• István (9/5): Majdnem 5-ös mindenből! - Nagyon szuper helyen van mert számunkra itt volt a legszebb a tengerpart ezen a részen. (Meg a balra közvetlen mellettünk lévő Moracea hotel partja volt még nagyon szép a többi nekünk nem annyira tetszett, tehát jól választottunk) Szemközt egy kosebb hegyvonulat van dzsungellel sziklákkal a fő medencéből is látni. Rengeteg a mókus folyton ide oda ugrálnak a fákon nagyon cukik. Van egy kos tó is. Többszőr láttunk kisebb nagyobb varánuszokat is. Este tízig lehet fürdeni a medencékben. Az üzletek és éttermek is séta távolságra vannak kb. 5-10 percet kell menni amíg elérjük azt a részt ahol már vannak egymás után üzletek. Az étel árak kocsit drágábbak voltak ezen a részen ahhoz képest amit megszoktunk a thaiföldi útjaink során, pedig sok étterem volt. Mondjuk itt a Grab taxi se a Bolt nem működik mert nem hagyják a helyi taxisok. Így viszont borsos áron visznek el még pár km-re is helyi viszonylatban. A hotel nagyon szép, élőben sokkal szebb mint a képeken. Ebben is van különlegesség, a lombkorona sétány. Van egy torony szerű épületrész amiben liftel kell felmenni az 5. emeletre. Onnan a fák lombjai közt lehet eljutni a hotel domboldali részéhez ahol van egy csendesebb medence és szobák. Van egy bár ott is. Nagyon nem egy fotogén szálloda. Minden tip-top rendben van. A reggeli is elég változatos viszont hiányoltuk a kínai gombócokat bambuszban. Meg több féle péksütemény jó lett volna az unalmas volt. Helyben a hotelnél két étterem van. Az egyik elfogadható árakon a másiknál már nem helyi árakhoz hasonlók hanem jóval magasabb inkább európai árak vannak. A medence bárban elfogadható árak vannak. Tisztaság mindenhol! Szoba nagy és tágas, jól felszerelt. Még kis éjjeli óra is van ami hőfokot is mutat , jó ötlet! Meg fürdő só! :) Az ágyneműt is két naponta cserélték! Viszont ami rosszul esett, h érkezéskor kaptunk gyönyörű egész szál orhideát vázában és két nap múlva elvitték pedig semmi baja nem volt. Fent leírtam azt amin lehetne javítani. De összességében szuper jó hotel!

• Susanna (9/5): Fint hotell med bra läge - Bra läge med vacker utsikt, fantastisk personal och goda drinkar! Sängen var väldigt bekväm. AC fungerade felfritt. Smart TV, så vi kunde kolla på våra serier på kvällarna. 😉 Frukost mellan 6.30-10.30, så man kan ha sovmorgon och ändå hinna äta frukost. Stort utbud av rätter att välja mellan. Allt från thaimat till yoghurt och flingor, bröd och frukt. Fin utsikt över stranden från frukostrestaurangen. Priserna på drinkar var det dubbla (eller mer) jämfört med lokala barer, men det var inte särskilt förvånande. Kontantfri resort, så det tillkommer 7% på räkningen. Hörnen på sängen var väldigt skarpa, så vi fick ett par mindre sår/blåmärken på benen, när vi glömde ta ut svängen runt hörnen. Vi åt på restaurang Enoteca ett par gånger. Jag beställde "Thai spicy" och förväntade mig en hel del hetta i maten, men den var väldigt, väldigt mild. Passande för ett barn. Maten var dock fortfarande god! Bad om "extra spicy" vid nästa tillfälle och nämnde även att jag förra gången inte fick "spicy", men även denna gång saknades hetta. Övriga i sällskapet var nöjda, men de föredrar mildare mat.

