A equipe é muito atenciosa e o hotel muito romântico. Amamos.

• Natalie (10/5): Most fabulous place to stay. Heaven on Earth - Everything, our room, the food, the location, the sites, the breathtaking view of the caldera and the other side of the island. Got two views for the price of one. Could enjoy the sunset from our specific room only, and we did not have to fight crowds to see it. Watching the sunset from our on deck hot tub was amazing.

• Oliver (10/5): Perfect location in magical Oia. - Excellent location in magical Oia. Exceptional breakfast delivered to your room (if you so wish). The shared pool is perfect, but our son enjoyed the novelty of the jacuzzi on the balcony. Unbelievable views and handy location. Nothing.

Small but deep plunge pool shared by immediate neighboring rooms only, so no competition for space. No counter space in the bathroom, but the shower was so heavenly you could overlook it.
• Eesha (10/5): Amazing stay! - The property was even more stunning than pictures! It was the perfect place to begin our honeymoon and take in Santorini views. The staff were amazing and so helpful and the breakfast was so memorable. We also loved having a plunge pool on our balcony. The manager of the hotel and Theano were both so helpful to provide us for some recommendations and sunset reservations for our trip - made our trip even that much more special! It is right in Oia so when you are using the top pool tourists are walking by! The downstairs pool with the bar is great though.

Indeed, for any necessity there is the possibility to message via WhatsApp and request the hotel team support/inquiry. The service is also super in time, and the staff very caring and supportive. We chose the suite with bath tub and it was an absolute dream. We were a bit worried about the privacy, knowing that usually the rooms in caldera have the shared passage of the hotel, however this had an incredible privacy. We will 100% come back for sure. Totally satisfied. Nothing
• Helene (8/5): Really nice stay - Lovely hotel with bedrooms large enough for a family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) except the balcony more appropriate for a two people. Wonderful breakfast. Staff absolutely lovely and helpful. A bit expensive for what it is. Pool is nice but on the main pedestrian walk of Ioa. And the more private one is only for adults. But the location has its advantage to walk in Ioa.

If there was anything to dislike it was the beds. But that’s being incredibly nit picky.

And the private balcony and hot tub overlooking the beautiful view of the sea and Caldera. The included breakfasts that were brought to our room each morning were delicious and such a good start to the day. The Exclusivi app was also brilliant - we could order our breakfast, book tables at the Secret restaurants and communicate with reception through it. Not a massive issue, but maybe the pool could have been heated a bit

So many people stop by to take pictures of the hotel because it’s beautiful. The room is thoughtfully decorated and very clean. Breakfast in the room feels so nice and luxurious. The staff is very helpful and friendly and would go above and beyond to meet our needs. Overall very very good experience. We will definitely come back.

Worth paying extra for the premium suits for that extra privacy.

• Amy (9/5): The views were stunning and the staff were extraordinarily kind and helpful. - The staff were super nice and sincerely wanted to help us with anything we asked. The room and view were beautiful. The hot tub and pool were clean and well maintained. It was wonderful to receive a welcome drink and bottle of champagne and a snack. The breakfast was just ok, not spectacular like other hotels we visited during our stay in Greece. It would have been nice to have a buffet from which we could choose the food in the restaurant in addition to having the choice of it being delivered to our room. And, very disappointingly, we didn't get breakfast on our third morning. We were really looking forward to eating what we selected the previous night and completed on the breakfast form. Yet, when we went to check out in the morning, we were handed a boxed meal which none of us wanted any of the food inside and we had to specifically ask for coffees. Maybe it seems trivial, but with the high cost of the hotel, the breakfast was a highlight and we were deprived of one of the three included breakfasts.

Our room has a private balcony and bubbling jacuzzi with a panoramic view of the caldera and Aegean Sea. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting in the jacuzzi everyday around sunset time, watching the view like it was a dream. The Infiniti pool in the common area was also spectacular. The main shopping street is below us, just outside the front door. Walk a few steps to many lively restaurants and shops. The entire staff is incredibly attentive. This is a 5 stars boutique hotel in every way. Highly recommended. everything was fantastic.

• Bert (9/5): one of the best holidays i ever had - we stayed in the maisonette/duplex. the breakfast, the room and staff were incredible. it has a double aircon system (up and downstairs that work independantly) none. but if your into privacy consider that some rooms in the premium are close to the street with view on caldera making it an atraction for constant tourism. even the hotel (wall of water, pool) gets photographed. it didnt bother me or my family

I would love to come back here Actually everything was fab. If I have to be really picky, I would recommend they install a water filter so we can refill water rather than use plastic bottles (which they provide).
