• Simona (9/5): - Die Lage ist top, direkt an der U-Bahn und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist sehr gut eingerichtet und die Aussicht ist typisch britisch😀. War ein toller Aufenthalt.
• Julie (10/5): Perfect Flat in a Perfect Location. - This was the perfect flat in the perfect location. It is literally next to the tube station so great for those with reduced mobility or for quick trips around the city. You access the building with a pin code at the iron gate, to the left of "Pret a Manger." When checking in, the flat key will be in a secure box for your collection then a lift takes you to the door. Such a handy feature when you have luggage etc. The flat has been carefully curated for a comfy stay. The mattress on the double bed is very comforable. The curtains are effective at blocking out the daylight & the windows open for ventilation, if needed. The kitchen is very well equipped & the appliances are all top quality. There's a Nespresso coffee machine. In the lounge, there's a smart TV with many streaming services available including Disney+ & Netflix. The sofa & chairs were very comfy. There is a big wardrobe, with many hangers. You do need to be quite tall though as the rail is very high up (the shelves above it would probably need a ladder to access.) The bathroom has under-floor heating & a shower / bath combo. Good storage for your washbag etc in a pull out, deep drawer & bathroom cabinet. We loved the flat & its proximity to an array of great food shops & restaurants. Belsize Park is a very nice, quiet area. I've no doubt that we will be returning here soon. Only pretty minor issues were: The hot water tap on the bathroom sink needed to be run (literally) for 2 minutes until the water got hot. A lot of water therefore got wasted. Despite the laminated instructions, we were unable to adjust the room temperature & it was too hot. We also couldn't fathom if the heated towel rail could be turned off as that also increased the temperature.
• Audur Eva (4/5): Great location, but overall a disappointing stay due to comfort issues and lack of basic amenities. - The location was excellent! Right next to Belsize Park station, making it easy to get around London. The apartment was very tidy, and the cleaning was decent. The bed was terrible — the mattress was not good at all, far too soft. There was only one duvet, so it seemed they expected guests to share. There was also just one rather thin pillow, along with a rock-hard memory foam pillow that was awful. We asked for an extra duvet and additional pillows, but that wasn’t possible. There was no flexibility from the staff. The shower head also didn’t work properly and sprayed water everywhere when in use. As a result, there appears to be moisture damage to the bathroom fixtures and to the wooden panel around the bathtub. The kitchen was poorly equipped — there were only two kitchen knives, and they were completely blunt.

Check Inn war unkompliziert. U-Bahn direkt nebenan um alles zu erreichen. Bäcker, Lebensmitteleinkauf und Restaurants Pups in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Kaffeekocher, Kühlschrank alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und sehr sauber. uns waren die Betten zu weich, da hat aber jeder andere Präferenzen.

• Alessandra (9/5): Adorabile soggiorno in un appartamento accogliente e in una bellissima zona della città - L’appartamento è arredato in modo eccellente, molto accogliente, con una cucina completa ed un bagno spazioso, il letto forse è un po’ piccolo per gli standard italiani ma in linea con quelli inglesi, il materasso un po’ troppo morbido ma questo è un gusto personale. I servizi della zona sono ottimi, la fermata della metropolitana letteralmente sotto casa, molti ristoranti, bakery e un supermercato comodissimo. Mi è piaciuto tutto, l’unico problema è stato con le chiavi che non aprivano il portoncino d’ingresso come avrebbero dovuto, abbiamo risolto utilizzando il pulsante per l’uscita d’emergenza come ci è stato indicato dallo staff.

• Marilyn (10/5): Totally delighted - A mistake by Booking.com resulted in my friend and I having the privilege of staying in this apartment. We would have excluded it on the grounds of cost for just we two, but for 4 people the cost and facilities would be hard to beat. A shout out to the housekeeping staff who presented a spotlessly clean property. The equipment, styling, comfort and facilities were simply excellent with appliances of a high standard. Close to Belsize Park underground so ease of travelling into all the key sights London has to offer, A choice of Pret a Manger breakfast at ground level or a great independent cafe across the road, or slightly quirkier Chez Nous a little further down the hill sufficed for our breakfast/brunch needs. Other restaurants and convenience shops are very close by. An impossible to predict failing battery in the kitchen smoke detector on our first night was delt with efficiently and very pleasantly by Nica who represented the out of hours service for the agents Concept Apartments. We felt entirely safe throughout our stay and agreed we wanted to give a 5 * review. We clearly did not like the beeping battery for that only started after we retuned from the theatre late on our first night. Other 'dislikes' should be seen as suggestions towards 'perfection!! I hope readers agree reviews are more authentic with suggestions for improvement. Whilst we did not want or need to use the freezer we noticed it did need defrosting, we would have liked a washing up cloth (perhaps a J cloth per booking) to clean dishes/worksurfaces. The sponge provided was ok but.... We used one of the hand towels provided to dry hand in the kitchen.

• Michael (10/5): Modern Apartment in a Super Location - Lovely, modern two-bedroom apartment in a super location. The apartment was really well presented, super clean and had everything you could need. It also has air con in the bedrooms and living areas for when it gets too warm. The communication from the owners was great and timely and we found it easy to access the apartment. Located next to Belsize Park Underground which is perfect for getting around using the Northern Line, the apartment is close to Pret a Manger, Pizza Express and some other lovely coffee shops and food places. Would definitely recommend staying here.

