When we got down, almost all the food was gone and attendant was in hall talking. Finally, after 10 minutes, she came back in. Ended up just having toast and a stale biscuit. The Breakfast

Als ich zurück kam, war es nicht mehr da. Ich habe das Personal von Restaurant und die Damen an der Rezeption zweimal im Abstand von 15 Minuten gefragt ob Sie mein Handy gefunden oder gesehen haben. Jedes Mal kam die Aussage NEIN. Erst als ich mein zweites Handy im Zimmer holte und die Ortung aktivierte und ich dem Personal sagte wo das Handy sei und mit der Polizei drohte, lag es binnen Minuten auf einmal an der Rezeption. Ehrlich gesagt nach drei Jahrzehnten USA habe ich so etwas noch nie erlebt. HERRITAGE ist Geschichte!

We had to go to the front desk to get the towels. The food could have been better with some fresh options and have more of a variety to choose from.

Ho scoperto il tutto dopo un viaggio di 24h dall’Italia durante il check-in e, a causa dell’hotel pieno, sono stato costretto a trovare un’altra sistemazione senza alcun aiuto tra l’altro. And they were very good about refilling items quickly. Nothing was bad. It's probably due for some updating, but was clean.
• lee (10/5): Excellent ! - My son and I stayed in a one bedroom king deluxe suite very spacious. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The hotel is very clean. The Jacuzzi and pool were extremely nice. The breakfast was hot and fresh and well stopped. Staff was very friendly, the popcorn that they keep hot and fresh in the Downstairs front desk area is a plus! Delicious! I’ve never stayed in a hotel that offered that so that was definitely nice! My son really enjoyed the hands-free pancake maker. Housekeeping was amazing every day when we returned we had fresh towels. The room was always tidied up. I have zero complaints and in the future I would definitely stay here. My son and I were only gonna be here for one day while waiting for our move-in to our new home. There has been a delay with our move-in process so we have been completely happy to stay here for the extra time needed. Highly recommend this place and in the future we will definitely come here when we are looking or needing somewhere to stay. No complaints at all. This place was excellent.

• lee (10/5): Excellent - My son and I stayed in a one bedroom king suite it was very spacious felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Beautiful hotel the breakfast was great very cool hands-free pancake maker and popcorn that is served at the front desk is so delicious. They have salted caramel ranch and garlic Parmesan seasonings to add to it so good and a nice touch that I haven’t seen any other Hotel do. Location is perfect. It’s literally walking distance from the Woodlands mall would definitely stay here again No complaints
• lee (10/5): Excellent - My son and I stayed in a one bedroom king suite it was beautiful! The view was spectacular from the 6th floor . It really felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Very spacious,really comfy beds ,the breakfasts was good just wish it was extended a bit longer for those who came down right at 9 and it was already shut down. My son and I got there in plenty of time but many came down a few minutes before 9 and it was already in the process of being taken down. The front desk staff were great! I mentioned to him that I heard the popcorn was really good. He immediately went over there and got the machine going and said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. He even put out seven different flavors to put on your popcorn. It was a really nice touch and I haven’t seen that in any other hotel. The location is fantastic! Literally walking distance from the Woodlands Mall. I only booked it for one night but after we got here and got settled in the room, I went ahead and extended our stay another night. We will be checking out tomorrow and we are extremely happy with everything so far. Will definitely recommend this place to others . No complaints

• Federico (1/5): A terrible and completely unacceptable experience. - There were three of us staying at this property from March 14 to March 20, 2026, and at check-out all three of us were refused a proper receipt. After repeated insistence, we were given only a receipt showing an amount of 0, which is useless for business trip reimbursement. As if that were not enough, a fourth colleague, who arrived together with us on the evening of March 14 with a valid Booking.com reservation and payment due upon arrival, was denied his room because of what was clearly overbooking. The receptionist only told us, “they have canceled your reservation,” without clarifying who had allegedly canceled it, and claimed that payment to guarantee the reservation had to be made by 6:00 PM, even though this condition did not appear anywhere in the Booking.com confirmation. Our colleague had received no communication at all, neither from Booking.com nor from the hotel. The property was full, and no real help was offered: he had to find another place to stay on his own at the last minute, at a much higher price. On top of that, a female colleague of mine was harassed by another hotel guest while walking to her room, which is extremely serious. I also entered my room and found the previous guests’ luggage still inside, a clear sign of very poor room management and lack of basic care. Despite repeated contacts with Booking.com and promises of a reply within 48 hours, as of April 3, 2026, we still have not received the required documentation. Shameful management and completely unreliable service. In my opinion, this hotel is not suitable for international guests, especially those traveling for work and needing proper documentation and clear communication. I strongly advise against staying at this property.

• Nancy (5/5): - Location is excellent! Room is not very clean, built up dust in corners on carpet floors are thick and visible. Headboard leather liner were chips and they came off it sticks to your shirts. The night staff wasn’t very friendly, looks like she doesn’t love her job.

• Luca (3/5): - Personale maleducato e completamente indisponibile ad aiutare i clienti. Al check-out, in tre persone abbiamo richiesto più volte una ricevuta fiscale del soggiorno per motivi lavorativi, ma ci è stata negata con tono scortese, dicendoci che l’avremmo ricevuta via email nei giorni successivi. Naturalmente, non abbiamo mai ricevuto nulla e, nonostante i solleciti effettuati tramite Booking, l’hotel non ha mai provveduto a inviare la fattura. Inoltre, sconsiglio di fidarsi dell’opzione “paga in struttura”: potrebbero cancellare arbitrariamente la prenotazione all’arrivo. È quanto accaduto a un nostro collega, lasciato senza alloggio e costretto a cercare una sistemazione alternativa all’ultimo minuto. Esperienza decisamente negativa. Sconsigliato.
