Quarto espaçoso, com vista para a cidade. Boa piscina. Os quartos são bons, mas a decoração é básica - podiam ter um toque mais personalizado. Zona de fumadores do hotel é desconfortável, feia. Faltam doces no pequeno almoço.

• Maureen (9/5): Excellent stay! - Loved the location as it was handy to the Samyan MRT and shopping malls. Patpong market was under 15 minute walk away. Very clean hotel and wonderful staff. Buffet breakfast was a highlight as there was so much variety and staff were fantastic in cleaning tables and offering excellent service. Loved the spa service- felt very high end and that mango sticky rice at the end was to die for!! To be honest nothing really. If I had any minor suggestion it would be more hooks in bathroom and make-up mirror! But without that it's still fabulous!

We were able to leave our bags at the hotel on our last day before catching a late-night flight. Not difficult to get to and from the airport using the rail network, which is very cheap compared to most cities, around THB70. The hotel is only a level 100 metres or so from Sam Yan BTS station which connects the airport line at Makkasan and on to the river attractions. Nothing really.

• Michelle (9/5): Would return - We lived in the neighborhood for years and we returned to Samyan and stayed in this hotel while waiting for our new residence to complete. After seeing this hotel for years, it was great to experience staying in it for a week. The staff at the front door, the reception and the restaurant were extremely helpful and polite. The cleaning was perfect and the furniture was old but sturdy and clean. The breakfast was also varied and delicious. They rotate the meals every 3 days so that you don't get bored of the food easily. I think breakfast was my favorite part of our stay there. Nothing

• heather (10/5): Stayed here for 5 nights comfortable, clean, and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again - Nice clean room, frienly helpful staff. As vegetarians food selection was very good lots of choice and well presented. We stayed here before a few years back and it could do with a little refresh in decoration, and although we got an upgrade on the room it did seem a bit small, but it didn't spoil our stay, it is still one of our favourites for a comfort hotel when in BKK.

• Shead Family (7/5): 1 Night in Bangkok - Very grand. More upmarket than our usual stays. The pool was lovely. Buffet breakfast was terrific. The room wasn't as special as we expected. Quite plain and walls were dirty. View from window of the motorway and buildings next door. Bathroom could do with a refresh and a bigger towel rail.

• YUKARI (10/5): - お水が毎日一人２本補充されていた。 部屋が広いだけでなく、シャワールームや冷蔵庫も大きくて快適でした。 今回は使用しませんでしたが、電子レンジがあるのも便利だと思いました。 トイレにウォシュレットがあるのが日本人には嬉しいです。 歩いてすぐに観光名所、と言うわけではありませんが駅に近く、空港へのアクセスも便利なので観光に最適です。 バンコクに来たのはドンムアン空港、出発はスワンナプーム空港を利用しましたがどちらの空港からもアクセスは良いです。 駅近で大きな道路に面しているにもかかわらず、室内はとても静か。(これは部屋によるのかもしれませんが) エレベーターに乗る際、ルームキーをタッチしてからボタンを押すので自分が宿泊している階以外には止まらないのもセキュリティ面でとても安心感があります。 レセプションのスタッフさん、清掃のスタッフさんも皆さんとても親切でした。 観光に便利そうならどこでも、と特に深く考えず選びましたが、期待以上で本当に宿泊して良かったです。 特に無し。

• José Miguel (5/5): Si renuevan las habitaciones, y las almohadas, será un hotel donde volver, dada su situación. - La ubicación y las zonas comunes: hall, recepción, spa, comedor, etc. Los desayunos con mucho donde elegir. El detalle de dos botellas de agua por día y te/café de forma gratuita. En la primera habitación asignada las tres primeras noches, no se descansa por el ruido del tráfico, y las dos almohadas eran muy duras. La segunda vez, al finalizar el viaje, otras dos noches, nos cambiaron a otro ala del hotel y la habitación ya no era ruidosa, las almohadas las mismas, la habitación más pequeña, en especial el cuarto de baño. En general, las habitaciones necesitan una reforma y mantenimiento.
