Guest Reviews
- Marcella (9/5): Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. - Excellent location! Shopping, various food options and the bus/train station within walking distance. The staircase, the loose railing of the staircase and the water pressure. Kept suitcases on the top floor because didn’t want to risk taking them down the flight of stairs. Need more lighting or fix lighting on the stairwell (only the light at the bottom was working). Additionally, the damp smell which went away after the contractor came to deal with the mould.
- Laura (7/5): - The location is very good and the properly is presented and furnished nicely throughout I tried to contact the management company both prior to and during the stay and they were unresponsive. The bedrooms are underground with no windows

- Monaliza (10/5): Amazing - The Location was really close to the metro station, and it was safe area. Also, the owners of the flat they did everything to help us when we had a problem with the hit. There wasn't enough facilities.

- Nicole (6/5): Eenmalig - Locatie Geur, afwerking van accommodatie
- Jelena (8/5): Lovely modern apartment cosy City stay - Nicely styled, comfy, easy to cook. Clean. My room was comfy and shower was good. When we had issues the staff came and fixed them, namely broken bed slats from previous visitor, lack of wardrobe was fixed with new clothes rail and hangers and non-functioning TV was resolved in good time. They showed us how to use the boiler which was good too as there is underfloor heating if you need it which does not work in the cold room next to the stairs. My sister’s room was cold and being in the basement smelled a bit damp. There was a refuse bin but no caddy or compostible bags for food waste nor a recycling bin / bags. I didn’t like having to pay £300 deposit but understand why they do this. The cushions on settee were a but soiled from a drink and some food on the grey throw. Nappies in a kitchen cupboard was odd. There could be a lick of paint on grey scuff marks on walls if they really wanted to make it good for sales viewings. Luckily nobody viewed the property while we were there.
- Swati (10/5): Exceptional -
- María (7/5): Good - Nice and cozy. Well decorated and equipped. Tidy and clean. The house visits for prospective buyers are poorly organized. Visitors often arrived unannounced with keys to the property, while scheduled appointments sometimes fail to show up.
- Chipo (8/5): Very good -
- Kingdom (1/5): Bad - Not a lot No heating
No shower
Bad communication
Wrote 46 emails and response very bad
Don't rent this property
- Williams (8/5): Excellent for our group of 3, and we would do this again. - The location was perfect for easy access to the train, food, and shopping. My group all had our own space, and extra towels and blankets were provided as well. Clear communication was provided between the owner and us as temporary residents. We did get woken up by the owner's engineer for maintenance. Everything was fine and they finished and left, but it would have been nice not to have to try and answer questions about things we didn't know about at 0800 in the morning.
- Anchisa (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (5/5): Damp and you have to let people in to take photos - It was good. Location is not central but close enough to stations to get to the center. It smell like damp.
They asked you to read and sign so many papers. Prepare yourself to read contracts because everything is said.
They asks you to let photographers get in the property because it is on offer for sale.
They don’t tell you till after you book and pay. When you read about the photographs being taken it’s too late because you have already paid.
The process is a bit dodgy.
- Muhammad (9/5): Very happy with our stay - Very comfortable and good location Slight dampness in the basement floor
- Ashok (5/5): Passable -
- Amalia (5/5): Almost a total disaster due to the last minute cancellation - It was in a green grocer shop, it took us a while to find it They cancel our book last minute and we manage to get this property that happens to be owned by the same people, as we were booking for 3 people this property were too small for us but under the circumstance and short notice we went for it. They were also trying to sell the property and had lots of viewing during the day.
- Laura (8/5): Very good -
- Kathleen (7/5): Roomy and pleasant place, with a few exceptions. The location is truly amazing. - Beautifully furnished, comfortable for all four of us with two bedrooms, and both a full and a half bath. We found both the washing machine and dishwasher useful. And the location was incredible - minutes walk from the underground and easy to get anywhere. I also liked the interesting, diverse neighborhood. The sink in the full bath drained too slowly and the TV didn’t work. There also appeared to be mold near the skylights in the bedrooms. The drawers in the dresser in one of the bedrooms were hard to open and close.
- Khaled (6/5): Nice flat, close to shops, restaurants and public transport but too noisy. - The flat was spacious and newly renovated. Good value for money for London. The flat living area is on the ground floor with the 2 bedrooms on the lower floor. The property is on a very busy street and extremely noisy for most of the day. Luckily the bedrooms were on the lower floor so not noisy.
Although the flat was clean when we checked in, there’s no periodic cleaning service. It is offered but at a cost.
- Arif (9/5): Lovely house with good furniture, bedrooms are lower floor, might be problem for claustrophobic ppl. - furniture. location, shower. two beds being undergound level.
