Pat (6/5): Room to improve - Location. Bed was comfy. Warm. The TV didn't work. Spent a lot of wasting time trying to get it to work. Quick response and fixed but then didn't work again. The shower was nearly cold and when I told the owners I was sent instructions on how to turn the shower on and up!!! Not fixed before leaving. Only shampoo, no shower gel or hair conditioner although not sure if they were meant to be left. Half a toilet roll in the bathroom. The only other one was under the kitchen sink and had got wet and dried out and was dirty. No hand towel in the bathroom. No plug for the kitchen sink and no tea towel. Tea bags but no coffee and small amount of sugar and no milk.Coffee machine but no pods. Complimentary coffee and milk would have been nice. My friend's apartment was so much better with lots of complimentary starter items.

We had to stand outside for 15 mins when we arrived because the girls that arrived took key with them that were supposed to fix the blind - the blind in fact was not fixed ( video to follow ) 3. ⁠dirty towels in the bathroom and cuboard in bedroom 4. ⁠tv did not work 5. ⁠no blankets or duvet for sofa bed
