Kerri GBZ (10/5): - 2nd visit to Dwaraka this time with family, The location is perfect. Villas are beautiful and well kept and staff cannot do enough for you. The restaurant has amazing food with a good selection.They have cultural dinners on a Saturday which are very enjoyable and a great price. Free shuttle service return to Ubud runs every 2 hours. Can't recommend this highly enough!

Toshie (10/5): One day before, it was my birthday, they brought a birthday cake and sang for me. - Property is very nostalgic and antique and room is very clean.Morning walk to the rice terrace.Swimming Pool was amazing view,and restaurant food were delicious. Massage. When I went to massage bath towels were wet, I explained but they said they changed, but really uncomfortable by moisture. They changed but unhappy, they changed the bath towels but they didn’t close the door, we were nude.It was terrible experience. Shuttle bus pick up time was terrible especially 4:00 pm, there has traffic, I tell them traffic time should change the pick up time 4:30 pm to write or more frequently bus should come and pick up. We were waiting 4:05 pm bus in the end bus arrived at 4:35pm. No one’s fault but this is everyday, and sometimes too many passengers were waiting when bus arrived 9:00pm, everyone rush to the bus. Almost we couldn’t seated.Waiting so long and no seating will be terrible, need to improve.

Toshie (6/5): The hotel was nice and very clean and nostalgic and antique place. - Quiet and very clean The time of the shuttle bus. Because due to the traffic, always late to pick up point. Stuffs are really depends on the people. Two I really don’t like were massage ladies. Especially yesterday the towel was wet, I explained and asked them to touch. They were unhappy and told me that towels were not wet, I think the moisture changed the towels wet, I asked them to touch, it was very uncomfortable. We were full nude but they open the door full open and unhappy face to change the bath towel. It was my birthday, who brought me the girl and a man were very nice and kind. She remembered me always nice to me in the restaurant. The man walked with us in the morning in the rice field. He arrived late by accident for the rain and he is living really far from this area, but he apologised us and after that kindly took us around the field. He was nice. Depends on the people, sometimes I don’t like the What’s App reception’s message but again depends on the people who reply.
Martin (9/5): Kurz zusammengefasst kann ich das Hotel besten weiter empfehlen. - Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht. Dieses lag auf der dritten Etage,dementsprechend hatte der Balkon eine tolle Aussicht. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und das Zimmer war extrem geräumig. Das Frühstück war à la carte, man konnte von lokalem bis europäischen Stil aussuchen worauf man Lust hatte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit.
Attila (8/5): Great villas, but there's still room for improvement - Spacious villas, a chance to get close to nature, an excellent breakfast, and most of the staff are very nice.. We were very satisfied overall. Our reservation included half-board, but we only received 1 dinner (!). Therefore, the terms of the reservation were not met.(This was the confirmation: "Meal plan: Breakfast is included in the final price. Dinner is included in the final price.") The website does not mention that if you book through a third-party site, you are not entitled to the complimentary floating buffet breakfast. We were disappointed. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus. However, one evening (May 2, 2026 at 10:00 PM), a smaller vehicle arrived than needed, so we couldn’t all fit in. When we told the driver this, he grumpily went to get another car. When he returned (we waited 30 minutes), he didn’t say a word, he was angry at us. He didn’t even say hello. He was very rude. We had booked my son for a 15-minute foot massage (complimentary), but no one was there to greet him at the spa at the scheduled time. All the staff were busy.

Ewa Monika (10/5): Niezapomniany pobyt w hotelu w rajskim ogrodzie. Trudno sobie wyobrazić piękniejsze miejsce. - To był zjawiskowo piękny hotel - przekroczył najśmielsze oczekiwania. Piękna przestronna willa, z własnym basenem, otoczona morzem zieleni. Wewnątrz wszystko było piękne i gustowne - właśnie estetyka tego miejsca była czymś absolutnie spektakularnym. Willa urządzona ze smakiem, wygodne łóżka, piękna łazienka, dwa salony na parterze i piętrze, z piętra widok na przepiękny ogród. Tak mógł wyglądać raj. Cisza, spokój, prywatność. Bardzo pomocna i przemiła obsługa. Smaczne śniadania. Dwa baseny do użytku wszystkich gości - z bajecznym widokiem na pole ryżowe i ścianę lasu, otoczony pięknymi roślinami. Mnóstwo kwitnących kwiatów. Gustowne kamienny rzeźby. SPA na miejscu. Lokalizacja też bardzo dobra - 5 minut samochodem (hotel zapewnia transport co centrum co 2 godziny), ale można tez się przejść. Nie było niczego takiego - wszystko było znakomite.

Wing Sze (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in a single room pool villa. Although the first room wasn’t as expected, the staff quickly relocated - The private pool is a highlight. We highly recommended it. We mentioned that this was a birthday trip for my fiancé, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a cake that said "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY." Hahaha, while it was a lovely gesture, we appreciated it nonetheless. Overall, we enjoyed the excellent service throughout our stay.

