• Gregor (7/5): Solid stay in Arenal - Good location and cheap stay in preseason time. Poor noise isolation didn’t allow for a good sleep as traffic and loud pedestrians could be heard all night. Bed was not comfortable and cleaning only every 2nd day.

• Karin und Armin (8/5): Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Aufenthalt empfehlenswert! - Das Personal war in allen Bereichen stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr sauber in den Zimmern und im Hotel. Die Zimmer haben einen Balkon. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet. Ausgestattet mit den allgemeinen Angeboten wie Toast, Brötchen Aufschnitt Käse, Marmelade und Honig werden täglich frische Gemüse in gegrillter oder frischer Variante angeboten. Grundsätzlich gibt es täglich ebenso verschiedene , frische Obstvarianten. Im Wechsel gibt es auch schon mal eine Tarte oder Pancakes. Die Getränkeauswahl ist ebenfalls vielseitig. Man wählt zwischen verschiedenen Säften, Milch und Mandelmilch, Kaffee, Kakao und Tee. Die Nähe zum Meer und zu den einzelnen Strandabschnitten macht das Ganze perfekt. Es gibt keine Steckdosen in der Nähe der Nachttische. In der ganzen Einheit, inklusive Bad könnten ein paar Haken oder Ablagebretter angebracht werden. Allerdings ist der Kleiderschrank trotzdem hilfreich.

• moussaid (5/5): - The hotel is very quiet and not crowded at all. The pool is nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The WiFi was not working during my stay. I had specifically requested a double bed, but I was told the hotel was overbooked. However, when I arrived, the hotel appeared almost empty, and one of the staff members mentioned that they always say it’s overbooked. The TV was very small, not a smart TV, and only had German channels. I also could not sleep well because there was a lot of noise coming from outside. Toilet brush was stinky.

• Cameron (10/5): - Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Just two minutes walk from the beach, with a lovely marina, and just far enough away from the promenade to avoid any noise at night. Great selection of tasty breakfast items.

• angie (5/5): Amazing - People that worked in the hôtel are excellent, very nice, Always available and smiling. Very helpful The hotel is close to the beach, is close to everything... AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL The Germans.. the drunk guys that were throwing up all evening close to my room, so i could not sleep very nice because of my neighbours but thats not the hotel fault, i just had bad luck.

• Thibault (8/5): Détente sous le soleil au Baléares - la proximité avec la plage et les commerces directement autour de l'hôtel, l'accès au chambre avec un ascenseur qui ne nous force pas a faire de gros efforts lors de grosse chaleur c'est parfait !! la douche qui met vraiment un certain temp avant de pouvoir bien régler la température, ce qui gaspille quand même pas mal d'eau, mais sinon presque rien a dire

• Catriin (8/5): Hotel and room was nice, with great pool area, delicious and good variety choice of breakfast. - The entire hotel was good, pool area was lovely, spacious yet cozy with a bar with good coktails. Room was nice, simple and clean. Breakfast was very good, different egg varietes, bread, pastries, fruit, dessert - a lot of variety. Noise, especially traffic, better use the earplugs.

Verder geen enkele vorm van communicatie daarna Alles want we hebben de locatie nooit gezien omdat we dus toen we voor de deur stonden een vaag berichtje kregen dat de boeking vanwege waterschade gecanceld werd. Sta je dan met heel je spullen en moet je last minute op zoek naar iets anders

• Travelin (7/5): Layover stay - I chose this hotel only because I needed to stay overnight in Mallorca. The lady at the reception was very nice. The hotel served its purpose — it’s simple, but perfectly fine for an overnight stay.

• Adriana (9/5): Hotel vicino al mare, pulito e accogliente, con colazione nella norma; unico limite il parcheggio ridotto e la zona piut - Hotel in ottima posizione, a due passi dal mare e vicino a tutti i servizi. Camera pulita e accogliente, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Colazione a buffet nella norma, semplice ma completa. Personale gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso soggiorno discreto, il parcheggio è limitato e non sempre facile da trovare nelle vicinanze. La zona essendo nelle vicinanze della città è piuttosto caotica e abbastanza frequentata, con un ambiente di negozi e attività “multietnici”.

• Margherita (7/5): Good vacation - The accommodation is about 30 minutes by bus from the airport and very close to the beach. There are also several buses connecting to the surrounding areas. The swimming pool is definitely the highlight of the hotel, and the breakfast is good. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming. The room was very basic in terms of furniture, and I think a fridge is necessary considering the high temperatures on the island. The area is very popular with German tourists, which makes it lively and full of bars and nightlife. However, it also means it has lost a bit of its authentic Spanish atmosphere.

Стены в отеле на столько тонкие, что слышно разговор людей в соседнем номере. Раз в два дня меняют полотенца, забирают мусор и заправляют постель. Пол не моется, пыль не вытирается.

I would recommend this hotel. 🙂 - The property is in a good location close to all amenities, the beach, bars and restaurants are all within a short walk. The pool is a nice size with plenty of sunbed space, the rooms are basic but very clean. Breakfast has a good variety. Restaurant is lovely and clean. Staff are great. Hotel responds promptly if you send a message regarding your booking, eg. Estimated arrival times, special requests etc. Check in is straightforward, if wish to, you may keep your room until 2pm on check out day for an extra 20 euros. There is a secure luggage room to leave bags in if on late checkout. The property is not too far from the airport, a taxi will cost between 20 to 30 euros. All in all a nice place to stay. I would definitely use this hotel again. The outlook from our balcony was a building site so not the best view, there is no courtesy room available for visitors on late flights to shower and change in.
