• Kseniia (9/5): Хороший вариант по соотношению цена/качество - Отличный уединенный мини-отель! Подойдет тем, кто любит тишину и природу. У нас был угловой номер на восток (вид на лес и холмы), мечеть слышно очень отдаленно, спать не мешало. Номера не уставшие, чистые, ежедневная уборка и замена полотенец. В номере есть мини-кухня со всем необходимым: от кастрюли и сковороды до духовки и тостера - кто захочет готовить, легко это сделает. Хороший паркинг, можно со своим транспортом - есть места и под авто и под байки. Локация прекрасная - в глубине Камалы стало появляться больше инфраструктуры и для того, чтобы поужинать, купить что-то в магазине или пойти на массаж, уже не нужно идти к первой линии моря. в деревеньке появились новые 7/11, big c, чуть дальше круглосуточный tops. Недалеко от отелей sunwing/sunprime (это ближе к морю, нужно перейти через основную дорогу) делают ночные рынки. Ночной администратор не всегда на месте - как-то вернулись поздно и разблокировалась ключ-карта, пришлось поискать человека.

• Darren (3/5): POOR CHOICE, EXPENSIVE, ISOLATED, LESSON LEARNT - Room was pretty much a Self contained 1 bedroom apartment. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space. Full kitchen facilities, if you supply pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Full size fridge. The views were nice and it was quiet. Full Machine Gym, looked pretty new. MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. Up a steep hill. Reliant on a shuttle bus/taxi to take you to the beach or shops. Not a lot at Kamala beach. Enough to do in an hour or two, but not great. Taxis wanted $40 to take us 6 km to Patong Beach, and were FIRM with the price. The hotel seemed to be a failed apartment building, now being rented out by the room per night. The apartment has a full kitchen, but only 1 knife, 1 fork and 1 spoon. 1 pan for cooking, but no plates........ TV didn't work well. So there was nothing to do. The pool was ok, but hidden, and a bit of a walk away from the hotel and looked like it was on the next property, so unless you asked for it, you wouldn't find it. Kamala beach was OK, not outstanding. Food was on the expensive side and was served in takeaway containers. Shopping is supermarkets, big shops, fast food chains, Seven Eleven and minimal market type shops. Not really a Thailand Vibe, more a commercial town vibe, with a beach. We left early in the morning so didn't get breakfast. Ordering a taxi from the hotel cost an extra 200 Baht on the Grab Price. When the Hotel Taxi arrived in the morning we jumped in and then had to wait while the driver went to pray. Nothing against religion, but he could have done that before picking us up.

Some of the front desk staff where very helpful others not so much Most definitely is not soundproof. The pool was very small but had access to a larger shallow pool at the Trees. Not enough hooks to hang things. Odd cleaning practices, they took one of the bath robes the first day, then the other the second day. Had to ask for mugs for coffee as none in the room.. Room decor needs some major work. Shower head sprays water everywhere,, good things it's close to being a wet room.as there is no door on the shower area, the sink was loose.

• Reza (1/5): - hiermit möchte ich meine große Unzufriedenheit über meinen letzten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel zum Ausdruck bringen. Leider war dies eine der schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen, die ich je gemacht habe. Zunächst einmal war die Sauberkeit absolut inakzeptabel. Die Fenster waren extrem schmutzig, und der allgemeine Hygienestandard des Zimmers war sehr schlecht. Es gab tagsüber kein Warmwasser, und uns wurde gesagt, wir müssten bis zum Abend warten, bis das Wasser warm genug sei, um duschen zu können. Das ist für ein Hotel völlig unzumutbar. Noch schlimmer war, dass sich Bienen im Zimmer befanden. Jeden Abend mussten wir zwei bis drei Bienen töten, nur um schlafen zu können. Das war nicht nur unangenehm, sondern auch beunruhigend. Zusätzlich habe ich das Personal dreimal ausdrücklich darum gebeten, unser Zimmer zu wechseln. Jedes Mal wurde mir gesagt: „morgen“. Dieses „morgen“ wurde jedoch immer wieder verschoben, und das Zimmer wurde während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nie gewechselt. Am Ende war unsere Reise vorbei, ohne dass sich etwas geändert hatte. Dieses Verhalten war äußerst enttäuschend und unprofessionell. Der Service war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Das Personal zeigte wenig Professionalität und grundlegende Höflichkeit. Das Frühstück war von sehr schlechter Qualität – nichts war frisch. Zudem war der Service beim Frühstück extrem langsam und schlecht organisiert. Wenn beispielsweise drei Personen Kaffee bestellten, wurde zunächst nur eine Tasse serviert, während die anderen bis zu 30 Minuten warten mussten. Dasselbe Problem gab es bei den restlichen Speisen. Der gesamte Ablauf war chaotisch und inakzeptabel. Insgesamt hat das Hotel in Bezug auf Sauberkeit, grundlegende Ausstattung, Essensqualität und Kundenservice vollständig versagt. Diese Erfahrung hat unsere Reise erheblich beeinträchtigt und die gesamte Stimmung ruiniert. Ich kann dieses Hotel unter keinen Umständen weiterempfehlen und werde dort definitiv nie wieder übernachten. Ich hoffe, Booking.

• Dominik (8/5): - Die Zimmer sind sehr schöne und gepflegte mit toller Aussicht. Der Pool bietet genug Platz und ist sehr schön. Es war generell auch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man hat eine Auswahl aus verschiedenen Gerichten. Das Shuttle zum Strand ist auch super, denn der Weg zu Fuß am Straßenrand entlang ist nicht schön. Die große Fensterfront bietet einen super Ausblick, allerdings pfeift der Wind in stürmischen Nächten auch sehr stark durch die Rahmen. Das Shuttle fährt nur alle 2 Stunden, daher muss man sich schon stark danach richten, wenn man es nutzen möchte.

