Apartments has everything for a perfect staying and also thanks for a present, there was a bottle of prosecco in a fridge :) I want to say thanks to Marina and her husband for hospitality! • Nikola (10/5): - Perfect locality, you can walk everywhere in max 30 minutes.
• Ivana (1/5): - Lokacija u blizini svih znamenitosti Uistinu neznam odakle bi počela. Check in je po bookingu bio u 15 h, međutim vlasnik nas je primio ranije oko 11h. Dočekala nas je Veronika na brzinu i objasnila da nema ručnike pa ide po njih i vratiti će se kroz 15 min. Nakon što je izišla vidim da apartman nije očišćen, posteljina nije promjenjena, jastuk prljav od prethodnih gostiju, jedan jastuk bez navlake. Opušci od cigareta po podu i u vazama za cvijeće. Mislimo vratiti će se ionako je chack in u15h pa će to urediti, međutim do 17 h se nije pojavila. Zovem je na mob ona poklopi slušalicu. Obaviještavam vlanika, on se vidno uzrujan ispričava, nije u mogućnosti doći do sutra i predlaže da mi kupimo posteljinu i ručnike a on će sutra refundirati sredstva. Smrdljivi još od puta pokušavam bar noge oprati međutim u tuš kabini nema vode. Tada moje strpljenje već prestaje. Tu noć spavamo na sofi. Ujutro dolazi neka gospođa koje donosi ručnike, ne mijenja posteljinu već samo stavlja novu navlaku na jastuk koji je bio bez nje. Pokazujem joj da tuš nije u funkciji i ona obavještava vlasnika. Vlasnik po dolasku nam se ispričava, pokazuje razumijevanje ali odbija vratiti novac te nudi zamijenski smještaj u centru grada. Pitam dali je taj pripremljen za goste, uredan, čist i u funkciji. Odgovara ljubazno naravno da je. Pristajem vidjeti taj smještaj.... dolaskom u apartman vidim da smještaj nije ni blizu pripremljen te ga tek u tom momentu pripremaju za nas. Dijete i ja sjedimo a gospođa tek mijenja posteljinu, pita dali nam smeta da počisti pod. U tom momentu se zahvaljujem, bookiram sobu u hotelu i bježim glavom bez obzira. Ta odluka nam je spasila proslavu mog 50-tog rođendana i doživljene noćne more. Slijedeće pitanje od bookinga je: dali vam je krevet bio udoban NEZNAM NISMO MOGLI SPAVATI U NJEMU

• Nikolai (8/5): overall an amazing choice for experiencing Rome! i would go back - The location was stunning. Directly in the heart of the Piazza Navona with many really good restaurants. even though the piazza was busy until almost midnight, the noise level was very low thanks to great insulation. Elias was excellent with communication and showing us around. He was always available for any small requests via whatsapp. Apartment was overall very comfortable and had a nice little balcony overlooking the piazza. For those planning on exploring Rome on foot, this is a central location for pretty much everything…The Pantheon and The Trevi Fountain are minutes away, Spanish Steps and great shopping are 12-15min away. We slowly walked back both from Colosseum and the Vatican/St Peters Basilica as well. maybe 25min away, but plenty to see along the way and great food to try. air conditioning was working hard during this high heat (35C), and moisture was dripping onto the narrow steps making it a potential hazard. It required vigilance and frequent wiping with a towel.

• Carina (4/5): Disappointing experience despite great location - The location is absolutely fantastic — right next to Piazza Navona with a balcony overlooking the square, which was a highlight. The apartment also seems to have been designed with a modern, stylish aesthetic in mind, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, especially for the price range. The dishwasher had not been emptied, was dirty and gave off a foul odor. Even worse, the toilet brush was still soiled with feces from previous guests — completely unacceptable. The bathroom was extremely small with a very low ceiling; at 1.7 meters tall, I had to stoop to get in. The shower temperature couldn’t be adjusted and the water was scalding hot. I contacted the host about it, but received no response at all. The lack of any support or care from the host was shocking, and again, not what you’d expect given the premium cost. There was also a breakfast voucher included for a nearby café near the Pantheon — a nice idea in theory, but the quality of the food was very poor. Overall, while the location and bed were great, the cleanliness issues, lack of maintenance, and terrible service made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend it until serious improvements are made.

