Nosotros hablamos bien inglés pero sino hubiera sido así, el problema hubiera sido tremendo.

• Jessica (6/5): Great location and lovely apartment but definitely not suitable for 10 people and poorly managed - The property is advertised as able to take 10 guests however when we arrived we found two sofa beds both of which were broken. We called the 'Frankie Says' team and they sent over a team member to fix one of the beds but he told us the other was only to be used as a sofa. The bed he fixed was tiny so definitely not suitable for two adults so if you are looking to use that for adults, as we were, this property is not for you. Once the guy had left we sat down in the lounge to chat and have a drink however I became aware of several missed calls and texts on my phone telling me we were making too much noise. When I answered a further call I was told by the Frankie Team that we were being too noisy and the sensor which is on the ceiling in the lounge had alerted them. I must say I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. We were a group of 10 women aged between 50 and 67 and we were talking and laughing. We had no music playing, it is not a residential area and it is above bars and shops. When I told the team member we we're just talking she said the sensor is there to stop people having parties. Bearing in mind that one of their team had only just left the property and it was evident who was there and what we were doing we found the whole thing pathetic and quite invasive. We received further texts and calls on the day we were packing up to leave.

• Emmanuel (9/5): Fab stay in borough market. Ideal location, so easy to get around london from here. Amazing house. - House is amazing and so is location. Despite being at the heart of borough market between train tracks, the sound level inside the house was amazingly quite. Decoration inside is fantastic, beds are great, view from the terrace is 5 stars! Perfect place for a group of 8. SONOS sound system didn't work for us which was a real shame as it is clearly all wired up. Downstairs area had some bad bathroom/sewage smell.

• Lorenzo (1/5): Bad - Place is overall good. Heat was umbearable on both top floors (40° on both rooms), called the property to figure out a solution, nothing was suggested. So two beds were unusable. Had to figure out other accommodations for colleagues we were staying with.