There was a water issue in the entire hotel where we didn’t have water all day. That was inconvenient but i suppose it doesn’t happen often. Just unfortunate this occurred during our stay.

We rented the two bedroom fellow with pool and we really enjoyed all of the amenities and decor. The restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast and tea each day. The pools were amazing. Bernt (9/5): Utsikt över litet risfält - Fint hotell med egen liten pool , stora poolen hade 6 solstolar men lyckades få varsin varje morgon efter frukosten ! Välskött med många fina växter och statyer överallt. Personalen väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam ! Nedanför receptionen gick en svängd trappa från två håll ner till vårat rum . På kvällen var det väldigt mörkt så man såg inte var man satte fötterna. Jag ramlade ner dom sista 5 stegen , höll på att landa med huvudet före rätt i stenmuren !! Dwaraka : se över detta genast innan någon gäst skadar sig !! Det behövs bättre ljus !! Vi brukar alltid utforska området utanför hotellen vi bor på men här gick det knappt att gå någonstans på gatan , man kom liksom ingenstans ! Fanns dock en liten Mart ute på vägen. Shuttle ner till Ubud som egentligen tog 10 minuter tog 1,5 timme på grund av trafiken , det var helt hysteriskt ! Spelade ingen roll när man åkte , samma trafikstockning hela tiden . Bokade man upphämtning åkte bilen från Dwaraka till exempel 20.00 så stod man nere i Ubud och väntade i värmen för man visste aldrig när den skulle komma , tog för det mesta en timme. Inget Dwaraka kan göra något åt men vill ändå berätta .
Jin (9/5): - Antique and luxurious mood, large spa and private pool. Every staff is kind and nice. I get excellent memories from this accommodation. Sadly... the room which we stayed has open toilet. I liked it but my wife didn't... and also I felt little bit uncomfortable to have to use interphone to order something. I think if you make online order system, you will get better outcomes.

Thomas (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt, ein Hotel mit sehr viel Liebe. Wunderschöne Anlage mit Pflanzen und Tieren - Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Reisfelder gebucht, aber man konnte diese nicht mehr sehen, durch die dichte Vegetation, was überhaupt nicht schlimm war. Es war so noch viel schöner als gedacht. Es war schon fast perfekt! Shuttle-Bus nach Ubud, Teezeit zwischen 15:00-17:00 Uhr. Echt spitze! Frühstück zum Glück kein Buffet, Menüauswahl. Sehr leckeres Essen. Nach einem Tag in Ubud ( katastrophale Menschenmassen), Ruhe pur! Das einzigste was ein wenig gestört hat, Pools bisschen kalt.

Hristina (10/5): A secluded paradise in the midst of it all - There is nothing really to say about the hotel rather than it's amazing in all possible ways. The setting is so natural and in the same time luxurious, the food is delicious, the SPA is great value for money and it's a walking distance from the downtown if you don't want to wait for the shuttle. They also offer bikes if you fancy a little exercise. All in all, a great experience so do not hesitate to come give it a try :) We booked 2 rise fields view villas but only one of them had an infinity pool that opened to the rise fields. The other one had a pool with no view but a terrace in from of the villa, which had a view of one of the main pools and in the back and a bit to the side, the rise fields. I will not take a point out of the hotel score for this but I do find it a bit unfair that this villa is also part of the rise fields view villas and is sold as such. I would much rather categorize it as a garden pool villa.
AW (10/5): Als koning verblijven in een paleis - We hebben "Puri Taman Sukawati" als type accommodatie gekozen en dat was als een koning in het paleis. Dit is een typisch Balinese woning met zo'n 7 schitterende gebouwen (waaronder 2 slaapgebouwen waar je slaapt), maar eigenlijk zijn het paleizen incl een tempel. En dat is allemaal onderdeel van je accommodatie. Weet dat het personeel zelf ook gebruik maakt van deze tempel voor offerings. Dus als je 's ochtends wakker wordt en naar buiten loopt, liggen er zo'n 7 mandjes met offerings en wierook overal in het gebied. Wat een unieke ervaring. Verder was het ontbijt het meest uitgebreid van al onze resorts op Bali. En het pendelbusje brengt je in 10 minuutjes naar het centrum van Ubud. Besef dat bij de "Puri Taman Sukawati" accomodatie 1 slaapkamer vlak langs een weg ligt. Je ziet het niet, maar je hoort het wel. Ofwel oordoppen 's nachts in, maar die heb je eigenlijk overal wel in ivm de hanen en honden in Bali.