• John (9/5): Located overlooking most wonderful piazza in Rome with great vibes! - Fantastic location on Piazza. Balcony superb. Nice vibe. Staff very accommodating. could have been a little cleaner, e.g. bathroom mirror behind sink was not cleaned in a while.

• Per (8/5): A very special flat with superb situation. - Stylish, artistic and very orignal decor. Fantastic direct view to Piazza Navona. Lots of nice restaurants outside the door. Walking distance to "everything" Comfortable bed. Very creative use of mirrors! See my picture. Lacking somewhat in comfort. No desk to do some writing. High stools without back support no good for us "not-so-young". Many steep stairs to access the flat. (Pitoresque!?)

• Cristiano (7/5): Great Location - watch the stairs! - Location excellent. Great view over Piazza Novonna. Roomy apartment. Good bed. Great amenities. Shower did not function properly on day 1 - had to get repairs to fix. Cold shower day 1 and not fixed until late 2nd day. Stairs are a real problem if you have any challenges with legs/back. Very difficult to get bags to room and out. No toilet paper supplied. Cleaning was not really up to scratch but was adequate
• Bandinel (10/5): Prime view to the Piazza Navona, one of the most famous monumental squares in Rome - The location of this property in the heart of the city and on the Piazza Navona is enough to decide on booking it. From there the walking distance to many landmarks makes the sightseeing easy to plan; and the open balcony view to the piazza is very entertaining. The apartment building has an old style charm and we felt safe and secure during our stay. Adding to it that the apartment is comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials and more, makes it a perfect stay. The WiFi is fast and the TV has plenty of apps to connect. The communication with the host was top. What is not to like about this property
• Emiliano (10/5): Wonderful stay in prime apartment - Wonderful apartment in prime location. The view from the balcony over Piazza Navon is stunning like the design of the apartment itself. We found a welcome gift upon arrival with a bottle of Ferrari and delicious snacks. The check-in with the greeter who met us at the apartment was very easy and he gave us many useful pieces of advice for our stay, pleaces to visit and delicious restaurants. Definitely a 5* experience! Nothing. Everythig perfect.
• Aurora (10/5): Luxury Stay in the heart of Piazza Navona - I have just left the property a few hours ago and I already miss it. The atmosphere, the music, the colors, history and culture are what truly make visiting this property a remarkable experience. The location of the suite offers the best view of Piazza Navona, being also one of the few to offer a balcony on this stunning square. It is designer finished and furnished to perfection. The property is certainly above average, offering all possible comforts (I found a Dyson Airwrap in the room!!). It goes without saying that restaurants, monuments and interesting sights are a couple of minutes away by walk. The taxi stand is also 1 minute away, just round the corner. It’s very accessible and luxurious. The shower is to die for, and it feels like everything revolves around you. I really loved how peaceful and comfortable the apartment was, without compromising location & quality. We will be back! This property is a luxury suite suitable for a maximum of 2 people, children are not allowed. In addition, the staircase at the entrance does not make it accessible for everyone. These are the only downsides I can possibly think of.
• Colin (10/5): SIMPLY STUNNING - The apartment is simply mind blowing and made our holiday. It has been luxuriously finished with very elegant taste. The large balcony opens up directly onto the middle of Piazza Navona. Incredible view onto one of the most beautiful squares in the world. Located bang in the middle of everything. Greeters were very polite and took luggage straight up into the apartment. Fully equipped with kitchen and separate toilet. Stunning shower. A special property which made our stay super special, nearly not wanting to leave the home. The property is not suited for people with disability. There are a few steps into the courtyard and internal steps. Its not wheelchair accessible like most properties in Rome Centre.
