- Robert (9/5): One night stay - We stayed for one night as it was located close to the border. It was clean and comfortable, we had a queen bedroom downstairs, with a private bathroom, which was next to the bedroom, so you had to go into the hallway and to the bathroom next door, but it was for that room only. The host was friendly and accommodating. There was a kitchen where you could make tea or coffee or use the fridge if you had supplies. Everything was good, the bed was comfortable, there was no road noise and it was very quiet, so we slept very well. We had breakfast which was very nice. Separate bathroom, but at least it was just ours and only for one night.

The op thing that could have improved my experience was having more time to enjoy it

This privately run B&B has been put together with care and consideration. The couple were very polite, kind and considerate. They really cared about my comfort. The room said it had air conditioning. It didn't, but it was nice and cool anyways. There was a window with privacy and a fan. So, I wasn't too hot.

- Allegra (10/5): Beautiful house, lovely and communicative hosts, safe and quiet area. - It was in a very upscale, family oriented, quiet neighborhood - we felt very safe and secure with our cars parked on the street. The hosts were very nice and accommodating, the place was clean and spacious, and the rooms were luxurious and comfortable. For a party of 6 it was cheaper than booking a hotel, and this way we know the money is going towards supporting real people instead of a corporation. Even though we didn't opt for breakfast we were still offered coffee and a bite to eat before we left in the morning. Only a half hour drive to the Tsawwassen terminal. There was a couple that checked in quite early the morning we were leaving, so the member of our party sleeping in the room next to theirs was woken up earlier than she intended by them going in and out of their room. The rest of us had occupied the entire downstairs so we were far enough away to sleep through it. This is a very specific circumstance but if you're concerned about being woken up by potential guests on a morning where you were hoping to sleep in, bring earplugs. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows for sleeping were quite flat. Bring your own pillow or be prepared to double up. I ended up putting one of the decorative pillows underneath just for some extra lift and it worked fine.

Would recommend it to anyone. Stay at Best Western next night bigger room, TV, private bathroom, coffee, and breakfast. Cost less also. It was a nice home but it was set up to be shared with paying guests.

The listing description was as a hotel, not as high end B n B. A bit confusing. We put address into Maps and it said property was permanently closed! More confusion!

- Oh (9/5): Beautiful home! Wonderful hosts and a nice experience - I had to run off early in the A.M. for an appointment so did not have time to enjoy what smelled to be a wonderful breakfast! The home was beautiful! The hosts were very accommodating and kind. The shower was great and it was very quiet. My only complaint was the bed. I found it exceptionally hard BUT, I slept well, so maybe the bed I'm used to in my own home is simply too soft!

- Pierre (9/5): Superb - It is a Bed & Breakfast, at the host's place. The hosting couple was absolutely lovely, from booking until leaving! Breakfast was good. The house is beautiful and neat. Bedrooms upstairs are wonderful. Bedroom and bathroom downstairs was a bit dark.

We had choices for breakfast but chose a lighter option since we usually do not have a big breakfast. Food was good and well prepared. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for us and was in a quiet area adjacent to White Rock. We had to leave early to catch a ferry and so had a 7:30am breakfast waiting for us with coffee. No complaints.

- Keith (8/5): Excellent location, house and host - The location is in a quiet residential street and was a beautifully designed house. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and attentive host made us most welcome. I was offered an upgrade from double to Queen room by Booking.com, on arrival at property I found out that the double room had better facilities ie, air con, tv , spa bath, which my " upgrade" did not. Breakfast was included, and although asked what time we wanted breakfast, we were not given a choice of what was included.

Breakfast was really nice with fresh fruits, eggs etc. If we get in the near again we would definitely book again! There wasn't anything wrong. Only thing is there is no tv in the room if you are used to that.
