Писали, что нет wifi. Нам дали его при заселении, отлично работает. Душ маленький, но комфортный для людей до 100кг. Все остальное очень новое и опрятное. Большой холодильник, плотные шторы, аккуратный ремонт, чистота, настоящие окна с видом на улицу, а не муляж как любят в отелях Японии. Мы жили на 4 этаже в стандартном номере. Один номер на этаж, у нас не было проблем с шумом Было холодно, кондиционер слабый для нагрева и такой площади, но одеяла большие и теплые

• Nicole (8/5): - Good amount of space for the price. I liked the mixture of both traditional japanese tatami in the room and western mattress. Location was super helpful for getting to places and many great restaurants just around the corner and about. One of the windows might have a gap. It wasn't an issue since it was unseasonably warm but I can only imagine how cold it could get due to the gap.

• Nutrada (4/5): Nice decor, but major issues with cleanliness and amenities - The room decor was nice and felt new, and the mattress was comfortable. Unfortunately, that was the only real positive of our stay. The room was not clean, there was visible dust. The hairdryer was very weak and old, it took so long to dry my hair that I eventually stopped washing it during the stay. There was no working internet, and there was little willingness to resolve the issue. I was repeatedly told that the password was correct and to copy and paste it, which did not help. I ended up wasting all my roaming data trying to communicate with the host, and once my data ran out, I had no way to contact them. Because of this, our 3-night stay became much more expensive as we had to purchase additional roaming data just to navigate and stay in touch with work responsibilities back home. The house manual was also incorrect. It stated that the toilet was a modern Japanese toilet with a bidet, which it was not. This was disappointing, as modern Japanese toilets are quite standard in Japan, and the information provided was misleading. Additionally, there was no hook outside the shower to hang clothes. We had to place our clothes on the floor or the wet sink. There was a visible hole in the wall where a hook should have been, suggesting it was never fixed.

• Yamabo (6/5): - 駅から歩いて行ける範囲で便利でありながら、夜間は静かに休むことができました。ベッドマットの硬さが私たちの身体にに合った。シャワーの水圧及びに温度が私たちに合った。また機会があれば利用したいです。 チェックインすぐ部屋を温めるために、エアコンのスイッチをONにさせたら、エアコン内にたまっていただろうダストが送風とともに舞い上がりエアコンの真下に設置していたベッドがダストで汚れてしまったが、メッセージにて問い合わせしたらすぐにクリーニングしてくれたので良かったです。

• Neil (3/5): Worst accommodation in Japan - The location. There were no chairs or a table despite the photos showing them and after many messages the owner refused to give us any. I had to waste 4 hours of my precious time to find a folding chair to buy for 2490 yens. I left at the property so that other tenants don't suffer like me. The WiFi never worked. The beds were basically soft mattresses thrown on the floor while the deceptive photos gave us the impression that they were proper beds. They caused us back pain. There are 2 washing machines but no dryer.

• Sumi (6/5): シャワーカーテンがほしい - メトロ堺筋本町駅の3番出口から6分ほどでアクセスや、周りのコンビニ、ご飯屋さんなどには困らなかったです。また、スタッフの方にチャットで連絡すると、すぐに返信をしてくれるため安心でした。 ユニットバスなのにシャワーカーテンが無く、すべてがビシャビシャになりました。エアコンの効きがよくない？換えのタオルなどの用意があるのに連絡や置き手紙がないため、チャットで聞く必要があるのが面倒でした。

• Iting (8/5): - 雙床房型（綠色牆壁）位於六樓,ˋ但是電梯只到達五樓,需要從五樓爬樓梯至六樓,有重大行李的旅客需要留意,位於堺筋本町車站（六號出口有電梯,但是只開放至晚上九點）走路大約六分鐘,附近有大型超市和24小時超市和麥當勞,一樓有提供兩台洗衣機和洗衣精,一樓門口也有垃圾集中地,CP值高 如果網頁標示雙床房型要爬樓梯會更好

• hapino (9/5): めっちゃ快適！ - セール価格だったこともあり、とてもお得感があった。①部屋は一人には十分な広さで、きれいに掃除されていた。②必要なものはそろっていて、共用の洗濯機も無料で使えた。（洗濯洗剤と洗濯物を干すロープは持参した。）③地下鉄堺筋本町駅に近い。（万博行くのに乗り換えなし。）④近くにコンビニとスーパーマーケットがあり、エントランス横に自販機もあった。⑤チェックイン・チェックアウトが簡単だった。 快適だったが、強いて言うなら・・・①1階のエントランスの扉は、中から手動で施錠できるが外からはできず、また扉を大きく開けると解放したままになるものだったので、開けた後に勝手に閉まって（自動ドアまたは解放したままにできない扉）、閉まったら自動で施錠するタイプの方が安心。連泊中、上階の宿泊客が毎晩深夜にエントランスの扉を大きく解放したまま出かけ、誰でも自由に出入りできる状態だったので、暗証番号で開錠する扉の意味がなかった。１階の部屋はエントランスから近いので、改善していただけるとありがたい。②Wi-FiのSSIDと暗号化キーを部屋の中に表示しておいてほしい。表示がなく、（チェックインは夜遅かったので）翌朝電話で確認した。③浴室にシャワーカーテンがなかった。バスタブに座ってシャワーを浴びたのでトイレは濡れず問題なかったが、大柄の人には無理かも。・・・だけど、全体的には超満足です！
• TERUMI (9/5): 快適に過ごすことができた - ベッドが大きくて寝心地が良かった 物音がしない為快眠できた 洗面台が広く使いやすかった バスタブと体を洗うスペースが別なので ストレスなく利用できた 洗濯機が1階にあり洗剤もあるので毎日利用させて頂きました。近くにスーパーやコンビニもあり便利！ ぜひまた利用させて頂きたいと思いました。 冷蔵庫内温度が低い設定のせいか 冷えなかったです その点だけ残念でした。

• Maya (8/5): Satisfying. Would stay again. - The location was convenient and in a fairly quiet part of central Osaka. The beds were comfy and the room decor was pleasant. More spacious than many hotels I’ve stayed at in Osaka. The AC wasn’t quite powerful enough so it was slightly on the cold side. An extra blanket would have been appreciated. Would have liked a blind for the frosted glass door panel.
• Vlad (5/5): Room 101, oh - I liked the bed, it was comfortable, and though it was quite cold, blanket was perfect so I got a good sleep (but I do recommend you to take earplugs with you as I did) I got room 101 which is on the 1 floor near the entrance, washing machines, stairs and elevator which was the biggest disappointment. There was no TV remote control (somehow I managed to set it up with buttons on the back of TV). English notice on the wall said "do not use power outlets in the room, or we may punish you" which is a bit too much. Same message in Japanese said "you have to use power outlet in the bathroom instead" but there was no outlet in the bathroom at all. The room door had frosted glass window in it, so the light from the hall got in the room in the night, etc, etc
