• jose (3/5): Información confusa y habitación diferente a la anunciada - que está cerca de la estacion. Reservamos este alojamiento para 3 personas y la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. La información del anuncio es muy confusa y no se corresponde bien con la habitación real. En las fotos aparecen una cocina y una bañera en el baño, pero nuestra habitación no tenía ni cocina ni bañera. Esto resulta engañoso, porque las imágenes crean unas expectativas que luego no se cumplen. Además, en la habitación solo había una taza, aunque éramos 3 huéspedes. Pedimos más tazas y nos dijeron que las traerían ese mismo día, pero finalmente no lo hicieron. Tampoco había vasos, platos suficientes ni utensilios de cocina. En general, me sentí descontento tanto con la información del anuncio como con la atención recibida. Creo que deberían mostrar fotos más claras y específicas de cada tipo de habitación para evitar confusiones.

• Amitai (6/5): beds and response okay, rest is not - I liked the fact that i got compensation for a mistake the cleaning staff did with my stuff, and the fadt response from the hotel. the bathroom was horrible, the smell of sewer came from the bathroom to the room and it was almost unbearable. there was also no separation from shower head to toilet so the toilet got wet a lot of times. the place doesn't have elevators and it's my fault for not looking it up, but the stairs were too steep. not goid for people with disabilities or elderly.

• Yash (9/5): very nice - Good location but little hard to find the entrance, I recommend putting a sign board or name in front for easier access. Big room, Good bathroom and good amendities. The hot water stoped working after the first day, only cold water for bathing.

• HUICHUAN (5/5): - 位置优越，离日暮里车站很近，出行很方便，楼下就是便利店也很方便。 入住也方便快捷。 1、房间是靠道路的，且窗户窗帘透光，晚上睡觉的时候，屋里不是全黑的。 2、没有烧水壶。 3、床头因为是靠着窗户玻璃的，中间有一层窗帘，导致没有床头靠背，有时候想靠着看会书手机啊不方便。 4、没有浴帘。

• Yoshiko (5/5): It was too expensive for what it was. - It was conveniently located for what we wanted to do for that particular trip. Very noisy at night as it was by the busy road. Too bright to sleep as there were no blackout curtains. Very dated inside and not worth what we paid. We stayed in much higher quality places for similar money. Not worth paying more than ¥6000 a night.

• Romio (4/5): エレベーターないよ - 駅からの路がわかりやすい 部屋が広い 洗濯機ついてる 三階が部屋なのにエレベーターがない！トランクだと非常に大変。海外用の大きなトランクだとあげるのは無理。 Wi-Fiがない 壁が薄いので隣室のケンカ全て聞こえた ベランダの窓が鍵がかからず防犯に不安 トイレにゴキブリデター！ コンセントが少ない 玄関にキッチン、とうやって使う？ 洗面台にコンセントがないので鏡をみながらドライヤーやヘアアイロン出来ない トイレとシャワーと洗面台が一緒でバスタブもカーテンもないのでシャワーを使うと便器も水浸し、トイレの床も水浸し。 その床がぐにゃぐにゃしていて海の家の簡易シャワーのみたいな外でシャワーしているような感じ シャワー使うのが憂鬱だったけど、使ってみたらやっぱり床が外みたいだった

• Jana (9/5): Superb - I was little bit scared what to expect because this place doesn't have the best reviews but i was pleasently suprised. It was super clean, beds were huge, we got fresh towels, shampoo, toothbrushes with toothpastes, basically anything you might need. The location is also super nice, very close to metro station in the nice quiet area. Would stay there again! the wifi wasn't working well. that's the only minus
• Ginalily (5/5): Room experience - I've got trouble checking in the room, lucky I am there's a cleaner that helped me how to check in. 6mins. walk fr. Nippori sta. There's Family Mart and Aeon supermarket near the bldg . numerous resto along. Room is spacious. However no bidet, no tv, refill of body soap, trash bag, tissue, changing of towel and room cleaning is by request. I've got a free cleaning and 1 free change of towels since we stayed for more than a week. No lift and our room is in 3rd fl. Not advisable for seniors.Self disposal of garbage, there are days that until night time they are repairing the rooms knowingly that we are inside the rooms, no staff to ask inside the building there is just a chat link for communication. You can go in and out for 24 hours, easy checking out Facilities are ref, electric kettle, microwave, rice cooker. Overall experience is, we had a fair stay.
• Jairo (5/5): It was a decent place for the price so i couldn’t complain just wish it was cleaner and didn’t have roaches other then t - it was near the station i needed to go to for the airport and it was a quiet area, not to forget to mention they have a place open 24/7 with amazing k katsu pork down the way it was dirty, roaches were around the place here and there and it was a little dirty, the beds were comfy but it also got cold in there so you have to sleep next to the heater

• Beverley (7/5): Good - Good value for family on a budget. Close to airport train as well as the Tokyo Metro. Shops just two doors away. Beds comfortable, clean. Aircon was very much appreciated. On check out day, the lady cleaner was very friendly and accommodating, giving us time to pack up as we had overslept after a heavy day of sightseeing. It was fantastic to have a washing machine in our room so we could keep up with a daily wash - very much appreciated. The place is looking a little shabby, in need of some maintenance. It would be good to have some clothes hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. Plus a towel rail or two. There was no cutlery but there were plates, only two cups, no glasses, a hot plate but nothing to cook in. It didn't affect us too much as we mainly ate out. No tea towels, wash cloth or wash up liquid, we went and brought what we needed, leaving it behind for others to use.
• Joo (9/5): Value for money with comfortable stay and family mart just beside and also eatery shop. - Near to Nippoli Station with JR can reach major places in Tokyo. This station no have subway. Many eatery surround, quite place good for stay. So far so good.
