Be careful that the reception gave me a room with no window though I booked for a room with city view - you need to argue with them; if you can’t cope with hard water, don’t use its swimming pool from which I developed pretty serious rashes.

- Florian (5/5): Solides Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück war wirklich lecker und das Zimmer relativ groß. Mein Zimmer war leider nicht richtig sauber, beispielsweise waren lange schwarze Haare in der Dusche. Das hätte man durchaus sehen können. Das Zimmer war nicht schallgeschützt. Das Leitungswasser darf man leider nicht trinken, da kein zentraler Filter im Hotel eingebaut ist.

- laurent (8/5): hotel confortable et belle vue du restaurant mais je m'attendais à mieux - Position centrale dans le centre historique, calme et peu touristique (presque que des magasins de lingerie, il faut avoué, ce n'est pas la plus belle des rue de la vieille ville mais proximité d'un commissariat qui peu rassurer). Chambre bien équipée, excellente vue sur le bosphore depuis la salle de restauration ou il est également possible de boire un verre. La piscine, sauna, bain turc et hammam sont accessible sans supplément et son vraiment un plus Chambre assez petite, accès à l’hôtel assez compliqué depuis l'aeroport (ça bouchonne énormément). Le petit-déjeuner, bien qu'étant complet en mode buffet n'était pas extraordinaire (café pas très bon) Il y a également eu une journée sans eau chaude suite à un problème de gaz et sans aucune compensation.

- Доктор55 (8/5): Неплохой отель - Как все и говорят, вид- уникальный, это того стоит. Есть спа, номер хороший, персонал хороший. ) завтрак тоже неплохой. Расположение- рынок, это бесит немного: грязь, шум...но это стамбул)) первый день не было горячей воды. Но возможно это авария и просто не повезло.

- Dominika (7/5): - Hotel je naozaj veľmi krásny s nádherným výhľadom. Raňajky boli skvele. Na izbe nám nešla klimatizácia iba ventilátor a kúrenie. Bolo to strašne mali sme na izbe skoro 30 stupňov, žiadne okno,len nejaké do vnútra hotela. Kvôli spusteniu klimatizácie som musela volať na recepciu 7-8x za dva dni. Strašne. Za tým oknom stále svietilo svetlo takze vecer svetlo a ráno keď vstávate ani neviete koľko je hodín a či je svetlo pretože na izbe bola tma. Sklamalo má to veľmi za take peniaze. Pekný hotel mo my aj moja rodina sme mali dve izby s výhľadom do vnútra hotela a stále tmu.

- Arleta (2/5): - Widok z tarasu w restauracji był piękny. Hotel położony blisko najważniejszych zabytków. Hotel nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Pokoje są bardzo ciemne i ponure i źle wyposażone. Nawet kawy nie chce się robić w dzbanku z poprzedniej epoki. Mieliśmy pokój delux z widokiem na ścianę ... W łazience niby hamam z okropnym zapachem kanalizy. Pogoda była średnia, więc w hotelu było zimno. Hotel wyłączał klimatyzację z funkcją grzania. Dopiero po interwencji u nas w pokoju mieliśmy taką możliwość. Śniadania bardzo słabe, naprawdę żadnej przyjemności w jedzeniu. Bar przy recepcji wciąż zamknięty, obsługa proszona z restauracji z 5 piętra. A i basen....Ciemno jak wszędzie,ie, 1 krzesło na szlafrok i potrzebne czepki. Nie polecam pobytu w tym hotelu. Dziwię sie, że booking polecam ten obiekt jako preferowany.

- Birgit (9/5): Absolut weiterempfehlenswert - Das Frühstück war sehr gut , für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Aussicht von Frühstücksraum phänomenal. Der Pool hatte eine ausreichende Größe. Das Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage für einen Städtetrip super zentral. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Einzig die Aussicht in Zimmer 121 war keine , da auf eine Mauer des gegenüberliegenden Gebäudes, was das Zimmer insgesamt etwas dunkel gemacht hat. Uns hat es nicht so gestört weil wir uns nur zum schlafen im Zimmer aufgehalten haben.

- Raphael (3/5): Passez votre chemin - La localisation proche de Sainte Sophie et de la mosquée bleue. La vue depuis la terrasse. Une chambre dont la fenêtre donne sur un tout petit espace hermétiquement fermé je n’ai jamais vu cela dans ma vie (il ne faut pas être claustrophobe). La température de la chambre à 28 degrés que l’on ne peut pas baisser car ce n’est pas la bonne saison et donc la climatisation ne marche pas à cette période. Pas de possibilité d’aérer puisque la fenêtre de la chambre donne sur un espace totalement clos avec un ciel artificiel recouvert sans doute par le restaurant. On se demande à chaque fois si le cœur va supporter une nuit de plus…. Et pour finir la dernière nuit quasi blanche car l’alarme s’est déclenchée pour une raison inconnue à 1h30, 2h, 2h30, 2h45 du matin avec cette désagréable impression que cette chambre n’en est pas une mais un véritable cercueil. Comme expérience client, on a vu mieux… Expérience qui aurait sans doute été différente avec une climatisation qui devrait être fonctionnelle même hors saison chaude lorsque ceci est nécessaire.

