• Timo (9/5): Schöne Lage, gutes Hotel für ein paar Tage Koh Samui - Sehr schöne Lage mit Infinity Pool. Zu unserer Reisezeit war wenig los und wir konnten ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen. Man konnte direkt am Resort einen Roller mieten und das Personal war sehr freundlich! Man ist in kürzester Zeit an den wichtigsten Punkten und hat trotzdem eine ruhige Lage zum entspannen. Die Betten waren ein bisschen zu hart, hätten weicher sein können.

• Julian-Lukas (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen. - Sehr schöne Lage, nettes Personal. Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade bekommen. Ingesamt eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Leider gibt es zwei Punkte: die Getränke sind übertrieben teuer, 120 Baht für eine Cola? Das empfinde ich einfach nur als unverschämt. Des Weiteren war der Fernseher in unserem Zimmer sehr alt, quasi nicht zu gebrauchen.

The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of variety, and we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to an ocean view room — the view was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were delightful and incredibly friendly, always going out of their way to help. The pool area and surrounding views were truly spectacular. Although the resort is quite steep with lots of stairs, it was never an issue as the buggy service is quick and easy to use. The free shuttle was also a great added bonus. • Joyce (10/5): Wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und einer atemberaubenden Aussicht - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Mantra Samui Resort. Der Empfang bei unserer Ankunft war außergewöhnlich freundlich und warmherzig, unser Zimmer war riesig und super sauber. Der Pool ist mit seinem Ausblick ein wirkliches Highlight. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel liegt auf einem Berg etwas abseits, da man sich aber direkt am Hotel Roller mieten kann und auch mehrmals am Tag ein Shuttle fährt, stellt das kein Problem dar. Innerhalb der Anlage kann man auf Wunsch auch vom Personal mit einem Golfcart umher gefahren werden, da die Wege teilweise ziemlich steil sind. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen 😊 -

• Nora (8/5): - Der Pool und die Aussicht sind wirklich atemberaubend! Wir hatten das Zimmer 161 und es war wirklich das beste Zimmer des ganzen Hotels. Die Zimmer waren sauber und der Service immer sehr freundlich. Auch gut fanden wir, das wir per WhatsApp Tag und Nacht direkt mit dem Front Office sprechen konnten bei jeglichen Anliegen. Wir hatten zudem ein Problem und es kam extra der Manager Mr. Ned höchstpersönlich, um mit uns zu sprechen und eine Lösung zu finden. Er war sehr verständnisvoll und hat eine tolle Lösung gefunden. Es war auch gut, das es am Pool immer ruhig war und das der Raucherbereich außerhalb des Poolbereiches war. Während unseres 3 wöchigen Aufenthalts waren 2x Familien im Restaurant essen. Der Restaurantbereich liegt genau am Poolbereich, das heisst die Kinder sind laut schreiend an uns und den Poolgästen vorbeigegangen und waren auch im Restaurant laut. Das fanden wir nicht gut, da es ja bewusst ein Adults Only Hotel ist und man viel Geld zahlt um eben keine Kinder um sich herum zu haben. Ganz am Anfang in der ersten Woche war eine Baustelle nebenan aber diese wurde dann die letzten 14 Tage gestoppt. Wir fanden auch im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dass das Frühstück nicht ganz so viel Auswahl hatte aber es war immer lecker und frisch.
• Jo (10/5): Really lovely stay at Mantra Samui - We had a really lovely stay at Mantra Samui. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were incredibly welcoming and set the tone for a relaxed stay. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a Love Room with an ocean view, which was a real highlight. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels whenever needed, and everything was kept to a high standard throughout. The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained—perfect for a quiet, relaxing day. We also took advantage of the spa promotion (40% off), and the massage was excellent—definitely worth doing during your stay. The View restaurant was another standout. Breakfast offered a great selection, including hot drinks, juices, cereals, breads, and cooked options. We also ordered room service, which was prompt and good quality. The only thing to note is that the hotel is located on a steep, windy hill, which can be a bit of a challenge—but that’s part of Koh Samui’s landscape and fairly typical for properties with such great views. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, beautiful surroundings, and a relaxed atmosphere. We’d definitely return. Nothing!

• Kacper (10/5): A very pleasant and relaxing experiance for a good price - I have nothing bad to say about this resort, the staff were exceptional, facilities very clean, great gym (the gym was very well equipped for a hotel gym) & swimming pool, food was very nice and reasonably priced, great value for money and would highly recommend There was nothing I didn’t like about it, the resort is located on a steep hill which can make it challenging for some people to move around, however there is busses and club carts provided to bring you up/down whenever you need.

