• 典子 (8/5): 虫問題以外はとても良かったです - 季節がら仕方ないと思うのですが露天風呂の壁やお部屋の窓ガラスにカメムシがたくさんいました 浴室や浴槽にもいました それだけでも気持ち悪いのにこちらに向かって飛んできて 首にとまった時には大声で叫びました 臭いも取れず最悪の気分でした
• Shoko (7/5): 良かったです。 - 部屋・露天風呂・屋上からの景色が良かったです！ 貸し出しの浴衣もサイズ・柄いろいろあって楽しく選びました。 温泉もアメニティが揃っていて快適でした。 宮島まで行くにも良い距離感でした。 チェックインして部屋に行くと清掃スタッフの方が2名いて清掃中…「ロビーで待っててください」と。その際に部屋からの景色が少し見えてしまい、家族で部屋からの景色を見るのを楽しみにしていたので残念でした。結局荷物を持って1階のロビーに蜻蛉返りして20分くらい清掃が終わるのを待ちました。チェックインの時間はわかってるはずなのに、と思いました。 また、チェックイン時に夕食や朝食をつけたのですが、あとになってから「やはり満席で」と断られました。 このように2度も出鼻を挫かれたのが残念でした。

Il faut s'organiser pour aller à la gare, ya in bus et des taxis. Ça reste largement faisable. Et pt les oreillers un peu trop ferme. Ça n'a absolument pas nuit à la qualité des 3 jours passés.

Teníamos dos noches y no miraron bien y cuando volvimos la primera tarde, nos habían vaciado las habitaciones y llevado nuestro equipaje a otro sitio. Eso sí, disculpas ninguna. Tenían nuestro teléfono y correo electrónico o ver las reservas para no actuar así.

Pensaron que solo teníamos una noche reservada y nos sacaron todo de la habitación, maletas, ropa, cerra4on nueatras maletas para sacarlas y lo que no cupo, en cajas de plástico abiertas, mochilas que cerraron ellos. • NAO (9/5): 夕食と施設の充実さがとても良かった。 - 施設が充実しており、子連れだったので岩盤浴等は出来なかったが、カラオケは機種も古くなく、楽しめた。 夕食バイキングも当日頼んだが、柔軟に対応していただき楽しめた。刺身や蒸し牡蠣がありとても満足できるバイキングだった。 ツインベットの部屋だったが、子供の睡眠時落下防止の為、片方のベットを寄せたら下から埃と使用済みのクシが出てきた。その辺の清掃が行き届いているとより良いなと感じた。

• Murata (2/5): 設備、温泉、食事がいいけど、人がよくない！ - 部屋にも源泉掛け流しの小さなお風呂がある。部屋も広くて、対岸の宮島が瀬戸内海越しに見えて開放感がある。食事も広島らしい美味しいものがあり、満足感がある。 駅からタクシーで5分のところに行くのに、タクシーがいなくで困っている客に30分歩くことをすすめられた。夜遅く、女性にたいして、ほかの提案や対策をして欲しかった。 朝食もバイキングなのに、予約人数枠にこだわって、希望を聞いてもらえなかった。厨房担当にとりつぐでもなく、自分の一存ではできないといわれた。 浴衣はあるけど、帯がないことを伝えると、誤っただけで、在庫を探してもらえなかった。

• うみんこ (8/5): いくつかの清潔面以外はとても快適でした！ - 部屋の温泉もよく、景色も良かった。 また、部屋も広く過ごしやすかった。 食事も種類が豊富で、満足した。 シーツに生理の血がうっすら残っている跡があった。足元の幅が狭いカバーで隠れていて夜はわからなかったが、朝気がついた。 また、ところどころ埃が溜まっていたり、大浴場がぬかるんでいて少し残念だった。

There was dust everywhere and spiderwebs, you could tell the room hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Reception staff was nice though.

• WAKANA (5/5): プールや景色でなんとかなっている - 景色や温泉はとても良く部屋も清潔感あって良かったと思います。 圧倒的に食事です。種類はたくさんあっても、美味しいと思った料理がなかったです。アイスを取る器具を漬けている水もいつから替えてないのかなと思うくらい濁っていたり、お刺身コーナーもわさびやガリがべちゃべちゃでもそのままだし、美味しくないと思う原因はそういう不潔感から出てくるのかなと。あとは帯が全部出払っていてないと言われ、浴衣はこんなにあるのに帯が足りないというのもおかしいです。発注してはどうでしょうか。外国人観光客はもちろん着たいと思いますし。

• Danny (8/5): Nice hotel, delicious meals, but no guarantee you get the room you booked. - Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Very wide selection of food. My reservation was on a high floor. But when I checked in, I was on the lowest floor, with barely a view. When I inquired about it, I was just told no, there were no rooms available on higher floors, even though I checked in right at check-in time.

Sound-proof rooms (kid-noise/family friendly room) Booking stated “high floor” when I reserved a room, but it was only floor 2 (misleading). At the very end we were charged a separate “bath tax” for using the hotel…misleading again, should be either stated in description or included in fee. They did not provide kids amenities like most hotels in Japan.

• Taka (10/5): Great stay with the place! - View from the room, professional staff, food they provided were really exceptional. Hot springs are also great. I loved the whole service. Nothing I can consider so far.
• Pak (6/5): Average - The location of the hotel entrance is dangerously located by the slope of a hill and it was inconvenient for unloading of luggage, especially on a rainy day

• Lara (8/5): Very good - The apartment was beautiful and very spacious! The openair onsen was so wonder and the view was magical. Perfect for a day trip to Miyajima island. The property wasn’t in the most convenient location. The floor we were in was directly under the hotel’s onsen, which was very loud as the water could be heard reticulating from 5am to 1am, and when it switched back on it sound like a jet engine.
• Kam (5/5): Communication problem using Booking.com - the hotel is not too close to the ferry pier departing to the shrine. I have put forward some requests to the hotel but none of them are answered irrespective to my emails sent repeatably. I worry that the hotel is not functioning (My friend has encountered such problem when making reservation through the Booking.com). Therefore I contact the Booking.com platform's customer service. I was so disappointed that my messages are only responded for the initial twice but not the followings by the customer service. So I arrive at the hotel earlier than planned, and get prepare to find another hotel just in case of its closure. Out of my expectation, the hotel is still functioning!! I enquired why the hotel ignore my requests, the staff in the front office simply explained there are communication problem with Booking.com. It is so so ridiculous.
