• Tan Chang Ou (3/5): Disappointed hotel - Location near Educity. Only 7 min away 1. There is no complimentary parking for guest. It charge me RM5 per day. My trip 2 days 1 night, it charges me RM 10.😅. 2. No extra power point for hair dryer. The one near mirror that was terrible damaged. It connected to kettle power point. But, it is melt and can't be unplug. I have to use the power point behind the TV. Just wandering why the management cannot repaired it.

• Kinza (4/5): Bring your own hand soap - The building was nice. Furniture etc was okay Customer service is severely lacking. The staff didn't seem too interested in serving. A few times they said okay to a request but didn't follow through. Mostly though, they just outright decline. The bidet was leaking. The bathroom was very awkwardly designed so the door touched the sink when fully open and the toilet was behind the door. WiFi was patchy and almost non existent. And most mind bogglingly, they do not provide hand soap. You can have toothbrushes, toothpastes, shower gels and shampoos, but you will not have hand soap.

The staff were clearly untrained and unprofessional in handling guests. We were repeatedly disturbed by staff knocking on our door multiple times, despite already informing them that we did not want to change rooms. The room facilities were problematic, especially the air conditioning which was not functioning properly. One indian female staff member was extremely rude and raised her voice at us, which is completely unacceptable. There was a clear lack of internal communication among staff, as our request was not properly conveyed, leading to repeated disturbances. This experience falls far below acceptable hospitality standards. I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously and improve their service quality. I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were clearly untrained and unprofessional in handling guests. • Lim (1/5): Nightmare stay: Dirty rooms, broken AC, and empty refund promises - The personal parking was convenient. To be honest, the only other "pro" was that the lobby was actually cooler than the rooms. ​I checked in at 11:50 PM and immediately found bloodstains on the bedside table and some unidentified stains on the sofa. I was too exhausted to complain right then, so I tried to lie down at 12:30 AM. By 2:30 AM, I still hadn't slept because the room was incredibly stuffy—around 27°C. The AC was blowing, but it was just warm air. The central AC in the living area (the lounge area outside the bedroom) was completely broken. ​I called the front desk at 2:30 AM, and they sent a "technician" who was actually just a security guard. After a reboot, he admitted the living area AC was dead. They moved me to a smaller room, which I accepted just to get some rest, but it had the exact same AC issue. I didn't sleep a wink. ​At 5:30 AM, I complained to the person in charge, and they promised a refund. I checked out at 6:30 AM. It has now been 7 days and I still haven’t received anything. I won’t be back, and I’m not even going to bother chasing the refund anymore. Save your money and stay elsewhere. *Too bad booking.com not allowed to upload more photo n video

• Suhaimi (8/5): New experience for the family. - I like that the staff assisted me every time. My room the first day was having an aircond problem, and they prepared me a new room for exchange. The thing is I like that they solve the problem quickly. I would give the experience 10 if it wasn't the AC prob. But I am honestly to admit that we will come again because of the staff friendliness. The breakfast is good too. My kids were having a blast. Too bad the hotel was fully booked and I only got 2 single beds instead the previous one I booked a Queen bed, 1 single bed and a pullout sofabed, a room and a hall. It doesn't fit all my family the 2nd night stay, but they assisted rearrange the bed and gave extra sheets and pillows. I wonder if I can be charged for the new 2 single beds room instead of the family suite price. Can I get a refund for the extra pay for the room price?

And the the air conditioned was not doing well.. had a terrible sleep because the room not cold. The breakfast was fine and all the food also nice. The staff of this hotel was good at their service but I dont have time to complaint about the toilet and the air condition.

Aircond not funtion well, clogged bathroom, dirty room slimy bathroom, bedroom still got garbage (cotton buds, plastic straws, dust). Not recommended and will not consider to stay here in future.