• Sayed Hasan (1/5): Disappointing - The place was not very clean and there were spider webs and the door to the balcony does not close properly so we had insects coming into our room and the staff was not very responsive to the issue. I booked for 11 nights but only stayed for 1 night and had to change the booking to another place. A very bad experience unfortunately.
• Jan (7/5): Good priced hotel, away from the crowds. - Away from everything. Friendly stuff. Gym open 24h. Nice view from 3th level up. The biger rooms are nice. Parking. Ac is extremly loud. We switched 2 times the room. In one room the ac was above the bed and dripped water all night, the splashes landed an the face each 5 minutes. Also in the second room the inside unit of the ac was loud like an engine. This is absolutly not ok. Then in the third room the ac was still loud but only the outside unit, which was not that bad. Kitchen is badly equped. You get 2 plates and 2 cutlury sets. We ended up buying kitchen stuff in the supermarket. Gym could be equiped better, also the condition of the mashines is not good, partly broken. But it was enough to do some bodybuilding. Safe should be secured to the wall and not just standing freely on a shelf.

It's fine if you're looking to disconnect, but I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to visit other areas or sites during the day. Also, some parts of the hotel are run-down.

• lisa (7/5): Bello , ma può migliorare - La struttura bellissima , in mezzo alla foresta , super pulita e bella Purtroppo , non è collegata bene con i taxi , il servizio taxi è un po difficile da trovare , e non rimane al centro di Kamala , quindi si è raggiungibile a piedi ma facendo mezz’ora di strada .

• OFEK (6/5): - המקום עם תמורה למחיר מעולה. חדר גדול,מרווח,ונקי. המיקום של המלון יחסית מרוחק ככה שזה נותן אפשרות לקצת שקט מהרעש של פוקט. החדר כושר ברמה מאד נמוכה. המתקנים לא ראויים לאימון ואין מזגן בחדכ. אם לא משכירים אופנוע מהמקום המרכזי אז יקר להתנייד ממיקום המלון. גם השכרת האופנועים מהמלון יקרה בכפול .

• ChrisBay (10/5): - Mir gefällt es hier. Etwas außerhalb, daher ruhig, bis auf die Moschee in der Nähe. Die unterschiedlichsten Zimmer zur Auswahl, ein schöner Pool nebenan mit einem Café, wo man in aller Ruhe mit dem Laptop arbeiten kann. Wer einen Roller hat perfekt. Sonst gibt es auch einen Shuttleservice zum Strand. Super nettes Personal an der Reception -

There were areas in the room that need finishing off- there was damp in patches by one of the mirrors, and the bottom of the wall in bathroom looked completely not finished! The aircon unit was dripping onto the headboard so again was a not nice patch there.

• Любовь (7/5): - Останавливались тут в 3ий раз, нравится место, но апарты уже немного устали. Хорошие виды с большого балкона. Есть кухня. Хороший напор и горячая вода. Уборка хорошая, каждый день. Сломана полочка в душе, полотенца с пятнами и уже явно старые.

• Sarah (8/5): - The staff in reception were very friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and the view from the room was exactly as it looked online. The pool also was beautiful and one depth, which was perfect for kids. The restaurant located in the hotel served nice meals. We were not in walking distance to anything and had to rely on the shuttle or taxi's. Taxi's charge more to drop here as there is an extremely steep incline up to the hotel. The shuttle service is free though if you come and go at the specified times.

• Janice (8/5): Nice to be up there in the trees - Lovely room and helpful staff. Grateful for the shuttle bus that was fun travelling to and from Kamala Town. Breakfast was a nice experience in the cafe area by the pool.
• Petya (6/5): Not good for the money. - The pool was quite inviting, and the lobby had a pleasant appearance. The room, while it could use some improvements, was generally satisfactory. The accommodation could benefit from some additional cleaning and maintenance to enhance the overall experience. We also noticed that water wasn't provided on two of our stay days, which would be a nice touch to improve guest comfort. Additionally, having slippers available would make the stay more pleasant.
• Sadie (6/5): Pleasant - Rooms were lovely, absolutely beautiful! Poole are was also pleasant! It is a little out the way and last shuttle back was at 8:15… we grabbed a taxi that was easy enough but still early return for hotel shuttle! Breckfast said buffet but it was it was menu and limited! The waitress seems down and grumpy and it made the mornings not very pleasant:( Breakfast wasn’t great and not what was advertised!
• Tine (5/5): Passable - We spent 9 days at this hotel and had mixed experiences. On the positive side, the pool is very nice, and the rooms are spacious with kitchens and plenty of storage space. The only thing missing by the pool area are umbrellas. Unfortunately, the rooms are in poor condition: the walls are damaged and show signs of mold, the furniture is visibly worn, and the kitchen has very limited utensils. We lacked a proper knife and cutting board to prepare our meals, and the only pan was so small it could fit just one egg. The fitness center needs serious maintenance; the equipment is old, and some machines are non-functional. Breakfast tasted good, but one particular staff member was very rude. Throughout our 9-day stay, she never once responded to our "Good morning." One morning, we noticed a breakfast buffet with fruits, vegetables, cereal, bread, and juice, in addition to the à la carte menu. On the second day, we arrived a bit late but still within breakfast hours, and the buffet was already cleared. When we asked for some fruits and vegetables, she initially said it was all gone but eventually brought us a few pieces. Her arrogance and rudeness, evident throughout our stay, peaked at that moment when she, visibly distressed by our request, served my girlfriend a child-sized portion of breakfast (as seen in the photo). Overall, the hotel has great potential due to its quiet area and nice pool. However, improvements are needed not only in staff behavior and breakfast arrangements but also in the room conditions and fitness facilities.
