• Tiziano (10/5): Ottimo, dire di più sarebbe inutile. - Originariamente avevamo un'altra camera. Poi, su nostra richiesta, siamo stati spostati. Tutto è avvenuto senza la nostra presenza, lo staff ha provveduto a tutto, anche allo spostamento delle piccole cose lasciate fuori dal bagaglio. Da notare che la prima stanza era già ottima, con però l'aggravio di un paio di rampe di scale che, considerando la mia età, avrebbero potuto essere stancanti. La colazione è ottima, sempre cose fresche, preparate qulche ora prima. Kristina, la receptionist, ha sempre provveduto a ogni nostra richiesta, provvedendo al traferimento all'aeroporto e a tutto il resto con premura ed estrema cortesia. Nulla, spero che rimanga sempre così.

• Nurana (10/5): ​Великолепный отель, в который хочется вернуться - ​Отдыхали в отеле Sirkeci Ersu компанией из 4 человек с 12 по 20 мая, бронировали два номера. Остались в полном восторге! ​Локация просто идеальная: отель находится прямо рядом с потрясающим парком Гюльхане, а все главные достопримечательности и транспорт — в шаговой доступности. Расположение удобнее не придумаешь! ​Завтраки — это отдельный восторг! Суперский, разнообразный шведский стол, всё очень вкусно и свежо. ​Чистота на высоте: уборка в обоих номерах проводилась ежедневно и очень качественно, всегда было чисто и уютно. ​Персонал: невероятно дружелюбный, отзывчивый и гостеприимный коллектив. А при выезде нам сделали безумно приятный сюрприз — подарили маленькие подарки на прощание! Это так мило и трогательно. ​Огромное спасибо команде отеля за наш чудесный отдых! Обязательно вернемся сюда снова.

They immediately helped us and gave us information and instructions for the city. The room was clean and the breakfast was nice. The only thing we didn’t like was that the room was a bit small for the price and the air conditioner didn’t work. But everything was nice!

Ačiū registratoriui, dirbusiam gegužės 15 ankstyvą rytą (gaila, neįsidemejau jo vardo) už pagalbą, kai mano transferis vėlavo.... Na, viešbutis tikrai prašosi renovacijos, viskas stipriai nudeveta... Tikrovė stipriai skiriasi nuo pateiktų nuotraukų. Nėra normalios drabužių spintos - pasikabinti nieko negali, tik kelios lentynėlės. Nemaloniai nustebino skylėta patalynė ir dėmėti rankšluosčiai.
• Zsuzsanna (10/5): - Perfect location to literally everything you may need in the city. Within 10 minutes walk to Topkapi/Hagia Sofia/Blue Mosque/Cistern, 2 minute walk to tram line 1 which takes you through the whole city, 15 minutes walk to the ferry. At the very end of a walking street full of restaurants and bars, easy to find a place around. For cheaper options to eat, 3 tram stops to Karaköy. Rooms are small but well organised, everything is well organised. Nice view to the park around Topkapi from one side (but with open window there's noise from the tram just below), the other side is more quiet, the windows overlook the walking street - the quiet side of it. Breakfast is fantastic, everything tastes good and you can have tea/coffee/juice/water all day long. They have a very nice spa and hammam, the service is excellent for a relaxing 1,5 hours. A small lamp at the bed would be handy, for not using the big light at night when your friend is already alseep but you wanna read.

Les gérants sont vraiment magnifiques : accueillants, gentils, toujours disponibles et très professionnels. Ils nous ont fait sentir comme à la maison dès notre arrivée. Merci pour votre hospitalité et votre gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain voyage à Istanbul. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation ⭐️
• Kovacs (10/5): - Fantasztikus volt. Nagyon barátságos ,segítőkész személyzet. A szobák tiszták. A reggeli bőséges, választékos , finom. Az elhelyezkedes szuper , minden nagyon közel van. (Topkapi palota, Hagia Sophia, Kék mecset, Grand Bazar) Pár megállóra a nevezetességek , de akár gyalog is csak 10-15 perc. Mindenképp csak is ide térünk vissza!

• Laura (7/5): - Good location. Breakfast was disappointing — the only hot food available was boiled eggs and a few small sausages. By 9:15 the food was no longer being replenished, even though breakfast is supposed to run until 10:00.

