- Sattabuth (8/5): - A very Helpful staff and the accomodation was great. There are 3 bedrooms with private bathroom. Facilities are full of set and location near notting hill only 10 mins walk. The drainage system is poor. We have to hurry to take a shower because the water can not drain during you taking shower. Temperture in the flat is cold. It might be heater did not work.
- LisaHammG (4/5): While this unit is spacious & well-maintained, it comes with inconveniences. We cannot recommend it. - The unit was beautiful and had a great location. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. 1. We had to collect and return the keys at a store approx. .5 miles away the from unit. That was inconvenient, especially at check-out. We own a short term rental and have stayed in more than 50 STRs. NEVER have the keys not been conveniently located on the property. 2. The Host only provided 1 set of keys to the unit, even after we requested a second set. The unit has 3 bedrooms and the 4 people in our group routinely had different schedules so coordinating key access was extremely difficult. This was actually infuriating and exhibited poor customer service. 3. Only the top level of the unit had WiFi coverage. There was little to no coverage on the lower level with the 3 bedrooms. This could be solved easily and inexpensively through the use of a mesh network, but the hosts seemingly don't care. 4. The sofa was hard as a rock. 5. The unit is for sale and we knew that there may be showings during our visit. However, unbeknownst to us, each of the 2 showings was preceded by someone coming into the unit early in the day to "tidy" the unit. In addition, the host had the security system checked by a vendor during our stay early in the morning who then wanted to set the alarm off for testing while members of our group were still sleeping. When we refused this, the management then called to chastise us. 6. The living room carpet was dirty and stained and there was trash strewn about the outdoor entryway and sitting area. The bottom line is that while this unit is spacious, well-maintained and nice, it comes with a slew of inconveniences that would prevent me from recommending or renting this unit again. It was also clear that customer service was their last priority.
