Fujio (4/5): Little wooden house in the forest, not maintained and not well managed - The house was so cold when we arrived, 1 degree. The heater didn’t work and communication with the agent was confused, sending pictures/manuals of another house. Manuals that we didn’t receive before. It took a day to warm the house. Then, they tried to invoice us a broken paper window. Fortunately I sent some pictures at the beginning so I could avoid it. They don’t know what they rent, they don’t do the correct check and repairs…
