La verdad es que está todo bastante "dejado" y cosas deterioradas. No corresponde ni a un 3 ni a un 4 estrellas. La verdad. Al llegar al hotel es verdad que bajé a hablar con los chicos de recepción y trataron en todo momento de ayudarme, pero no podía cambiarme de habitación porque estaba todo lleno. El baño muy cutre (oxido y falta de pintura). Con una mampara ridícula que no llega al suelo. Poca presión en la ducha y aún y todo encharcabas todo el baño.

Le personnel du restaurant, très sympathique et serviable, c'est un gros point positif pour une bonne qualité de séjour. Le personnel de chambre à également été très agréable. l'appartement, propre et spacieux. La piscine et le parc verdoyants et bien entretenus.

• SimohamedLotfi (8/5): - Le plus grand atout de l'établissement est son personnel, disponible, à l'écoute, propre et très confiance (ma femme a perdu une boucle en or et les femmes de chambres ont fait le nécessaire pour la retrouver, je les remercie énormément). L'établissement est proche de la plage Les appartements sont grands et équipés avec le strict nécessaire Les appartements avec vue sur la piscine sont nettement meilleurs que ceux donnant sur la ville La piscine est très grande avec un petit jardin arborant. Wifi disponible partout avec différents points d'accès (penser à mettre le tout sous un seul nom pour plus de simplicité) Je conseille de ne pas prendre l'option petit déjeuner avec la réservation car ça limite le choix a 3 petit déjeuner un peu maigre en comparaison avec ceux proposés, Les abords de la piscine sont avec les horaires du restaurant donc a partir de 23h on ne peut plus se relaxer à côté de la piscine, Certes l'appartement est grand mais se fait vieux, la salle de bain pareil et pas pratique, il faut prévoir un refresh.

The pool guy was very nice, attention for details. The apartment’s doors isolation and closing are very poor condition. The handles broken and the doors are not closing properly. The balcony doors always scratch the floor when opening and closing. The hob is not working at all.
• mark (6/5): Ok Stay- - Apartment was a good size- balcony was big- staff were friendly and helpful . onsite restaurant was good and very reasonable price wise- pool is a good size and beds were always available. Apartments are tired looking - kitchen area needs refurbishing and the wardrobes in the bedroom Toilet area - tiles need re grouting as they were very badly marked. Towels need changing as they were discoloured and gone hard. Tv has no english chanels Breakfast is very average- omletes are very bland, only allowed to have 1 coffee- after one coffee should you want another you have to pay 23D Some furniture in the restaurant room needs replacing - chairs need cleaning. Ventilation throughout the hotel seems poor as you can get a strong smell of food in the common areas of the hotel No alcohol is served in the hotel - would be nice to grab a beer at the pool area . Do not book a taxi from the hotel as it is alot more expensive. Cleaning of your room has to be requested.

• mohammed (7/5): - Location was great, breakfast was very good and items on the menue was value for money, very reasonably priced. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Bathroom fan was not working, sink was often blocked and there was always a bad smell in the bathroom.
• Sean (2/5): Extremely Poor and Disappointing service by staff- DO NOT BOOK - Big and spacious apartment with a decent view Fairly quiet bw 11pm-7am Extremely unprofessional, inefficient & conning reception staff- especially the guy called Ali who first tried to assist us in booking some activities (quad biking, camel ride & canyon sight seeing in Timlalin) where we later realised the agent had overcharged us around £100 (1200 Dirham) when compared to other online providers like booking.com. He first agreed a price of 800 Dirham then later increased it to 1200 Dirham then said it would be a private trip but the transport was shared as other people got picked up. The canyon sight seeing was NOT included....so pretty much a SCAM, therefore DO NOT BOOK any activities from this hotel, always pre-book directly from online providers for more genuine prices. We had to ask for a couple of fresh face towels atleast 3 times when we arrived till they were given and wait till the next morning as the old ones had some blood staines on them. Even for the room cleaning, had to remind atleast twice and had to wait till it was done before we could leave. The kitchen & bathroom basin was always getting clogged with water as the drainage was NOT working properly so had to wait each time to drain. There was bird droppings and cigarette stains on the balcony which were never cleaned. The apartment is in a rundown state and NOT in the most spic & span condition (as mentioned in other reviews). And just when we were leaving the female receptionist reminded us we had to pay 15 Dirhams for the bottle of water purchased 2 days before. Even though we confirmed we had paid it to Ali (who had forgotten to write it off the system) and asked her to call him but she still did NOT call to confirm & check. And since we were in a hurry to reach the airport, we just paid it again (know its NOT a big amount but its about Honesty & Principles which these guys clearly DO NOT imbibe)......What a pity & shame?? Such an appalling service.

