Richard (6/5): - The building is nice. The location is nice. The gym is clean. The pool is clean. The facilities are generally pretty nice. The service was slow. Upon check-in, I noticed that I was missing basic necessities that would be required for a three-week stay, as well as some things I had requested ahead of time and was promised that were not included in the apartment. On top of it, the apartment floor was dirty, and there was no offer to send a cleaner to re-clean the floor, so I had to do it myself on my hands and knees the day I checked in. Not the ideal way to start a long stay at a luxury building. For the items that I requested and pointed out that were missing, the admin staff did provide it, but only two weeks into my stay, rather than within a day or two.
Kelley (8/5): - The unit had a broken faucet in the bathroom which was fixed the day after we reported it. There was no toilet paper holder which was not fixed while we were there.
Ikram (8/5): Great deal for the location, will come back! - Loved the location, the amenities and the detailed check in and check out instructions! Also it was very easy checking in! I was also a fan of the washer & dryer and the shower! The key cards are tricky to use in the elevators sometimes (you have to hover the key card but that wasn't communicated and I noticed other residents/guests had the same issue.

Gormley (8/5): Really nice apartment in a lovely development with great facilities and a great location - Very nice apartment with very good facilities in a very good location for downtown, going out etc. A ciuple of small things broken like the ironing board. Nothing major but would be nice to make sure everything is working well.

Gerard (8/5): Booking screwup - I actually did not stay with AvantStay at this location On my arrival the one bedroom unit I had booked turned out to be a small studio instead. According to AvantStay it appears that booking.com showed the wrong unit. Unfortunately AvantStay did not have another unit and offered to refund me the cost of the booking even though it was past the cancelation time. To their credit they hooked me up with another provider in the same building and I was able to get a similar unit to the one I had originally booked.and was pleased with the unit, the amenities and the location I did however have to pay more for the new unit.than my original booking. While AvantStay worked hard to help make my holiday enjoyable booking.com basically was nowhere to be seen. Not only did I pay extra for the unit and was not reimbursed the difference booking.com was almost impossible to reach by either myself or Avantstay.

Noredia (4/5): Horrible stay - Location, pool area. This place was dirty! It really was. The bed was uncomfortable with cheap bedsheets that had several stains on it. Gross! The walls, carpet, furniture, and balcony were really filthy. We had to buy Lysol to clean down the place. The whole place is begging for a deepclean and fresh paint. And they left us empty body soap containers. We regretted choosing this stay as soon as we walked in, but we had such a packed schedule that evening that we had to run. Also, although we paid for a late check out at 6pm the day we left, we were locked out of our room, and the front desk refused to let us in to grab our stuff to head to the airport. It was embarrassing, humiliating, and unnecessary. We almost missed our flight. Never again!

Joseph (9/5): Great location and stylish space with awesome amenities in the heart of Rainy! - Stayed at Natiivo Austin this weekend — super modern, stylish building with one of the best rooftop pools I’ve seen in the city. Front desk was super friendly, check-in/out was smooth, and getting in with key cards felt super easy (like a hotel but cooler). The apartment had everything we needed — tons of towels, fast WiFi, and just the right amount of space for me and my partner. Loved having a bar/store right off the lobby and valet made things easy. Elevators were fast, the building was quiet, and the vibe was just on. Didn’t get to hit the pool but it was 🔥. Gym was solid too. Location’s perfect — close to everything but still chill. Would 100% stay again. Only callout for me was the 4PM check-in — felt a bit late, especially since we had a 6PM event and it made getting ready a little chaotic. I messaged the host about early check-in but never got a response. Everything else communication-wise was great, though — probably run by a virtual assistant or automation, so anything outside the standard messaging kind of went unnoticed. That said, all the important info (check-in, codes, etc.) was super clear and smooth. A couple of other small things: the bathroom lighting is ok, but the mirror isn’t lit, which felt off for a building this modern — might just be a personal preference, but worth noting. Also, there’s no actual stove — just a microwave/convection oven combo that was a little confusing to use (yes, I watched a YouTube video to use it). Sadly, it ruined my cinnamon rolls 😢. Overall, great stay — but heads up on a few of those quirks if they matter to you!

Sarah (7/5): Great for short stay with family in Austin - Great location, perfect for a short stay, nice size apartment for 4 people. Couple of small things, which could so easily be sorted. In main bedroom only one side light worked and that was missing its lampshade, the other had a broken lampshade and no bulb. Also the blind was broken and so fully down, not able to pull up to let in any light.

Steven (10/5): If you want to walk around the Rainey district this is a good location for the restaurants nearby. - Location was good, very clean and comfortable bed, good shower. Parking attendants were nice, there was a detour on the same street, took a while to get the hang of it. You pretty much have to use the valet parking $40. a day, so they should put that in the listing, you can park on the street or nearby parking for a little less, but worth it to us to use the valet especially with the sidewalk/road construction. This was Dec. 2024 so it should clear up soon.