• Dominik Mario (10/5): Während meines dreiwöchigen Thailand-Trips, bei dem wir alle fünf Tage das Hotel gewechselt haben, war dieses Hotel mit - Gefallen hat mir besonders das Frühstück – wirklich sensationell und auf einem Niveau, das man sonst nur aus deutlich teureren Hotels kennt. Die große À-la-carte-Auswahl war qualitativ hervorragend, ergänzt durch ein reichhaltiges Buffet mit frischem Obst und Salaten. Auch die Zimmer waren exzellent: groß, sehr ruhig, sodass man von anderen Gästen überhaupt nichts mitbekommt. Der schöne Pool mit Ausblick rundet das Ganze perfekt ab. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Lage: Für Gäste, die keinen Roller fahren möchten, kann es etwas umständlich sein, sich ausschließlich mit Grab oder Bolt fortzubewegen. Wer sich jedoch zutraut, einen Scooter zu nutzen, wird damit keinerlei Probleme haben.
• Jesper (10/5): Definitely stay here for Koh Samui if you plan to spend time in the hotel - Amazing hotel and staff! Everyone greeted us with smiles and we felt really welcome. Pool is great with a stunning view. Towels and all taken care of with a restaurant available. The restaurant is a little pricy for Koh Samui, but most the dishes were great (for breakfast and in general). Skip the pizza and pancakes (cardboard quality). Gym is professional and high quality with good airconditioning. Large room - we had the view and balcony. That was worth the upgrade. It is on a hill and the resort is steep - like really steep! They can help drive you around. That said, it just makes it more beautiful. Expect to use Grab or a scooter to get to the city.

We got a room upgrade and had a stunning sea view room which had the perfect size. The gym was without a doubt the best hotel and in general gym on the island! Lots of machines and free weights, cardio machines and a very well programmed aircon which meant the gym was nice and cool even at 6:30am when we entered it. Breakfast was also stunning and all dishes that you can order from a menu as well as fresh fruit and jogurt were delicious. Great coffee as well! Nothing! The adult only makes it the perfect place to chill and relax!

The bed was very comfortable with the nicest sheets and pillows. Also the laundry service is good and fast. The place location is a bit steep, so they have a golf cart to take you everywhere you need in the hotel! (: We were on our honeymoon, so we highly recommend and definitely will come back! Even though the location is a bit unaccessible by foot, the hotel offers free shuttles and bike rental options. So it's really a non-issue.

Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch wenn es nicht wichtig ist… die Handtücher sind flauschig. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet.Es wird auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet. Es gibt einen kostenfreien Shuttle in die Nähe der beiden Strände. Da es auf einen Hügel liegt (deshalb auch die tolle Aussicht) ist man auf den Shuttle oder Taxi angewiesen, wenn man kein Roller fahren kann.

• Chen (10/5): - We stayed at Mantra Samui Resort between March 15–19, and it was without a doubt the best stay we’ve had in Koh Samui. The view is absolutely breathtaking - probably one of the most beautiful on the island - especially from the infinity pool overlooking Koh Phangan. The pool itself is amazing and truly a highlight of the hotel. The breakfast was very good and noticeably improved since our last visit in 2024. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the reception manager, who once again made us smile and feel at home - for the second time in a row. Every single staff member was genuinely friendly and helpful. The internet was fast and reliable, which allowed us to comfortably work remotely from our room without needing to use the co-working space. Overall, this hotel is exceptional and absolutely worth the price. We also found a great deal on Booking just two days before arrival, which made the experience even better.

Suuri huone, josta näkymä merelle oli aivan upea ja kaiken kruunas infinity pooli, josta myöskin näkymä oli sellainen, ettei edes haluttanut lähteä hotellilta mihinkään. Hotellissa ihan ok aamupala, joka tarjoillaa pöytiin ja saa tilauksesta myöskin kahvia. Sijainti oli myös erittäin hyvä ja hotelli tarjoaa ilmaisia kyytejä klo 1pm ja 5pm fisherman villageen tai centraliin ja takaisin tiettyinä kellonaikoina. Asiat, jotka vähän laskee pisteitä on se, että jos menee 8.30 jälkeen aamupalalle niin kahvin tekijöitä on vain yksi ja jouduimme lähemmäs 20minuuttia odottamaan tilaustamme. Myöskin hotellin kyydityksiä alas voisi ehkä lisätä ja autoon mahtuu vain 8 ihmistä ja kyyti pitää varata ainakin päivää ennemmin, jotta saa varmistettua itselleen paikan autosta, koska kuljetus on erittäin suosittu. Grabin tai Iindriven tilaus ei kuiteskaan ollut hankalaa hotellille ja maksoivat about 10-11€ kyyti melkeinpä kaikkialle.

