- Linda (9/5): Best connecting room - The main reason I booked this hotel is for the connecting rooms. It's a great option for my family of 4 adults. The room is spacious, very clean and bed is very comfy. I was glad to be able to park at the hotel's carpark at a reasonable per day rate. We paid for the hotel's buffet breakfast for our first day of stay. It's not value for money. e were a bit disappointed that our room was at level 3, and the view from our room would have been great at a higher floor.

- HIROKO (9/5): オススメできる宿です - 全体的に綺麗で清潔感がありました 。大浴場の洗い場のシャワーヘッドとドライヤーが男女共にリファだったことにとても驚きました！フェイスタオルも大浴場に行くとたくさん置いて下ってあり、助かりました。眺望も明石海峡大橋が目の前に見えてとても素敵でした！神戸方面への旅行ではまた利用したいホテルでした。 全体的に良かったので敢えてあげるとするならば、お部屋の洗面所の丸いメイク用の鏡が汚れていたのが氣になりました。それ以外は大変良かったです。

- Judy (9/5): Wonderful location with outstanding breakfast! - We had to stay in this area of Kobe and picked this hotel primarily for its location. It exceeded our expectations with its beautiful view of the bridge, elegant lobby and restaurant, and outstanding breakfast buffet, one of the best I've ever encountered. There were hundreds of items, both Western and Japanese, and everything was beautifully presented and delicious. We stayed in a standard room which was larger than usual for the category, with a well appointed bathroom and a work area. It is about a ten minute walk to the Maiko train station. The staff were friendly. I would happily stay here again.

- SAWAKO (9/5): 最高でした - ロケーションがとても素晴らしかったです 早咲きの桜が綺麗でした🌸 お部屋の壁紙が剥がれていたりした部分があったのが残念でした。でも使い勝手には関係なかったので問題なかったです。

- kumiko (7/5): 宿泊費が安いが、とてもよい滞在をさせてもらいました。 - 4年前に泊まったときより、スタッフが丁寧で接客がよくなっていた。お風呂の施設が大幅に変わっていて、特に、女性用のお風呂のシャワーヘッドやドライヤーがリファのものだったり、シャンプーコンディショナー等がロクシタンの製品になっていたので驚いた 朝食ビュッフェも変わらず充実している。 特にありません

- Bunji (9/5): 素晴らしい眺望を楽しんだ - 部屋からの景色。新館のSPAの方に泊まった。部屋から明石海峡大橋が望め、素晴らしい眺望だった。 部屋も、風呂とトイレが分かれていたのと、風呂が日本式に浴槽外で身体を洗えるようになっていたのは良かった。 JR、山陽電鉄のどの駅からも歩いて10分程度は離れているのに、シャトルバスがなくなっている。今回、特に脚を痛めていたので、歩くのはきつかった。 また新館と本館が離れているので、新館の方にもフロントと、できればレストランがあるとありがたかった。 朝食のレストランは、タコ飯やソバメシなど、地元料理があるのは良かったが、客数に比べて面積が狭いのか、テーブル間隔が狭いこともあって、混雑した印象で落ち着かなかった。あと受付のスタッフの対応が事務的だった。 あ、思い出した。案内された席に座ろうとしたら、椅子の座面に前客の食べこぼしのような黄色い粉末が残っていた。おしぼりで拭き取ったけど、これは客が座る前に、スタッフが気づいて処置しておいて欲しかった。

- okada (8/5): - 何度か利用していますが、今回は別館の大きめのお部屋に宿泊しました。お部屋広めのゆったり感がすごく良かったです。 スパも別館真下にあり、通いやすく便利でした。眺望も良く、高層階の建物ではありませんが別館の広めのお部屋はオススメです。 特にありません。毎回、気に入って宿泊しています。
- katyChan (10/5): 很舒適的飯店 - 選擇面海的房間,晚上可以看到美麗的跨海大橋的夜景很美,飯店在半山腰處,開車就真的很方便.飯店裡的Spa在新館,需要走一小段連接長廊過去,但戶外池泡的很舒服.早餐真的很棒！建議可以加購早餐.整體來說真的很推薦 沒有什麼不喜歡的地方,

- RUI (9/5): 上空間。 - 施設、部屋、料理、部屋窓、スタッフの対応、大浴場、全て良し。 兎に角、こんなに快適に過ごせたホテルは、久し振りであった。 今回は2泊しましたが、頼んでもいないのに、2日目の夕方に部屋へ戻った際、タオル、ベッドメイキング等が整備されていたのには、感動しました（これが普通なら、ごめんなさい…）。 強いて言えば、大浴場は本館にはなく、別棟にあった為、夜間に移動した際、渡り廊下に暖房が入っていなかったので、寒がりの方は少し厳しそうな感じがしました。