• Barbara (9/5): Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. - Das Bungalow am Strand ist sehr empfehlenswert. Alles war sehr sauber, grosszügig und gepflegt, auch der Strand und das Meer. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstücksbuffet super, mit allem was man braucht (sogar glutenfreies Brot war auf Nachfrage erhältlich). Das Hotel liegt an einem sehr hübschen Strandabschnitt mit einigen malerischen Felsen. Es gibt sogar ein paar Fische zu erschnorcheln. Zu Fuss ist es nicht weit zu ein paar Geschäften und Restaurants an der Hauptstrasse. Der angekündigte Table-Tennis-Cup hat gar nicht stattgefunden. Quallen haben wir zum Glück keine gesehen, aber ein entsprechendes Warnschild an einem anderen Ort hat mir einen gehörigen Schrecken eingejagt. Es wäre gut, wenn hierüber mehr Information zur Verfügung stehen würde, z.B. wie die aktuelle Quallen-Tageslage aussieht.
• Karin Kuba (9/5): Overall, a nice hotel with an interesting layout, but a few service-related issues slightly affected - Overall, the hotel left a positive impression. The room was fairly clean and comfortable to stay in. I especially liked the layout of the территории — it’s quite unique, with multiple levels, and there are even elevators around the property, which makes moving around convenient and adds to the overall experience. The территории is well-maintained and has a nice atmosphere. The room was booked as having a sea view, but in reality it was only a partial view, which was a bit disappointing. Also, I saw a cockroach once in the bathroom. I would also like to mention a situation with the gym hall: I was asked to leave a large mirrored room because a group class (zumba or something similar) was scheduled, even though only one person showed up and there was plenty of space. It felt a bit strange and not very guest-oriented.

• Inge (9/5): Nach einer langen Australien-Rundreise war die Athmospäre im Hotel sehr angenehm. - Nach zweimaligem Wechsel des Zimmers (das reservierte von Booking war im allerletzten Winkel, mit hohen Stufen über 2 Etagen) haben wir letztlich UNSER Zimmer mit direktem Pool-Zugang gefunden. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ansprechend und direkt am Strand! Bei einem gesundheitlichen Problem waren uns die Damen der Rezeption sehr behilflich, wie auch alle übrigen Dienstleister in dieser Anlage sich sehr um die Gäste bemühen! Wir wollen wieder kommen1 Einen kleinen Punkt möchten wir anmerken - die Pölster waren uns zu fest/hart!

• Merlion111 (10/5): Wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel an einem der schönsten Strandabschnitte von Khao Lak (Sunset Beach) - + Lage des Hotels an einem der schönsten Strände von Khao Lak (Sunset Beach) + Möglichkeit zum vorzeitigen Check-In mit Zimmertausch in einen anderen Wunschbereich (Dank an Ms. May für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und den tollen Service) + sauberes, gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit bequemen Twin Betten, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee, Safe, Kühlschrank und großem Fernseher; Bad mit Regendusche mit Glastrennscheibe; AC regelbar und gut funktionierend + sehr gute Lage am südlichen Ende von Khao Lak in fußläufiger Entfernung (max. 5 Minuten) zu Restaurants und Shops an der Hauptstraße + insgesamt extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen + traumhaftes Wetter - 16 Tage nur Sonne mit konstanten Temperaturen von ca. 32 Grad tags und 25 Grad nachts, kein einziges mal Regen während unseres Aufenthaltes im Zeitraum Mitte März bis Anfang April + keine Mücken nichts zu meckern

Again can’t tha - The hotel is a beautiful hotel, it is right on the beach and you have breakfast in the beach bar restaurant with a stunning view of the sea. I do not have any bad things to say about this hotel.

