Prontissima l’assistenza in caso di problemi con l’ingresso (self check-in) Per migliorare l’esperienza degli ospiti sarebbe ottimo avere a disposizione shampoo e sapone per il corpo. C’era sapone per i piatti ma non molto, mancava invece sapone per la lavastoviglie. Qualche gancio in più in bagno ed un tappetino per uscire dalla doccia. Le lenzuola del letto non erano della misura giusta forse perché si spostavano e toglievano ogni notte.

• Amelia (6/5): Great apartment but sofa bed in need of attention! - The apartment was very clean and it's very modern. Located very near the centre of Tarragona and near the closest beach, which was very handy. We like that there were cleaning products already in the apartment and also lots of storage for everyone to keep their stuff separately, so that was very convenient. The central air-conditioning was a blessing too. There were no pillows for the sofa bed. My husband had to share his pillow with our 2 daughters, who slept on the sofa bed. They had to take turns using it every night, so they didn't sleep very comfortably. I contacted the property via booking.com, and also messsaged them directly to ask for some pillows but I never received any response during our stay. On the other hand the sofa matress protector was too small and only fitted 3 corners. It had to be placed loosely on top because the matress was stained on both sides. Also, the top bed sheet was too small to cover 2 people. The property was advertised to sleep 4 people but unfortunately 2 guests could not sleep very comfortably. They need to sort out the sofa bed for future guests! Just a warning for shorter guests about acessing the microwave, as it was at least at 160-165 cm high from the floor and some may need a chair to access it! I'm 1.70 and I had to be extremely careful taking out hot food/milk from the microwave, to avoid spilling it all over myself. I think it would be better placed on the kitchen counter, although not sure if perhaps that was not possible when the kitchen was fitted. The views from the apartment were very nice!! We could even see Port Aventura theme park on the horizon! although the window with the best view had the retractable awning down blocking the view, and the remote control didnt seem to work to retract the awning. That was a bit of a shame. Perhaps the remote just needs new batteries!!
