• Bettina (10/5): Allles perfekt ☺️ wir können es empfehlen - Sehr zentral gelegenes tolles Appartement ! Wir waren 6 Erwachsene es gibt ein großes Hauptschlafzimmer und zwei kleine Schlafzimmer ( hier hat man keinen Stauraum für Koffer oder Kleidung) aber ansonsten sehr gemütlich und gute Betten . Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad das fanden wir super . ☺️ Tolle große Küche und Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ☺️ Gastgeber sehr nett Kommunikation unkompliziert 😊 Nichts 😎 … für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung wegen vieler Stufen nicht geeignet aber das steht in der Beschreibung

• Staņislavs (6/5): OK value for the cost - The apartment is clean, modern and quiet located in the heart of Covent Garden. The beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, communication with staff via Booking platform was slow and no response was received to messages sent to 24/7 mobile number provided. The property was cold even though Nest temperature was increased and heaters were switched to MAX. This was especially noticeable in the bedroom on the top floor where heaters were barely warm. On the morning of the last day, the water in the shower was cold even when only HOT tap was switched on. Lastly, the window seal in the upper bathroom is broken which prevented the window from being closed completely which let cold air in the room and created a security risk

Nous étions 6, suffisamment d'espace pour tous, confortable et agréable. Les indications sont claires et le suivi de notre confort appréciable. Je recommande vivement ce loueur et cet appartement !

• Javier (9/5): Perfect Location and Comfortable Apartment - We truly enjoyed our stay at The Instagood Apartment - Covent Garden - by Frankie Says. As a group of six adults, the apartment met all our expectations. The location is excellent, and the facilities were exactly as described—comfortable and functional. While one of the rooms was a bit small, it didn’t affect our experience. We also had an unexpected water leak during our stay, but Frankie and the team resolved it the very same day, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend this apartment. Long stairway
• Mark (9/5): A perfect getaway in the heart of London and great for large group of 6 people. - A superbly located town house in the middle of Covent Garden. The property has undergone recent redevelopment in a modern architectural style. Generous sleeping and living areas, each bedroom with its own en-suite. Excellent hosts with exceptional communication and support throughout the stay. The apartment was clean and well equipped for a four day stay in the heart of London. As the apartment occupies the top two floors of the property, there are several flights of stairs to access the front door. Make sure you visit the gym a month before if you intend to bring large suitcases ! That's the only thing I would say is marginally detrimental to the property.

• Carla (10/5): Casa di design nel cuore di Londra - Bellissima casa, ben arredata e nel cuore di Covent Garden, a due passi da Piccadilly, Leicester, Trafalgar … tutto il meglio di Londra! La terrazza è fantastica e si vede il London Eye in lontananza. Le scale!! … e certamente non è economica. Ma il voto è comunque 10!!

• John (10/5): Great location and well appointed apartment convenient to everything! - Location is great and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms is very convenient for a family. The entry directions were easy and well communicated and we appreciated the luggage locker and the prompt responses when we had questions. People have complained about the steps but we didn’t find them to be an issue and enjoyed the rooftop terrace where you can see the London eye over the rooftops.

Lovati - The Location was great but so many stairs 3 floors of narrow stairs with heavy doors to open and no elevator. So not suitable for handy cap people or strong people not in good shape. It would have been good to know this in advance. The red room was big and nice. The rest were too small for 2 people. Living room was nice and roof garden

The apartment was spotless and very well equipped, lovely little roof top garden.someone always on the end of the phone to help with any questions. Great value for a central London location, we loved our stay. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but the addition of some fresh milk would have been welcome after a long journey.

• Debbie (5/5): Disappointing - Location - The positive thing about the apartment is the location, it is very central and easy access to bars, restaurants, shops and Covent Garden The apartment is very trendy, not luxurious, I would say more suitable for young groups than families or couples. It must have been designed by a man due to the lack of mirrors to do hair and makeup, no dressing tables. The main bedroom is okay in size and has a king size bed, the en-suite bathroom is basically in the bedroom itself so no privacy whatsoever. The other two bedrooms are tiny. and have small double beds , not extra large as advertised, one of them has no wardrobes or draws, and walking past the end of the bed is a tight squeeze as you scrape along the wall. The quality of bedding especially pillows is poor, very thin, The kitchen is small, but okay. The apartment itself could do with some TLC scratches on the walls, things like that. The main issue we had was that the roof terrace, which was the main reason we booked this particular apartment was not accessible, the terrace access is via a glass sliding door and there is a button used to slide the door, this was not working. We realised this immediately when we arrived when we tried to get to the roof Terrace. I immediately contacted Frankie says to tell them hoping for some advice on how to fix the problem, Instead we were told it was likely a technical issue and would mean an engineer would visit but could take days when I pointed out that surely somebody should've noticed this before we arrived I was told it's raining so nobody would've checked. It wasn't raining the entire time and would've been nice to be able to access something that you booked and paid for, this was very disappointing. The main reason I would not book this apartment again is the Stairs, and although I had read reviews, which mentioned the Stairs, until you are here, you just can't appreciate how difficult it is. The stairs are all wooden and very steep and lots of them so moving suitcases up flights of stairs.