• Sana (9/5): Wat een fantastisch, servicegericht hotel! - De service was geweldig, wat een ontzettend lieve mensen. De luxe, mooie en schone kamer en het strand en de zwembaden waren heerlijk! De omgeving was ook prachtig, met mooie groene tuinen die heel goed werden onderhouden. De locatie was ook heel goed, overal dichtbij. Wij hadden alleen de eerste dag ontbijt en dat was ook prima! Niks viel tegen. Om toch iets te zeggen, de zwembaden waren heel warm, vooral de 3 halve ronde. Maar dat komt ook door het hete weer.
• Katie (6/5): Beautiful place but didn't feel very welcome there. - Hotel was lovely and clean. There were many pools and sun loungers near the pools and along the beach so you could always sit where you wanted. Lots of vegan options at lunch. Bed was also really comfy. We didn't feel super welcome. I stayed with three friends (different bookings) which there was confusion. We all booked based on the room having a bath - only one of us had a bath. When I asked to be switched I was asked to pay 2,996thb more for an upgrade! We got drinks at the bar and crossed over into happy hour but when we got the bill there was confusion again about how much we owed as none of our drinks were priced at the discounted price. It took over 15 minutes to sort! The pools are open until 10pm but you can only collect a beach towel until 6pm so if you check in a bit later in the day like us you basically won't be able to use the pools for the first evening (unless you take a towel from your room which I don't believe is allowed). I didn't have breakfast as part of my booking but my friends did - all said the coffee was horrible and 2 ended up with stomach aches/feeling for the rest of the day so I'd avoid.
• Elke (10/5): Wir verbrachten einen herrlichen Urlaub im Sentido,- Sehr zu empfehlen! - Wunderschönes, in die Natur eingebettetes und gepflegtes Resort direkt am tollen Strand! Wir wohnten im geräumigen und sehr ansprechenden Beach Bungalow mit Terrasse und Blick auf das Meer begleitet von Meeresrauschen und herrlichen Sonnenuntergängen! Das Personal ist in jedem Bereich sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam! Die Anlage selbst ist top gepflegt mit perfekter Zimmerreinigung! Das Essen - sowohl im Restaurant als auch in der Beachbar - ist ausgezeichnet und preislich absolut in Ordnung! Das Frühstück ist gut, sehr vielfältig und umfangreich mit frischem Obst und allerlei warmen und kalten Speisen,- Eiergerichte werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet! Vom Hotel gelangt man in ein paar Gehminuten in den Ort mit diversen (sehr guten) Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten, was wir sehr gerne genutzt haben! Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren!
• Alexploration (10/5): A relaxed quiet getaway destintion - The entire approach of the staff was very hospitable. We arrived in the morning after a long flight, and were able to freshen up in their shower room and use the facilities whilst waiting for our room. It was the Songkran water festival when we were there and they put on a big drum parade with singing and dancing. The beachfront was private, and chairs were alwayavailable (mid April). The rooms were big and clean, the beds were wide, clean, and not hard like many thai beds. The breakfast was a delicious array of fresh fruits, and lots of cook food from around the world. We could also walk down the beach for massages and wander into town after about 15-20 mins.

• Saga (10/5): En liten get away under semestern för att byta miljö. - Läget. Omgivningen. Lugnet. Vackert. Hit åker vi på semester nästa år och inte bara för en natt som denna gång.
• Nigel (4/5): Never again - Front desk staff were friendly as were the room maids, towel guy and pool guys. Rooms a decent size but be aware there are a lot of steps if your not on the ground floor. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. One of our party got food poisoning on first night at the beach restaurant and still had chronic diarrhoea 6 days later. Only ate that one time except for a few breakfasts but only had omelettes freshly cooked. Buffet food looked like it had been out for a while so we wouldn't risk it. On check out I was asked if everything was okay with our stay so I told them about the incident only because a staff member had admitted to me that the food wasn't very good. I didn't want money back or an apology but they became very defensive. We go to Thailand at least once a year and have never had such an experience so definitely cant recommend this hotel and we certainly wont be back.

Alles was man sich wünscht Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand, bedenkt, dass man etwas gehen muss, wenn man die Anlage verlässt und Richtung Stars gehen möchte.