• Sunny (4/5): For £380 I paid I could of better and comfortable palace where they did not put two single bed together and one had to s - Been near to the beach They gave a family of a one bed apartment with two single bed attached together which made my Mrs feel uncomfortable and have back pains. When we asked the receptionist they said that’s all we have available. As for me I was giving a single mattress which was on the floor and I had to sleep on that. Which I was not happy about. I have been there before but this time come back with back pain because of the beds.

Plenty of power sockets throughout the property, including both sides of all beds and even on the terrace. No bedside lights in either bedroom, just very bright overhead lighting. The second bedroom, with two twin beds, had no bedside tables. No cups. Damaged tables held together with screws and brackets. Door to terrace in living room was behind sofa so inaccessible. Taps in bathrooms very corroded. A striking piece of modern art in our bedroom. The same artwork was in the other bedroom, and in the living room, and in the hallway outside. A bizarre empty vacant space in the apartment. Very amused by an inaccessible terrace above both sets of stairs leading down to the pool (see photo) – this hotel seems to have been built rather than designed.

• Dominika (10/5): Great value, friendly staff, and a perfect location - highly recommended. - Our stay at Sables D’or exceeded all our expectations and offered an excellent value for money. We stayed in a spacious and comfortable apartment for four people, with a beautiful view of both the pool and partially the ocean. The area felt calm and very safe - even evening and nighttime walks were absolutely fine. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The food was delicious. We opted for a three-meal package at a very competitive price, which turned out to be a perfect solution during Ramadan, when most restaurants in the city were closed - definitely something worth keeping in mind. The waitresses and waiters in the hotel restaurant were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful - it was always a pleasure to dine there. In fact, the entire hotel staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel was very clean, including the pool area, which was well-maintained and spacious. If we return to Agadir, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Too short stay - only one week :)

Absolute pleasure to deal with any of staff from reception to cleaning and the restaurant. Rooms were airy and large. Cleaner team were friendly and did excellent job on regular basis. Attention to detail in building - apartment kitchen facilities were lacking and of cheap quality. Some items (door / cupboard locks/ bathroom/ kitchen) require quality check by maintenance personnel.

• Julia (10/5): We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly, the food and drinks when we occasionally had room service were ve - The size of the apartment was amazing - so spacious! We had a wonderful view from B or balcony of the swimming pool & the sea! It was extremely clean, with cooking facilities, the shower was lovely, the beds very comfortable. We had clean towels every day.

• Glenys (7/5): Overall adequate. - Close to the beach, excellent pool area, spacious apartment, good sized balcony with an ocean view Apartment was extremely tired looking, no bedside lighting, balcony door lock broken, several insects about 1/4” long in the bathroom and kitchen. Breakfast was only adequate. Would recommend not buying with breakfast included.
• michael (10/5): Fantastic staff and great atmosphere - The staff a d hotel were all lovely. Short walk to beach . Were great with the kids and having a pool was also great to soak in during those hot agadir days . Not much tbh . Would return no hassle .
• Liwia (7/5): - Dobra lokalizacja. Śniadania bardzo dobre! Większość personelu bardzo miła, w szczególności jedna Pani kelnerka z restauracji (nie znam imienia - najwyższa z blond pasemkami - jak na nią traficie od razu będziecie mieć cudowny dzień!!! Powinna dostać solidną podwyżkę) Szczegóły wyposażenia pokoju mogłyby by być lepsze, brak gąbki do naczyń, łazienka w średnim stanie, problemy z temperaturą wody. W kuchni i łazience raczej letnia i nic więcej albo zimna, z kolei pod prysznicem wrzątek albo lodowata. Małe wygłuszenie, niesie się hałas z korytarza i sąsiednich pokoi. Przykre sytuacje z innym kelnerkami - koszyk z pieczywem miał już nadgryzioną bułkę, kolejna z kolei była już posmarowana masłem (nie przez nas), Pani zapomniała też o połowie naszego śniadania i po przypomnieniu się po 40 minutach dopiero przyniosła resztę. Druga Pani kelnerka z kolei obsługiwała nas jak za karę, 30 minut nawet na nas nie spojrzała, po upomnieniu przez inną kelnerkę przyniosła menu po 45 minutach a jedzenie po następnych 30 przy średnim ruchu w lokalu.