• Deborah (9/5): Quirky apartment in central London with everything you need! - Loved the location! The apartment met our needs very well. (We were a family of 7 adults.) The rooftop patio was awesome. The sofabed in the living room was good too. My adult son, who has slept on many terrible sofabeds, commented on the ease of use, comfort, and the convenience of all the towels and bedding being stored underneath. We arrived early and there was lots of space to store luggage for 7, so that we could spend the day in London before checking in. There was a smell in the bathroom on the main floor. Also, it was not a problem for our family, but the three flights of stairs with luggage would be a challenge for many.
• Danielle (10/5): The perfect location, perfect apartment! - The property was in the perfect location. It was easy to check in and check out. There was also a place to store our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out. There was a group of 6 of us and it was the perfect place for us with a rooftop terrace, showers in each room and a gorgeous living area. We can honestly say that we had no issues throughout our stay. The only negative thing that we could point out would be the stairs to get your bags in and out but it really is just a minor thing!
• Sara (10/5): We all loved it and would definitely return / recommend Frankie’s - The apartment is beautifully styled with lots of nice touches and a great roof terrace. It felt special staying there but also easy to feel comfortable / at home in. We were travelling as 2 adults , a teenager and 2 young children (3 and 7) . The whole lay out worked perfectly for us all to have enough space/privacy but also to socialise . The location is amazing for kids staying up late in Covent Garden , walking to many sights and the tube only a few minutes away . It was very hot when we stayed but all the windows opened and they had provided fans too so it was easy to stay cool and get a break from the crowds. Also we found it quiet especially considering how close it is to everything . The management were friendly and stayed in touch as far as details . They have a very efficient system in place for check in /out ..could not be easier and the luggage store was very useful too. Nothing…apart from having to leave at the end !
• Randall (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent and best feature. Easy access to restaurants, the underground, and walking distance to many sites. Was not expecting a two story walkup to get to the flat entrance. This was not identified in the listing and probably would not have selected this flat if we had known. Very difficult to maneuver heavy suit cases on three flights of stairs to reach bedrooms. Flat had a washing machine but no dryer which limited the utility of the washing machine. When washer was listed in ad we assumed a dryer would also be included. Busy area with lots of street noise and construction across the street starting very early in the morning.

• Gemma (10/5): Absolutely fantastic! - Fantastic apartment! The location is incredible, it couldn’t be more central to Covent Garden. The apartment was clean, and it had everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn’t have the weather for the roof terrace but on a sunny day it would be absolutely amazing. I would highly recommended this property and will definitely be back! This didn’t bother us at all but there are a few stairs which might be a problem for some people.

• Nichola (8/5): Fabulous - fabulous location in the heart of a Covent Garden. comfortable has all the amenities that you need. you can tell this apartment is new with how new the fixtures and fittings are. I hope the Standards are kept high in future. The street noise at night at 3am. The drains in the showers and toilets were a little smelly.

Plenty more room for the same price. - excellent location, Leicester Square tube is 1 minute walk away - Spacious apartment, L1 is two bedrooms (each with shower/toilet), laundry cupboard and separate toilet. L2 is kitchen, lounge and 3rd bedroom (with shower/toilet) and L3 is the roof top sitting area. - Plenty of towels provided - Coffee machine, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils - slight sewage type smell in the 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor. Unsure what that was but leaving a window ajar or door open was ok to get by. - It’s been said a few times, this apartment is at the top of a lot of stairs (no lift), so it’s a good workout lifting x5 suitcases up them

• Mary (10/5): Frankie Says...YES - Everything except the stairs The only negative is no elevator, which I didn't realize when I booked. I am 63 and had a lot of luggage going up 3 flights of stairs. Would I book Frankie Says penthouse again? HELL YES!!! We loved it. I highly recommend it especially if you're younger