Lynette (5/5): Not for the mobility impaired - Beautiful gardens and excellent rooms Resort a fair distance from Ubud. You had to get transport in order to get around. Contacted the resort to check if there would be issues with stairs before booking. Advised there were lifts to rooms. Unfortunately not advised that there were flights of stairs 20+ to restaurant rooms etc. This place is not for the mobility impaired as you will be trapped in your rooms. Advised that they could bring us in the back way but back room always blocked with cars and still 10+ stairs
Mark (9/5): Apart from the above, perfect. - The room and staff were outstanding. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were good. All the staff were helpful and friendly. No soft cushions at the our villa's private pool, which meant that the sunbeds were uncomfortable.

Grainne (9/5): A sanctuary in Ubud - The staff are amazing, the room has so many thoughtful touches (eg mosquito repellant), the gardens and pool were absolutely beautiful. It felt like a sanctuary in the busyness of Ubud. The only con was that it was very warm on a few of the nights, and our aircon and fan didn’t work effectively to cool the room. We ended up having a couple of nights where we couldn’t sleep well because we were too hot.

Michelle (9/5): Dwarka villas was the highlight of our trip to Bali. We swam at sunrise under the lush landscape. - We had the most wonderful stay. We loved the design and architecture of the villa complex. We watched the men prune and care for the trees each morning. The most beautiful mineral pool I have ever seen. Great food and warm service. We slept well and swam at least three times a day! It was exactly what we needed. We would love to return some day. Other guests garbage; beer bottles, full ash trays and cigarette packs were left lying on the ground were left around the main pool until near mid day from the night before. This happened a few times over our stay and staff were not quick to clean it up for other guests to enjoy the space. I did not enjoy people flying drones around the pool.
Farique (4/5): Dussapointing hotel. - Poor upkeep and maintenance. Mosquitoes, lizards, and cockroaches were all present in the room. We requested the cancellation of our 5-day booking. Fortunately the hotel agreed to our request and we booked 4 days in another hotel. Very dissapointing experience. The website photos and comments are not accurate and reflect a false image of the hotel. Staff were untrained and could not communicate with us. In all a very exasperating experience. Everything.

Some days they wouldn’t replace glasses and mugs if they had liquid in them, they didn’t replenish the mini bar and the toilet paper was very thin which was not consistent with a four star property.

Example, it was ten minutes before we were asked if we wanted anything to drink until the bartender was finished taking pictures of a drink he made. The staff was laughing and visiting with each for a while before they ask us if we wanted to order dinner. The ants in our bathroom sink every morning and the moldy smelling bathroom were not pleasant.

We booked two rooms, one room was like in the pictures but the other room (room 800) was much worse. The bathroom was outdated, no transparent windows like in the pictures, no private terrace. Denise (10/5): Fantastic villa and staff made our stay memorable - Stayed here in 2018. The staff were fantastic. Everyone from transport guys, cleaning team, restaurant staff, reception staff, spa staff, people delivering anything we needed etc and always pleasant. Shuttle into Ubud goes every hour until 10 pm and easy to catch back. Breakfast choices cater for people from different countries as well as Indonesian food. Afternoon tea is included. Food for in room dining was delicious. The villa itself was very spacious. We had a pool villa and it overlooked the valley and rice fields. The villa had gardens surrounding it and included fresh fruit and biscuits. Transport to and from airport was convenient. Fantastic I don’t think it could be improved on

Rohini (10/5): Beautiful hotel in great location - We booked a private pool villa which was beautiful. Clean pool, spacious room and all amenities provided. The hotel has two other pools which are also stunning. The staff were absolutely amazing- so friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a little out of the main part of ubud which was a good thing as traffic in ubud is crazy. There is a free shuttle that takes you to main part of ubud ever two hours - near the palace which makes walking around this area easy. We had a great stay. The breakfast quality is the only thing that lets the hotel down. Large menu but very mediocre food so we didn’t try lunch or dinner at the hotel.

As we paid for the Villa with pool we were unable to step into the pool because of its depth. Also there should be a net on top to protect the pool from falling leaves from the nearby trees. The room upstairs did not have a protective glass for or a net to protect from creepy crawlies inside the bathroom.. there were only louvres ..

Antti (8/5): Hotel in quiet area, tropical garden was beautiful - The hotel is located outside the city center, which is a positive thing, a quiet area and a big room. The swimming pools are nice. The hotel's milieu is cozy with trees and abundant plants. The staff is really friendly. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Every time you changed position, the bed also creaked. The gym was being renovated and was out of use, although there was no mention of it when booking. It's a pity, because one of our hotel selection criteria was that the hotel has a gym.

Marcia (7/5): Nice stay but some upgrades to the property are needed for it to be comfortable - Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, traditional Balinese decor, location away from very busy Ubud, shuttle service steep stairs to most of the rooms so it is dangerous to walk at night and there is NO HAND RAIL Manager Lusi had a handrail installed so we could stay in one of the rooms close to the lobby so that we could safely navigate the stairs one room we stayed in for one night had bathroom windows open to the tropical rainforest with no screen and we were bitten by mosquitos while we slept despite using mosquito coils