Spesso scendevo all’alba per andare sul ponte di Galata arrivandoci in meno di 15 minuti a piedi passeggiando con tutta la calma del mondo. Molto carina la SPA, colazione ottima con una vista che non ha eguali, bellissima! Staff gentilissimo, mi hanno anche offerto il tè turco prima di andare via, tutto molto bello, penso di ritornarci. Forse le stanze un po piccole ma fattibile.

- MICHAEL (1/5): Glass shards on the bed! - There were nearly invisible glass shards on the bed when I checked-in jet-lagged. I was injured and spent many days in the hospital instead of my tour group. Management declined to acknowledge any accountability. I had a terrible experience!

- Ibrahim (5/5): If it wasn’t for the location I wouldn’t stay there again. - Location was great. The hotel did not feel and look like a 5 star hotel. Shower was broken on arrival however they did move us to another room.
- Liburn (9/5): - Tolle Lage in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten, die man in Istanbul sehen muss. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel kann jedem empfohlen werden, ob Freundesgruppen, Familien oder Paare. Die Dachterrasse ist traumhaft. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit der Anfrage (Einzelbetten und Doppelbett) gebucht. Diese Anfrage wurde vor der Ankunft bestätigt. Beim Einchecken stand das Zimmer leider doch nicht wunschgemäss zur Verfügung. Das Personal konnte uns aber zwei separate Zimmer organisieren, was die Situation wieder erleichtert hat.
- Cipriano (3/5): Por mi experiencia mejor busca otra opción - La ubicacion y poco mas Este hotel tiene habitaciones para clientes captados por grandes mayoristas como Booking y otras habitaciones para el resto de clientes que gestionan ellos mismos con diferencias abismales. El desayuno super basico no merece la pena!!! Este establecimiento en España no tendria mas de 3 estrellas como mucho.

- Claudio (9/5): VANCAZA AD ISTANBUL - Posizione meravigliosa, comodissima per visitare le principali attrazioni culturali della città. Vista mozzafiato sul Bosforo. Colazione ricca ed abbondante. Bella palestra attrezzata. Ottimo il servizio navetta da e verso l'aerporto. Piscina coperta un po' piccola. Camere abbastanza piccole e cucina non di alto livello.

- Maria (10/5): - Fantastyczna i pomocna obsługa w recepcji i SPA. Pracownicy SPA : Erhan i Nadira to uśmiechnięci profesjonaliści,wykonujący swoją pracę z radością. Duże wrażenie zrobiła sala restauracji na 5 tym piętrze z widokiem na Bosfor. Na pewno przy kolejnym pobycie w Stambule wybierzemy ten hotel.

- ottavio (8/5): - Pulizia, buffet colazione e personale al ristorante La struttura si trova in una via abbastanza buia . Di sera, nelle immediate vicinanze, non ci bar o ristoranti . Seppur la città sia abbastanza sicura, certamente questa zona non invoglia ad uscire la sera dopo cena.
- Giuseppe (9/5): - Situato in ottima posizione per raggiungere agevolmente a piedi i principali monumenti e luoghi che volevamo visitare, dal palazzo Topkapi alle moschee (Aya Sophia, Moschea Blu, Moschea di Solimano, Basilica Cisterna) ai due bazar (Grand Bazar e Bazar delle Spezie). Camera silenziosa e dotata di tutti i confort, Colazione ricca e varia, impossibile provare tutto! Il ristorante al quinto piano ci ha fatto godere della splendida vista sul Bosforo, con le luci notturne, purtroppo la pioggia è stata un problema per il panorama di giorno. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, un'atmosfera davvero speciale e pulizia accurata. Niente! Non c'è nulla di cui lamentarsi, un soggiorno reso poco gradevole solo dalla pioggia battente, purtroppo. Per il resto, tutto molto bene.

- Helga Bös (8/5): Auzgezeichnetes Hotel für einen Städtetrip. - Ausgezeichnete Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück war gut, könnte aber ein bisschen abwechslungsreicher sein. Alles in allem sehr gutes Hotel, nur leider sind im Spa Bereich auch Kleinkinder. Nichts gegen Kleinkinder, aber der Spa Bereich ist sehr klein.

- Katalin (9/5): Great view from the terrace - My room was very small and dark, the terrace and breakfast place are amazing the view is spectacular. Had NY eve celebration there , it was too expensive and empty and the entrainment was 10 minutes. Food was great for breakfast and dinner also
