The building is conveniently located near a metro station and the room is calm and very convenient to use. We particularly appreciated the equipped kitchen and guides in multiple languages to use the various appliances accross the room. If we were to offer suggestions: - would it be possible to put the wifi ID and passcode in a more obvious location ? (we had to push the drawer and read the code directly on the plug) - would it be possible to add a guide on how to use the bath ?

• amie (9/5): Would highly recommend staying here! Great apartment! - Immediately when you enter the lobby you can tell this facility is looked after by someone that cares. It’s extremely clean and up to date. The apartment had the same feel. Don’t expect anything too spacious but there was enough space for the two of us to lay our suitcases on the floor in the bedroom (even if it did block the balcony door) and 2 seats at the table with some walking room and a short hallway to the toilet. Lots of great touches that make it a more comfortable stay including a coat rack, a lamp, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom and shower amenities all provided. Washing detergent next to the washing machine and some very basic kitchen things. Overall a wonderful stay with a great location as a bonus! 2 min walk to the station which has a lift so great for heavy bags as otherwise it’s 3 sections of steps!) It would’ve been nice to be provided with some mugs to go with the kettle. The plates/bowls are tiny also so if you did use the provided hob and pans to cook you’d struggle to eat it. The wifi box under the tv has quite a bright light that flickers quickly so can be annoying when you’re going to sleep as the room isn’t completely dark. It would be more convenient if taking the trash out wasn’t included in the guests obligations at check out but it was quick and an easy location next to the entrance in the lobby

I loved how clean, new and comfortable everything was, you have everything you need for a good stay, including some basic kitchenware, a washing machine with detergent, a great bathtub and very comfy bed. On the description it mentioned a double bed, but we had two singe beds that we could put together. Otherwise no cons, would come again to stay!

The place is quiet, convenient for transport - The accommodation is clean and spacious, with plenty of room to place and open luggage comfortably. It has cooking facilities, making it convenient for preparing meals. There is also a large balcony where you can relax. The location is very convenient, close to the subway station, as well as shops and restaurants nearby. It is also within walking distance of Osaka Castle. I liked everything. There was nothing I didn’t like.

• Lev (9/5): Good value for money - Location is great, we easily could get to any place on our itinerary in about 30 - 40 minutes top, taxi is not necessary USJ is 35 minutes away. Downstairs if go a little up the street can see 7/11 and some good places to eat. Self check in/ checking out was easy. Stuff is super responsive and helpful. Inside might be a bit tight but I loved the balcony and bed mattress is soft and comfortable. Nothing, good value for money, would stay again.

• Pei ying (8/5): 可以提前寄放行李，但要先聯繫，垃圾要自己收拾。基本衛浴用品都有，但毛巾不更換。車站很近，走路不用一分鐘，但只有樓梯，剛入住那天要扛著行李上來有點不便，但後來有發現另一個出口有電梯，到旅館要一小段路但不遠，整體來說滿方便的！如果有機會再來玩會 - 房間很乾淨舒適，陽台有洗衣機，不用投幣就可使用，還附洗衣粉真的很貼心，衣架也準備很多很夠用！浴室很整潔，在外走了整一天回來泡澡非常舒服😌

• Etienne (8/5): Très bien. Je recommande sans hésiter ! - Appartement nickel, bien agencé, confortable, propre. Hôte réactif. La personne qui fait le ménage m'a autorisé à laisser ma valise dans l'appartement car j'avais une heure d'avance. J'ai adoré le quartier avec une galerie couverte, non loin du centre animé de Dotonbori et à deux pas du château. Le check-in process est un peu fastidieux, surtout quand on n'a pas d'accès à internet et il pourrait y avoir des indications pour la wifi directement dans le logement.

• Alexis (10/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix - Super emplacement proche métro. Vue sur la ville d’Osaka la nuit. Literie et salle de bain nickel. Proche d’un grand axe routier donc assez bruyant.

Вид с балкона - на миллион! вам не нужны никакие смотровые площадки :) Сама квартира чистая и уютная, в ней есть все, и кухня и стиральная машина и конечно туалет и ванная. Все чисто и опрятно. Хозяин был на связи и заселение и выселение прошло хорошо. Чек-ин. Сама инструкция то понятная, но много чудного формализма - обязательное заполнение формы с фото на фоне отеля (а как вы можете это фото приложить если вы пока не в отеле? пришлось сначала одно фото прикладывать, потом перефоткиваться на фоне жилья) - зачем такая морока? Отсутствие инструкций к технике. Вся техника на японском. Только чат джипити и спасал. Обязанность вынести мусор. Вот так вот, три пакета с мусором пришлось вынести при выселении тк такие правила проживания. Это доставляет неудобства.

No obvious recycling initiatives. A small table or. somewhere to access luggage instead of on the floor would be nice.

• Roos (10/5): - Great apartment, felt like a home away from home. All amenities were included and the balcony was a nice bonus. The location was easy to reach by public transport, but in walking distance from a lot of the sights too. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe walking home at night. The staff was very friendly and replied quickly to any messages. I forgot my bracelet in the apartment and they really went out of their way to send it to me on the same day. Would highly recommend!
• 綠色能量有限公司 (10/5): - 離地鐵站出口近（谷町六丁目駅 3號出口），走路約15分鐘可以到達大阪城，附近有不用人擠人的堂吉訶德，Izumiya，超商都在附近，房間比一般hotel大很多，有廚房廚具，洗衣機等等。 馬桶上方的抽風機灰塵超厚，很久沒清理了，陽台門的隔音不是很好，晚上很多飆車族，隔音不好會造成很多困擾。

• Aryane (9/5): Muito conveniente e confortável - Ótima localização: super perto do metro. Apartamento limpo, confortável, bem equipado e com tudo funcionando. Apesar de ficar na frente de uma rua, o apartamento é silencioso. A entrada é self check-in. As instruções chegam por mensagem e são fáceis de seguir. Não existe recepção mas o host responde às mensagens rapidamente. Apartamento muito bom e voltaria à ficar lá em outra oportunidade. Caso queira cozinhar não existe o básico como sal e óleo.

• Gudrun (7/5): - Großartiger Ausblick über die Skyline von Osaka vom Balkon, wäre noch besser mit geputzten Fenstern. Einfacher kontaktloser Check-In. Zentrale Lage, mit der Metro waren viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Angenehmes Viertel mit hervorragenden Restaurants in 5 min Umkreis (zu Fuß). Das Bett hat einen Lattenrost bei dem die Latten frei lagen ohne Sicherung, sodass einige Latten nachts mehrmals beim Umdrehen im Schlaf rausknallten. Zu zweit konnten die Matratze aber leicht angehoben und die Latten wieder eingelegt werden. Laute Straße vor dem Fenster, die selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster zu hören war - Großstadt eben. Dank Oropax konnten wir aber gut schlafen. Magere Kochausstattung, ohne Löffel, Gläser, oder Teeauswahl.

• Schmitz (9/5): - Sehr gut gelegen! Direkt an der U-Bahn, aber auch zu Fuß kann man vieles einfach erreichen (Osaka Castle, Ausgehviertel). Wir waren im 11. Stock. Schöner, urbaner Blick! Tolles Bad mit separater Dusche! Bequemes Bett! Nichts nennenswertes!
