• Brian (6/5): Pleasant - Location Sockets not working on counter top had to place toaster on the floor to use no mop and bucket couldn't mop toilets health issues lights not working in pool this is a legal requirement these were all reported to the office but got nothing done won't be using this company again
• Downie (10/5): I will definitely go back again. Was a enjoyable experience my my birthday week. - The property was clean and i love that it had a private pool to hang out when you are indoor. Its close to alot of places, gas station is as you exit the gate and a chinese restaurant aswell. We also love the access we had to get to the resort which was 4minutes away. You can get food and refreshments at the bar to purchase and also a tikki bar for who loves ice cream ect. Lovely place , music to entertain while having a water fun day. We will be back again!! I didn't like that it didn't have any beach towels to use at the waterpark . And I didn't like the fact we were ask to do laundry before leaving. I have never stayed anywhere and was asked to do that. I did it anyway.

• Dieter (1/5): I do not recommend booking with Wonder Vacation Homes. - Location Although we booked via Booking.com, we had to sign a separate agreement and deliver additional documentation directly to Wonder Vacation Homes. This process was quite tedious and I had to make sure beforehand, that this wasn't a scam. Not very customer friendly and not what you expect when booking via such a big and trusted platform. The house at Storey Lake was in a deplorable and declining state. Lightbulbs were broken everywhere around the house, the water and ice dispenser on the fridge did not work and the laundry dryer vibrated like it would be breaking trough the ceiling any moment. The furniture was scuffed all over and in desperate need of maintenance. There also was mold on the ceiling vent in the kitchen and in one of the kids rooms upstairs. We reported all the broken things to management but only some lightbulbs were taken care of. We were not able to wash our clothes during our whole stay of a week as we were told to refrain from using the dryer. They offered to take care of our laundry but frankly we didn't want to trust them with our clothes after witnessing their poor maintenance experience. Another very annoying thing: they keep spamming you by SMS and email during the whole stay. Most messages will come multiple times every day. After being back home in Belgium, we received an email accusing us of stealing their vacuum cleaner and informing us they were going to keep a part of our deposit. After a phone call asking them if they were out of their mind, they suddenly found it where I told them we had last seen it. Do not rent with this company! They don't take care of their properties and even less of their customers.

• Withnie (9/5): I'll bring a fan with me next time I go there so I can sleep a little better at night - I liked the house....the price....the location....the host responded on time...lots of stores were bear the property....my family and I enjoyed our stay and will return there again very soon I just didn't like the AC cant be lower than 72 degrees. I was very hot in the middle of the night and I didnt sleep well for the 3 nights I was there.. Too many rules about the AC