• Gav (9/5): The views and service are fantastic but the food needs to be better - Great intial service as we were able to arrive at the hotel really early in the morning as we were going on an excursion - they looked after our bags while we were away. The service is very good, especially the reception staff who are really helpful. Buggy service up to the room is a small fun and luxury part of the stay. Our room was big with fantastic ocean views from the balcony. Amenties in the room are the standard of 5*. The highlight of the hotel is the infinity pool and the view. There was always plenty of sunbeds available but I don't think the hotel was at full occupancy - could be a challenge for a sunbed in peak season. Complimentary shuttle service to local markets twice a day. Only 8-10 seats available so book in advance. Well equipped gym and fitness classes available. The food was a disapointment for a 5*- specifically breakfast. Eggs were said to be cooked to order but both days they were served lukewarm as if they had been sat on a hot plate for a while. The same can be said for other items. The pancakes tasted stale/ purchased from supermarket. We stayed at 2* and 3* hotels while in Thailand which served a much tastier and fresher breakfast. Lunch/ dinner menu was much better but it is expensive which is expected for a 5*. Not all items expensive but some felt strangely priced - spring rolls similar cost as a chicken main course. The views from the restaurant do save it. Plenty of towels available at the pool but the majority are stained or have holes in them. Spa is far to expensive even for it being 5* hotel. We tried it at the discounted hours promotion which made it still more expensive than any other massage we had in Thailand. Massage was nice if priced appropriately.

• Jacques (7/5): Bien mais il y a des ameliorations ! - Nous avons passé 12 jours formidables avec ma femme dans cet hôtel superbement placé avec vue exceptionnelle. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la chambre spacieuse et très propre (excellent matelas), la piscine à débordement magnifique, la salle de sport et le spa de qualité, ainsi que le wifi fiable. Le personnel est souriant et le rapport qualité/prix correct vu le standing. En revanche, il faudrait améliorer les navettes vers plage/centre-ville (taxis obligatoires à 20-25€ l’aller-retour), le choix au petit-déjeuner (carte limitée, pas de plats prêts à se servir, ouvert 7h au lieu de 6h30 annoncé, service débordé), la variété des plats au restaurant/bar et la communication (anglais faible au petit-déj, français quasi absent). Globalement recommandé pour le confort et la vue, mais ces points méritent ajustement !
• Julia (9/5): - Wunderschöne Anlage auf den Hügeln. In 10min ist man mit dem Roller beim Fishermans Village und am Strand. Traumhafte Aussicht vom Pool und den Zimmern. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Trotz der wunderschönen Anlage hat es sich nicht nach 5 Sternen angefühlt. Das Personal erfüllt alle Wünsche und war sehr freundlich, wirkte aber gestresst und müde. Essen im Restaurant war okay

• Sebastian (9/5): Traumhafte Tage mit Blick auf den Golf von Thailand - Sehr saubere, teils renovierte und teils neue Zimmer. Das Hotel dürfte mal erweitert worden sein. Der Ausblick vom Pool und von den weiter oben gelegenen Zimmern ist atemberaubend! Frühstück ist sehr gut, Cocktails am Pool auch - und zu einem fairen Preis, trotz 5-Sterne-Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Late Check-Out (13:30) war in meinem Fall kein Problem.

• Lars (10/5): Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick und Spitzenservice 5 Sterne!!! Jederzeit gerne wieder. - Das Hotel liegt etwas in den Bergen. Wir haben einen Mietwagen direkt vom Flughafen genommen und konnten das Hotel schnell und gut erreichen. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer (Love-Suite) war top und sehr groß mit eigenem großen Balkon. Das Personal ist einzigartig, freundlich und immer zu erreichen, wenn man einen Wunsch hat. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Es konnten zwei Speisen à la carte gewählt werden, sowie eine große Auswahl an Obst, Säften, Brötchen und Marmelade am Buffet. Wie gesagt, ohne Motorbike oder Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Aber wenn man einmal im Hotel ist, ist es ein phantastischer Ort, der einen wirklich entspannen lässt mit hervorragendem Personal. Für weitere Aufenthalte auf der Insel unsere 1. Wahl. Vielen lieben Dank an das gesamt Team des Hotels!!! Alles bestens.
• Szilveszter (10/5): Szép igényes kornyezet , tiszta szállás, rendes személyzet . - Gyönyörű panoráma , csendes nyugodt , madárcsicsergős környezet, tiszta igényes szálláshely, rendezett szép környezet . Finom ételek . Nem lehet be zárni csak a külső ajtót az apartmanban , így a terasz felől nyitott marad a szallas , ez a biztonságérzetet rontotta .
• Kim (7/5): Prima hotel - Mooi uitzicht, goed ontbijt, fijne sportschool en mooie ruime kamers. Jammer dat ze niet actief bedienen bij het zwembad. En geen muziek. Het is er erg rustig. Je hebt wel echt een scooter nodig, locatie is wat verder van alles af.

