 e non il 9 come dal loro indicato.

• Jurymast (10/5): Un bellissimo week end con amici a Londra - ci è piaciuto tutto,eravamo tre coppie di amici,e ci siamo trovati veramente bene, posso dire a nome di tutti che ha superato brillantemente le nostre aspettative. Unico neo : l' impossibilità di accedere alla casa prima delle ore 14:45,neppure per posare i bagagli visto che noi siamo arrivati con un volo mattiniero,obbligandoci a portarci dietro le valigie nella nostra prima visita della città.

• ANNE SOPHIE (9/5): Wonderful house is great location ! - Amazing location and really comfortable and cosy house ! The decoration was lovely too! Terrasse was a bit messy and I know it’s not the owners fault but the outside bins are only emptied once a week by the local municipality
• Chris (7/5): Great house, awful management - Fantastic house, however our trip was tainted before we even arrived. I spent 2 weeks emailing the management company, communication was so poor, mistakes on the booking, spelling mistakes in the emails, contracts to sign and they made us send photos of passports which I thought was very excessive and a bit dodgy. They also sent us a “fines” list, with costs associated with noise complaints etc. One of them stated a fine of £5000 if you were to have a party. It didn’t exactly make us feel welcome. Also, you need to go about collect the key to the house from a shop about a mile away. The house was roasting when we arrived and had to have all the windows open all night. Our particular bed was very uncomfortable, but the rest of the house was great.

• Roshini (10/5): Absolutely delighted to have stayed here during our first trip to london, hope it will still be around next time we come - Everything, super well equipped with everything you would want in an airbnb that was basically a hotel w its interior and all. We had 7 of us and this was the perfect decision. many of our friends and relatives asked my parents whom i brought on this trip what their fav part of london was and they said “the airbnb” hahahshs its for reals a must stay! There are just too many shops nearby as well it was almost too convenient stairs are slippery, i would recommend putting carpets… i had the worst tumble down a whole flight, mum and uncle fell too :(

Management company unreasonable and caused s - The Clapham Crib is great for a large group, as long as you don’t mind stairs as it has 5 levels. We loved the location and the well equipped house. Inside was very clean but outside filthy and unusable. Our biggest dislike about the property was the management company. They made check-in difficult and very stressful. Their request for personal information from every guest and their lack of clarity around how this would be protected left us feeling vulnerable to security fraud. The outside areas were filthy and unusable. We cleaned the back patio and table area and picked up garbage from the font yard but then found the bbq to be filthy and unusable. The property managers were responsive but not helpful. It seemed they don’t have any local staff. We were asked to stay home for a delivery (new washing machine) and to buy some tea towels for the property as we couldn’t find any. We weren’t told the washing machine wasn’t working until we had completed all the check in paperwork.

• Louise (9/5): An excellent property in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - The house was very spacious and the decor was superb. It was very well maintained and met all our needs. The house is very well designed and as two families it was ideal to have bedrooms across different levels to allow for privacy. The master bedroom and adjoining bathroom was very luxurious and we only we wish we could have spent more time in the house to enjoy all the facilities it had to offer. Would highly recommend and will definitely rebook for our next stay in London. Went to collect keys from Key nest shop and after waiting half an hour after being told the code was invalid, had to call to follow up only to be told that there was a delay with cleaning and keys weren’t there. Cleaner therefore remained in the house for two hours after our check in time. With having to check out by 11am we felt we lost a few hours of enjoying the property. This didn’t however impact on the quality of the property once we did settle in so a very minor negative.
• Emilie (9/5): Nice place for one person only having one key for a group is hard - This a beautiful home. In the master bathroom the floor is heated. The house was a little cold. Even though there were four of us staying they only give one key. Have one key was very inconvenient.