• Sharon (10/5): Great spot, would stay again; needs better emergency management planning - Loved the location, design and amenities of this new and stylish apartment. Unlike many short term rental apartments, the kitchen was well designed and stocked with a good range of glasses, cutlery, knives etc. Very easy to prepare meals although the kitchen is smallish and best for one cook. Loved the coffee maker and the coffee cups. Appliances were high end. The second bedroom has a queen bed, floor space is limited in this room but lots of storage. Airconditioning was welcome as there is some outside noise during the day but quiet of a night. Unfortunately we had just arrived and experienced a power outage to the whole building. This meant that we were effectively "locked" into the building as the front security grill / gate was closed and locked. In an emergency we could have exited out of the fire stairs however if we had left the building we had no way of getting back inside while the power was out. We spoke to an overseas call centre about access as we had an appointment and needed to leave during the outage, but decided to cancel as we had no way of knowing when the power would be restored and if we could get back into the building on our return. If we had been out when the power failed we would have been waiting outside in the rain. The power did eventually come back on but a call from local site management would have been appreciated rather than speaking to someone in the Phillippines.

We highly recommend it. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location although not in a touristic location is right on the tube station so convenient. Every thing was good. The only thing we would have liked was a more comfortable couch. The sitting area is not that comfortable for 4 people.

• Hilary (10/5): High standard of accommodation in a great location - We had a 2-bedroomed apartment on the 3rd floor (with a lift). Great location next to Belsize Park tube, with supermarkets etc opposite. Balcony at the front on to Haverstock Hill, but apartments are set back so it was pleasant to sit out. One en-suite and one family bathroom. Comfortable living room with dining area, kitchen off to the side. Very well-equipped and the appliance instructions were in a drawer under the TV, which was a great help. Light, clean and no noise from others in the building. Microwave is set high on the wall. I'm 5 ft 5 inches and had to reach up to get hot food out. Couldn't see anything I'd feel safe to stand on and couldn't reach to wipe it out after use. Couldn't open the external door onto the Juliet balcony in the main bedroom so unable to ventilate the room - tolerable but not if the weather had been any hotter. Lots of big windows so it would get very hot in high summer.

• Robert (9/5): Very nice and good located. Recommended. - Everything was clean, nice and in good shape. Modern, comfortable, convenient. Nice neighborhood, too. Great and clear communication. The view from apartment 2 is, well, quasi non existent (=wall). However, the host didn't promise it, so I wouldn't blame him for that. It's not his fault, but still a bit disappointing. Just be aware that the great views in the advertisement photos might not apply in your particular case (eg apt 2).

• Eyal (7/5): Good - The apartment's location was excellent, and it was well-equipped and clean The mattress was of poor quality—very soft and uneven. We contacted the management company and requested solutions such as replacing the mattress or providing an additional one so that one of us could sleep on the floor. However, the only solution they offered was to flip the mattress. While this slightly improved the situation, our sleep remained uncomfortable, making it difficult for us to rest properly and negatively impacting our vacation.

Location is perfect, just next to the subway station, and in 20min you are at top attractions. There are also nice stores and restaurants just next door or across the street.

A queen size bed would be more comfortable, rather than the small English double for two people. The £84 penalty charge for once locking ourselves out of our apartment in error (easily done with door lock system).

Not noisy at night too. Only one tea towel and no drainer so used the tea towel to stand out washed cups on as there wasn’t any point wasting electricity using the dishwasher. Also a full length mirror would be nice

The bed mattress is too soft and the bed itself a bit too small for two people. There was no token/instruction on how to open the facility gate from inside the building.

The shampoo and shower gel where almost empty. Missing a “pan” that could go to the oven and also protectors to take the things from the oven without getting burned.

I was very lucky to be allocated a big apartment which was bigger than I needed but it really felt so comfy and good Nothing to report, it was a great apartment

Great location next Belsize Park tube station. Shops, cafe and cinema all 2 mins from apartment. Lovely and quiet at night. The apartment was amazing. Loads of space, really comfortable with two bathrooms. We really enjoyed staying here. Just a couple of small things. No toaster and no dishwasher tablets.
• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, very nice, spacious appartment. All the equippment was up to date and functioning.Nice touch with the under floor heating. The fact that all the lights could be dimmed was also a neat comfort add on. In opposition to the lights, the sound could not be dimmed. Despite closed doors and windows, it was quite noisy. One could hear everything from rushing cars to people talking, which was a bit annoying, given the appartment itself had such a relaxing atmosphere and also given the house rules, specifically asking you to not be noisy (which is fair enough, but where is the use, if it's loud outside the entire time anyways) For this price, I expected not having to wear my noise canceling headphones inside if I am being honest.

• Steph (10/5): A modern and relaxing space for 4 people - The location and ease of access is great. Layout and tech available for use and incorporated in the apartment is superb and modern. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. The balcony is a very pleasant feature. The carpets in the hall and the rugs in the apartment could be cleaner to add to the feeling the apartment brings.