The drink prices were the most expensive we have come across - Even Happy hour was at 9pm, where I would have assumed 80% of the guests were out. We would have bought more from the bar if more reasonably priced.

• Yaeli (8/5): אדם אחד עושה את ההבדל... - לאחר שדיווחנו על ריח של עובש בחדר, פקידת הקבלה בשם Whan עשתה כל שיכלה והראתה לנו חדרים אחרים עד שמצאנו חדר ללא ריח של עובש. היא היתה מעל ומעבר! אהבנו את איזור הקבלה והסיפרייה שם אפשר היה לנוח בשקט. לא אהבנו את הריח בחדרים

• Joanna (9/5): - The staff are all welcoming, polite, helpful and cheerful. The location is wonderful - right on the beach and within easy walking distance of several restaurants serving Thai and western food that are very good value if you don’t want to eat in the hotel restaurants. The breakfast buffet choice in the hotel restaurant was large and varied and regularly topped up. We ate in the hotel in the evening a few times and were very happy with the food. Evening entertainment was low key with 30 minute dance shows several times a week in the evening. There were plenty of sun loungers available but that might have been due to the current crisis which has impacted visitor numbers. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The pools are shallow and warm. There are some shops with easy walking distance and taxis are readily available. My only complaint is that I booked a deluxe beachfront bungalow and paid a lot of money for it. The photos showed a large terrace with large sun loungers with pads and showed the terrace as being in the sun, which is one of the main reasons I chose it so I could sunbathe without having to fight for a sun lounger. Yes we were given a deluxe beachfront bungalow, but our sun loungers were metal and hard and our bungalow's terrace was considerably smaller to the one shown in the photos (those bungalows were further along) and was permanently in the shade so we were never able to benefit from having our own sun loungers to sunbathe and needed to go to the pool to get some sun and fortunately there were some available due to the reduced guest numbers. This in my opinion is very misleading particularly for the extra money I paid.

Yoga und Thai Chi mit Alice am Morgen waren ein super Start in den Tag! Grundsätzliches Problem aufgrund des Klimas (Feuchtigkeit) in Thailand ist die Erhaltung und Sauberkeit von Einrichtungen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und reinigt jeden Tag.

The rooms are very big and you have everything you need there. Big balcony with pool view. Very relaxing. The hallways could be renovated for a nicer look

• LARS-ANDERS (8/5): Fantastiskt! - Perfekt läge med fin strand, god frukost och trevlig personal. Exotiskt med mycket varaner i området. Härligt strand att promenera längs. Sängarna var lite hårda och vi fick en dubbelsäng fastän vi bad om twin-sängar.
• Stephan (6/5): Ok … aber es gibt schönere Anlagen in der Nähe - Sehr schöne Lage und ein toller Strand. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und erinnert dadurch eher an Massentourismus Essen ( Frühstück und Abendbuffet ) eher schlechte Qualität. Zu wenig Liegen am Strand oder in Strandnähe was dazu führt, dass alle, obwohl auf jeder Liege ein Hinweis auf „Bitte nicht reservieren“ in der Früh vor 8 schon seine Liege belegt, und dann zurück ins Zimmer oder zum Frühstück geht.Die Liegen sind teilweise halbe Tage ohne dass jemand da ist, und die Gäste mit Benimm haben das Nachsehen. Das a la Carte Restaurant ist sehr gut, leider immer die gleiche Karte , was bei 1 oder 2 Wochen schwierig ist.

• Vlase (10/5): Ne-m simtit foarte bine. - Camera foarte curata. Complexul este exact pe plaja iar plaja este superba. Preturile la restaurant sunt foarte bune. Majoritatea angajatilor vorbesc engleza, sunt binevoitori sa te ajute cu orice ai nevoie. Intr-una din zile am avut o mica problema iar doamna ANN a fost foarte draguta si s-a ocupat de noi. Pe aceasta cale o salutam! Curatenia in camera se face zilnic. Noi am calatorit cu un copil de un an si jumatate si ne-am simtit foarte bine.

