Просто отвал всего. Я никогда не видела такой красоты. Грязновато в номерах, хоть номера и большие, но достаточно старенькие и не очень уютные, но в целом оки. Уборка каждый день (полы плохо моют), в санузле чисто. Еда не очень вкусная на мой взгляд, но выбор достаточный.

Huge territory with many places for hiding and remote working. Nature and views are amazing, very instagram landscape. Attentive , friendly and professional people from the dining area to room service and spa stuff. Juices could be better. Disco for kids mostly, so better to move to Bodrum center to have fun for parties. Nice to have shisha

- Ramesh (9/5): First time stay at the lap of sea bay ! - Room, location, staff service Reception Area was not very impressive. We are not used to it, so we found lots of cats specially when we are dinning is bit disturbing and unwelcoming.

Специални благодарности на красивата Исмигюль ,която ни помогна да сменим стаята,понеже беше шумно и винаги беше готова да ни помогне и отговори на въпросите ни. Благодарности и на Мениджъра госпожа Айше,която се постара няколко дена да ни подсигури лека храна тъй като имахме здравословни проблеми. И не на последно място сладката Девлет от Турското кафе която винаги ме посрещаше с усмивка. Благодарим и до скоро🍀 Има какво да се желае с чистотата,вкусът на храната и много добре би било ако се помисли за санитарен възел на плажа където се намират повечето чадъри и шезлонги!

- Maria (10/5): Fantastic location with endless opportunities for fun. - The hotel hired amazing entertainers that were family friendly. The little ones had an amazing time. I appreciate the water sports kiosk at the beach which was great because we didn't need to leave the hotel to have a great speed boat excursion. The buffet was fantastic. We email a few days before to be sure the pools were open but the hotel did not respond to the email. We emailed again and sent a message on WhatsApp to ask about airport transfers and no one responded again. We went to the hotel but we were hesitant since we had not heard back from them before we arrived.

I especially love the hamam. Kids love the indoor pool. WiFi is quick. We booked a room with 6 beds, it has two bedrooms and a sort of living room. Just the right layout for our use. Very pleased. Nothing.

- Antje (6/5): Mixed Bag - Hotel setting and gardens are fabulous and good strong WiFi everywhere. Grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Room was specious big bed in master bedroom, living room two single beds and pull out sofa and second bedroom two single beds. Air con available, needed as you can't open a window bar the balcony door. Bottled cold drinking water provided everywhere in fridges. Guest relations were helpful. Bus to bodrum right at the door €1. Be prepared to walk and use stairs a lot! As specious as it is you will have to walk 20min from one site to the other depending on your room location. The hotel is dated, family deluxe room was very tired, especially the bathroom. The floor in the master bedroom was squeaking and massive water stains on the living room ceiling. I know it was end of season week, but there was no decent entertainment organised. Kids disco at 9pm followed by DJ. As usual drinks were awful the minerals had an aftertaste of bleach or chlorine, but you purchase branded products. Some waiting staff were just rude (red haired lady wore black mini skirt all the time and muttered underneath her breath in her language was actually scary). Towards the end of the week most had gone on holiday mode themselves. Food was hit and miss meatballs and chicken loads of salads. The outdoor pool was freezing. Aqua Park needs an overhaul as some steps up to the slides are down right dangerous.

I liked everything except how far it was from the city itself. Also the food wasn't great, they gave same or similarr meals every other day. We got food poisoning during our trip.

- Anna (6/5): we were there with the group, and all in all the holiday was lovely and we would like to thank the staff for their hospi - -all in all hotel is great and the holiday was lovely and we would like to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality. great location not far from Bodrum, the sea was amazing and lots of sun beds available, and mostly all first line(maximum 2-3 rows at some point),long Beach, had a feeling of private beach. there is a sand beach as well a bit further but everywhere is very comfortable to go into the water if your prefer to stay on the deck one with the stairs going down. -very tasty food and there are lots of options for any preferences. loved the lunch options next to the beach where ladies in national costumes were making local food, they were charming and food is so good -lots of entertainment for grownups and kids -very polite and helpful staff -lots of options for water activities (like parasailing, diving, privite yacht hiring etc) -Waterpark on the ground of the hotel -hammam massage was wonderful -the sand beach is a long distance away from any facilities, like bars / toilets, and there is no service on the beach, so you have to walk long distance - there is no wifi in the rooms, only works at certain places on the beach and reception area - in 10 days Noone washed the floor in the room, just changed the bedding /towels. -dirty communal toilets (we had to ask to clean them at some point, because it was not possible to use) -I booked a transfer in advance and it costed us €50, in the hotel afterwards when I wanted to book another they asked €75 for the same transfer (but eventually agreed to do 50 after I showed the e-mail). but then we spoke to another person and it was 40 euros for exactly same distance/destination, so you have to bargain every time, not the service I expect from 5 star hotel. not to mention that the drivers never arrive on time or cannot find you and don't know which airport are you in, that's not the hotel fault, but will know for the future to book way in advance -wasn't a problem for us but a note for families with children or people with wheelchairs - the hotel is huge and you have to walk 15 minutes or more from your room down to the beach, which is ok, but then you have to go all the way up, there are lots of steps! it was challenging

- Sebnem (9/5): Superb - The range of food at the buffets were excellent. The availability of food kiosks around the resort is a great plus if youre coming with kids that are always hungry. Rooms are spacious and theres a 24hr bar thats handy. Kids club also nice and clean. Lots of slopes and stairs. If you have little children, maybe not the place for you.

Some staffs just want to get rid of you and do not attend you properly!

Have raised this issue with Booking.com. The lack of vegetarian food options and understanding of staff was shocking and ruined the holiday.