• Krzysztof (5/5): Mocno mieszane odczucia - Znakomita lokalizacja. Większość atrakcji w zasięgu spaceru. Blisko do przystanku tramwajowego. Pracownicy (szczególnie pan ze śniadań) bardzo uczynni, mili i uśmiechnięci. Na plus stała dostępność herbaty koło recepcji. Zaraz po dokonaniu rezerwacji zacząłem otrzymywać przez WhatsApp informacje w których nakłaniano mnie do zapłaty za pokój (przy czym wybrałem płatność przez booking.com) pod groźbą odwołania rezerwacji. Osoba pisząca znała nazwę hotelu, numer rezerwacji, daty pobytu i moje imię. Ponieważ od razu spostrzegłem się że jest to próba wyłudzenia danych finansowych pierwszy raz odpisałem że proszę o kontakt przez booking.com, a za drugim - gdy zagrożono ze rezerwacją zostanie odwołana - że proszę o odwołanie (oczywiście za 1 i 2 razem nie było ciągu dalszego). Może to nie wina hotelu, ale: w czasie kiedy do mnie pisano miałem aktywne 3 rezerwację - a oszust powoływał się tylko na dane dotyczące tego hotelu. Skąd oszust wiedział o tych danych? Co do samego hotelu: Pierwszy pokój, który otrzymaliśmy był w bardzo złym stanie technicznym. Plamy wilgoci na suficie, spuchnięte i ledwo domykające się drzwi do łazienki, bardzo duże ślady zużycia. Obiecano nam na drugi dzień większy pokój, który miał być w lepszym stanie technicznym. Otrzymaliśmy pokój jeszcze mniejszy - przy 2 osobach nie można było rozłożyć walizek, dwie osoby nie były w stanie się wyminąć. W łazience umywalka zaraz koło toalety. Brak jakichkolwiek wieszaków - nie było gdzie odwiesić ciuchów czy drugiego ręcznika. Sufit nad deszczownicą czarny od pleśni. Szafa z zepsutymi drzwiami, urwany uchwyt przy szufladzie biurka, plamy na suficie w pokoju. Słabe oświetlenie. Prześcieradło za krótkie jak na łóżko - codziennie budziłeś się ze zwiniętym prześcieradłem pod sobą. Baaardzo słabe śniadania - po 2 dniach jedliśmy je na siłę - hitem były frytki na zimno i gotowane jajka na ciepło. Stały problem z dostępnością kawy. Śniadania serwowane w okolicy recepcji i drzwi wejściowych, gdzie ludzie palili papierosy - w efekcie czuć było ciągle zapach papierosów.

• Pica Madalina (4/5): - Am fost mulțumiți doar de personalul hotelului, au fost amabili și ne-au ajutat atât cu parcarea cât și cu informațiile de care am avut nevoie. În primul rand camerele au fost foarte mici. Pentru o camera dubla standard nu ai loc sa te miști. Paturile sunt efectiv pentru o singura persoana, nicidecum pat dublu pentru 2 persoane. Din cauza umezelii mirosea foarte urat în camera și varul de pe pereți începuse sa cada. Micul dejun slab, același in fiecare zi, varietate foarte mica de alimente.

Персонал - как к родственникам попадаешь. Внимательны и доброжелательны. Кристина на ресепшен говорит по-русски и максимально гостеприимная.

• Amirah (8/5): Fantastic stay. Christine was so kind and helpful, she tried best to make our experience so comfy. - Location was perfect. It was so close to every tourist spot and food places. Breakfast was nice.

• Ágnes (10/5): - Közel van a központtól, minden látványosság gyalogosan elérhető. Kedves, udvarias személyzet. Egész nap lehetett fogyasztani teát, kávét. A párna kicsit tömött volt, lehetne kicsit puhább.

• Radevic (10/5): - Žena koja nas je dočekala na recepciji je bila izuzetno topla, ljubazna i od svake pomoći. Osećala,sam se kao uvaženi gost u njenoj kući. Hotel je na,savršenoj lokaciji Aja Sofija, Plava džamija, Custerna i sl je na 5min, kao i Kapali čaršija i metro, i trajekt. U hotelu je spa, koji je uključen u cenu. Gosti hotela imaju popust na gamam i masažu, i takav tretman nigde do sad nisam iskusila. Savršenstvo. Diručak koji je uključen u cenu je odličan i raznovrstan. Čaj i kafa se mogu piti ceo dan. Na poslednjem spratu je izuzetno prijatno uređena zastakljena terasa, idakle se pruža pogled na grad. I tu je moguće uživati, odmoriti Krevet je udoban, kraljevski. I sce je čisto i uredno.

• ELENA (7/5): Это был вариант отличный переночевать и пойти гулять дальше. - Отличная локация! До всех достопримечательностей и всего транспорта близко! Хорошие завтраки! Комнату убирают! По запросу есть сауна (напишу отдельно) Персонал великолепен 1) ванная комната не соответствует ожиданиям: она действительно очень маленькая. Унитаз упирается в раковину. Вода из душевой течет на все пространство. Сама сантехника - уставшая. Нет вентиляции. 2) вероятно за зданием не следят : во время дождя течет стена. 3) сауна - да она бесплатная. Но ее нужно бронировать за сутки или хотя бы с утра. Если вы спросите о возможности прийти на текущее время, то она будет холодная

• Miroslav (7/5): Velmi dobré pro sportovně založené turisty. Žádný přepych, ale vše potřebné k dispozici. - Lokalita byla skvělá, snídaně velmi dobrá. Malý, až stísněný prostor v sociálním zařízení, zejména u WC. Možná by bylo dobré do pokoje přidat malý stolek a židli.

• Andrei (10/5): Лучшее место в самом центре - Отличное расположение, прямо в сердце европейского Стамбула. Рядом остановка трамвая линии 1, Гюльханэ. Вход в парк тюльпанов - прям через трамвайные в маленькую дверцу. Для остановки семьи с тремя детьми номер компактный, однако пару - тройку ночей - отлично. Персонал очень дружелюбный, решит все Ваши запросы. Девушка на ресепшене (Кристина) отлично говорит по русски, всё подскажет.

• H5793DWkevinb (6/5): Short time Spa - Was not staying in this hotel, but was drawn in by their representative outside to use their Spa. Was offered the VIP 2 hour Spa, normally 85 euros for cut price 70 euros. Decided that sounded nice so took him up. The Spa itself was enjoyable, however, the young lady masseuse seemed totally disinterested, just telling me how she did not like her job, low paid and could I help her get a job in the UK!. At the end of the session, checked my watch and the 2 hour session was only 90 minutes. Pointed this out to the 'representative' who stated I had been in 2 hours. Will not be returning.