• Vygandas (10/5): - We really liked the hotel, view is amazing! Pool is great, gym is very proper and have a lot of stuff there. Co-working space is also really good and useful. Also they have different activities, like gongs while floating on the pool, so really nice! Food was good. Fruits... I cannot understand how it is even possible to have bad quality fruits on the island, when everywhere you can find very tasteful fruits, but during breakfasts fruits were really bad quality and most of it were tasteless.

• Jagoda (9/5): - Całość na wielki plus. Smaczne jedzenie , pięknie położony basen infinity. Pokoje bardzo czyste i pięknie urządzone. Ciekawy wybór zajęć dodatkowych. Droga - dojazd do hotelu jest dość stromy, więc jeśli planujecie zwiedzać okolice to dojście do głównej drogi spacerem zajmuje około 30 min.
• Luisa Caterina (8/5): - Die Aussicht am Pool und vom Restaurant aus ist ein Traum. Von unserem Apartment aus war er okay, nur allzu viel konnten wir wegen den vor uns liegenden Apartments nicht erkennen (Apartment Wow). Das Apartment ist sehr groß, es gab auch zwei Badezimmer. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch sind sie immer bereit einen vom Zimmer mit dem Golfcar abzuholen und bspw. zur Rezeption zu bringen, da die Wege teilweise extrem steil sind. Das Fitnessstudio ist super, zwar nicht besonders groß aber das macht nichts. Die Geräte sind neu, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Das Frühstück war wirklich unglaublich. Es gab eine rießige Auswahl. Viele frische Säfte, viele vegetarische Optionen, darunter auch Salate, Nüsse, Obst, Buffet und gleichzeitig à la carte Optionen inklusive. Der Kaffee ist auch sehr gut. Abends probierten wir die Cocktails, diese waren auch super. Die Lage ist am Hang. Zu Fuß also sehr schwierig zu erreichen. Mit dem Roller auch herausfordernd wegen der Steigung. Taxifahrer und Grabfahrer fahren diesen Ort nicht gerne an - wir hatten jeden Tag Probleme. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist weniger gut gelungen. Es gibt eine Art Küche die aber nichts enthält. Also es gibt kein Besteck, keine Teller usw. Einen Fernseher nur im Wohnzimmer, nicht im Schlafzimmer. Netflix nicht möglich. Auch fande ich es komisch, dass in den Mülleimern keine Müllsäcke waren, diese sollten zumindest im Badezimmer vorhanden sein, da man dort das Klopapier entsorgt. Die Matratze wirkte billig und durchgelegen, sie war wirklich unbequem, eine der schlechtesten auf unserer Thailand Reise. Die Kissen sind extrem hart, ich hatte den ganzen Tag danach Nackenschmerzen. Es gibt viele Liegen am Pool aber die trotzdem für die Anzahl an Gästen nicht ausreichen. Bereits gegen 10:00 Uhr sind fast alle Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert und gerade mal 30% der Personen anwesend. Die Badehandtücher sind zwar gewaschen, sehen aber dreckig aus, extrem fleckig, unhygienisch wirkend. Das Essen was im Restaurant angeboten wird ist zu teuer. Das gleiche gilt für die Massagen, die bestimmt besser als "im Dorf" sind, aber mehr als doppelt so teuer finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt. Außerdem haben wir ein ruhiges Hotel erwartet (adults only). Allerdings stand jeden Tag ein Mitarbeiter mit einer 1 Meter großen Musik Box am Pool und hat viel zu laut Elektronische Musik (aber nicht gute) abgespielt. Ich hatte nicht den Eindruck, dass einer der Gäste sich darüber freut. Ich fragte mich wirklich was das soll, zumal dazu auch kein Kurs oder ähnliches angeboten wurde.
• Lorina (7/5): Für ein Luxushotel fehlt noch viel. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. - Das Personal war super freundlich und der Ausblick vom Hotel war sehr schön. Das Gym war gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war kein Highlight aber in Ordnung (die Portionen waren etwas dürftig aber man konnte sich nachbestellen) und der Ausblick vom Frühstück war gut. Leider war alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen (dreckige Silikonfugen, abgefallene Dichtungen an Türen, vertrocknete Pflanzen), kein Smart TV, keine Polster auf den Liegen. Es wäre ein wirklich schönes Hotel, wenn man Geld in die Wartung und Aktualisierung des Mobiliars und Ausstattung stecken würde.
