Hee Sun (4/5): - Location Cleanliness - trash all over the courtyard, while the bags were picked up pizza box and other loose items were left there throughout the weeklong stay despite staff saying a cleaning team had been notified to swing by. Also, old, dry flowers were left at time of check in. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Per (9/5): Good value for the money for family or business stay - Fresh and cosy two story apartment with inner yard - it all felt very British. Calm and good neighborhood and easy access to both bus and train. The Wifi had a little bit shaky coverage in some of the rooms.
Lida (7/5): - - peaceful and safe area - nice community - clean apartment - comfortable bed - stylish deco and cozy living room - to be cleaned garden with aging rubbish bags piled up - only small pack of welcome toilet tissue and shampoo, staying over two nights need those self-explanatory stuff - no salt no cooking oil etc.

Les (5/5): - The location was good and the front garden area was very good. The property address was not given as a number in the street and there are two properties at the post code given; The property owner was luckily on site and saw us standing in the road he directed us to the right property. The code given to open the secure key box did not work, even the property owner couldn't open it. The Property managers would not respond to messaging and not assist when they did. There is no microwave, basic sundries (coffee, sugar, salt) or welcome pack with instructions.. The TV would not work, there was no aerial and the WIFI was not strong enough to get any programs on the TV. The worst thing was the lack of communication and empathy from the property managers.
Edwards (7/5): Location was good, beautifully presented. WiFi is not up to scratch. - Location, great kitchen No microwave. Tv wifi stopped working and we tried everything to get it back but couldn’t. No enough instructions on how to operate the heating system.
