The door main room door also cant lock from inside

- Mohd Rasul Affendi (4/5): Nightmare in Kingston room 119... - Lokasi mudah hendak kemana2. Bantal ada 4 n empuk. Ada lift. Kedudukan aircond berada di hadapan tetapi tidak mengadap katil. Menyebabkan lambat Jd sejuk. Bunyi compressor aircond yg berada di luar tingkap sangat mengganggu. Sehingga menyebabkan sy tidak dapat tido dgn lena sehingga pagi. Bunyi yg sgt bising dan berdengung. Pada mulanya sy igtkan bunyi blower dapur masakan kedai cina di bawah hotel rupanya sangkaan sy silap. Bunyi itu datangnya dari compressor aircond hotel Kingston sendiri. Mimpi ngeri pada sy n keluarga sy menginap di hotel yg mengeluarkan bunyi mcm puaka..... Pastikan anda tidak terkena spt sy. Keadaan tilam juga amat mengecewakan sebab tilam tidak rata.sy berbaring dgn keadaan yg badan tenggelam kaki timbul. Menyeksakan sekali bercampur pula dgn bunyi puaka yg dihasilkan oleh hotel Kingston sendiri... jika anda ingin merasai pengalaman sy ni cubalah menginap di bilik 119....

- Yazreen (1/5): ⭐ 1/5 — Not a Safe or Comfortable Stay - Nothing Stayed here from 31 Oct to 2 Nov 2026, and it was a terrible experience. The bedsheet was dirty, toilet hose rusty, and there was a long-haired Chinese tenant in room 307 who seemed to stay long-term (there were papers pasted outside his door). He kept his door open, talked to himself, and knocked on his own door until 2–3 AM for two nights straight. It felt unsafe and impossible to rest. The reception never answered calls, and even messages through Booking.com got no reply. Overall, this place feels poorly managed and not safe at all. Not recommended. Please avoid this hotel.

- Mark (6/5): Just ok. - Location, walking distance to family we were visiting. Very slow check-in. Receptionist didn’t seem familiar with the IT system. No hangers in room, requested hangers at reception who said they would request from housekeeping …. never arrived. No water in room, all fairly basic.
