• Kayo (10/5): - 大学へのスクーリングのため4連泊で利用しました。アクセス面や無料の駐車場など、サービス面はとてもよく概ね良好なホテルです。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープに加え、化粧水やボディローションまで揃ってます。ヘアアイロン等も借りられるので、人によっては旅の荷物がかなり減らせそうです。また、今回は個人的な事情で利用しませんでしたが、食事もリーズナブルで美味しそうでした。ランチメニューがかなりお得です。 少し残念な点は、せっかくのジェットバスの浴槽がカビてたこと。これが理由で滞在中はシャワーしか使いませんでした。また、別の方のレビューでも見かけましたが、ランドリーがないので長期滞在には向かないかと思いました。

I was expecting something completely different, so I am totally dissatisfied with the experience… However this is not the hotels fault and they have done their best to make guests welcome and comfortable, but your listing is inadequate and misleading and I’m vey disappointed

• Csait (9/5): Superb - A fantastic hotel to relax in. I was very happy with my room and the facilities within. Everything was first class! Very few electrical outlets, was unable to borrow a clothes iron.
• Emily (7/5): Thank you so much to all the staff at Hotel U’s Kouroen for making me feel at ease and at home, even in a faraway place - The staff was so lovely and helpful, even though I wasn’t able to speak very much Japanese with them. I ended up extending my stay there because it was as comfortable enough and the location was perfect - very close to Kouroen and Shukugawa station. I stayed in two rooms while I was there. The building was a little old, and had a musty smell in the less expensive room. Possibly not good if you have a mold allergy. The beds were on the firm side.

• Joanne (7/5): Only some rooms is refurbished . One of the room we got comes with very old style furniture. - The lobby is fully renovated . Very nice fireplace in the lobby. The room is very big compare to most other Japanese hotels. The location to train station is just around the corner. Very convenient if you travel by train. We booked two rooms. They are so different. One is in modern style. The other one is very 80s style. The furniture is very old. And the kettle probably no one want to touch and no cleaner to check and wash. Very scary when we open it. Got mold inside. We were in room 503. And the door key malfunction middle of the night. Luckily the staff still in the building that time even it is after their check in hours. Their parking lot is very small , only 8 spots. Very tight and difficult to park there. If you have a big rental car , thunk twice before you go into their parking lot.

• Stephenbkk20156 (8/5): convenient and fun (adults only) - This was not the first time we had stayed in a love hotel. They are branching out and offering overnight stays to tourists, even offering services in English. We booked this one because it was near where we needed to be, and all the other places around were full. We couldn't quite believe how convenient it was from the station. We were looking for major roads and a 5-minute or more walk. In fact, the lefts and rights we had been given were minor roads and the distance from the station was less than one minute. Couldn't really be more convenient. Discreet but friendly check in. Past the displays about the different facilities available in each room, up in the elevator and there was our room, behind a creeky door. Unlike regular hotels in Japan, space was no issue. Room to walk around, a lounge area, spacious bathroom, and a large bed - obviously the main event. Large TV with the usual interesting selection of movies. Some rather gaudy decorations but with a nice large room like this, we didn't care. Quiet (sound-proofed, I guess), peaceful, comfortable. We got a good night's sleep. No breakfast provided, but plenty of convenience stores in the neighbourhood. Slightly expensive for the facilities offered, but everything else was just fine.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 車で来店しました。 神戸方面からは43号線沿いにあるので入りやすいですが、大阪方面からだと入りずらいです。 駐車場に入ると車の鍵を預け、ホテルの方が駐車してくれるシステムです。 お部屋は広すぎず狭すぎず。 アメニティは必要最低限の物が用意されていました。 メンバーになるには300円必要。 メンバーだとウェルカムドリンクや食事、モーニングセットの割引、シャンプーリンス無料貸出などがあるようです。 宿泊になると前払い制なのでコンビニに行ったり外出できるようです。 びっくりしたのがベッドサイドに避妊具が用意されていないこと。 女子会、ビジネスシーンで利用される方へのホテルからの配慮かもしれませんが。 コスパ的には15時チェックイン翌朝12時チェックアウトなので、ゆっくりでき良いかも。 欲を言えばモーニングセット無料サービスはあっててはいいかもと思いました。 機会があればまた利用します。

• MITSUTOSHI (6/5): - 基本的にラブホテルですね。サイトからは外された方がいいのではと思います。 ただ気にならない方にとっては駅からも近いし、ベッドも広いし、快適でした。サービスも大変良かったのですが、仕事を終えてホテルに帰ったら、カップルが順番待ちでちょっと照れましたね。
• 知財の用心棒 (6/5): - 駅前にそびえるラブホ。巨大な看板で、道に迷うことは絶対に無い。ただし大人限定。
• Verified traveler (4/5): ずさんな料金管理 - 精算は全額支払い済みなのに、チェックイン時に宿泊代を請求させられた。 二重取りさせるところでした。
• Verified traveler (8/5): - C'est un peu un hôtel de passe mais notre chambre était très grande équipé d'une salle de bain traditionnelle immense et très confortable
• Verified traveler (10/5): - its very near to Train station. less than 1 minutes walking distance. overall is very good stay for adults ONLY~ Can improve by provide ROOM KEY for visitors. coz we dont have Room Key to enter the room, Must inform reception to open door when we back to the hotel, this very inconvenient for us~
• Toshio (2/5): - まさかラブホテルだと知らず予約。 デスクもなく仕事が出来ず。明記して欲しい。