All the staff are working hard to accommodate all the needs of the holiday makers. We only had breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent - many choices, delicious food, various cold and hot drinks. Thank you to all the people who work in the hotel! They have a library at the reception, so no need to bring a book with you. It was my birthday and they brought me a piece of cake, a card and two glasses of champagne which was very touching. Loved everything

• Marta (9/5): Très bon séjour, magnifique hôtel. - L’endroit est magnifique, l’hôtel est bien entretenu, le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Les chambres sont grandes, modernes et ont beaucoup d’espace de rangement. Toute l’infrastructure est vraiment magnifique, au cœur d’un écrin de végétation exotique. Aussi l’hôtel possède l’une des plus jolies plages de Khao Lak Le fait qu’il n’y ai que 1 espace WC dans l’espace collectif du rez-de-chaussée ( bar, restaurant,piscine, plage) donc si vous êtes à la piscine ou à la plage, vous devez traverser tout le complexe hôtelier pour accéder aux toilettes. La difficulté systématique de pouvoir payer immédiatement lors de nos consommations, le personnel refuse les moyens de paiement carte ou espèces et veux absolument ajouter les dépenses sur la chambre. Cela me dérangeait, car ça empêche de garder un contrôle sur son budget. Et comme dans plusieurs hôtels, les gens qui réservent les transats dès le lever du jour, et qui ne viennent jamais les occuper. C’est extrêmement agaçant, car vous devez allez vous coucher dans le sable avec votre linge en voyant que les transats sont vides toute la journée.

Man sollte ein Auto/Roller haben, da die Tuktuks recht teuer sind und man die Gegens sonst nicht so gut erkunden kann. Dafür kann das Hotel selbstverständlich nichts 😉

• thierry (8/5): Parfait sauf pour la restauration - Personnel adorable et professionnel ( May a la réception et TUI a la sécurité) . Chambre parfaite, l’hôtel jouit d'un super emplacement. La restauration et le petit déjeuner manque de changements. Pas d'animations réelles ( BBQ sur la plage, soirée ...) il y a un happy hour mais de 21h a 22h alors que tout le monde a mangé. La politique des transats ne devant pas être réservés n'est pas appliqué des 6h00 du matin les clients reservent leurs transats avec divers objets pour la journée

• Kris (9/5): - Sehr gepflegte Anlage und hervorragender Service. Preis-Leistung ist okay. Der Ort mit vielen Restaurants ist direkt angrenzend. In den vielen richtig guten Restaurants kann man, insofern man nicht ohnehin Vollpension hat, sehr gut außerhalb essen gehen. Zu zweit haben wir dort immer so 1.000 THB gezahlt. Nur Kleinigkeiten: Frühstück auf Dauer etwas langweilig, Liegen am Strand alle belegt.

• Virginie (10/5): Amazing stay! We were lucky to be upgraded from deluxe room to bungalow. Chose of different pools and restaurants. Frien - Excellent amenities. Very clean bungalow and common spaces. Location is great, by the beach, and close to shops. A short taxi ride to the local markets.

Også mulighed for mere ro og na - Beliggenhed, service, værelset Den store restaurant hvor man også får morgenmad er under niveau i forhold til tidligere. Buffet hver dag, stort set det samme. A la carte restauranten som er forbundet med strandbaren har tilpasset menuerne til vestlig turistsmag så klassiske thai retter f eks bliver serveret med carbonarasovs som om det var spaghetti carbonara.

Recomand din tot sufletul!

Dat de gasten om 7 uur am al begonnen met strandbedden te reserveren met een handdoek. Zodat er allemaal bedden met handdoeken waren zonder de gasten. Hier willen wij absoluut niet in mee gaan.
