• Jeffrey (8/5): A fantastic all-inclusive hotel with great facilities, delicious food, and the perfect location for a relaxing and enjoy - We had a really great stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The property itself was beautiful and offered a lot of activities and facilities to enjoy. One thing we especially appreciated was the adults-only area, where we could fully relax and enjoy some quiet time together. The beach was amazing, the food was delicious, and we loved that there were several à la carte restaurants available in addition to the buffet. Even though our stay was only four days, we still had a wonderful experience. As we were on our honeymoon, we also received a lovely attention in the room with sparkling wine, which was a very nice touch. Another highlight was the free room service included in the stay. We had never tried that before, so we enjoyed having breakfast in our room one morning. Even though the choice was smaller than at the buffet, it was a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly, parking was available for our rental car, and the location of the hotel was excellent for exploring Le Morne and the surrounding areas by car. The main disappointment was the reservation system for the à la carte restaurants. Even though it was only the beginning of May and not high season yet, most restaurants were already fully booked during our four-day stay, so we could only try two of them. We also noticed that some tables remained empty because of no-shows, which was unfortunate for guests who actually wanted to enjoy the restaurants. Maybe the hotel could improve the organization around reservations and cancellations. The €330 accommodation vouchers mentioned on Booking.com were a bit misleading. We expected to receive an amount that could be freely used for activities or spa treatments, but in reality, it was divided into many small vouchers of €5 to €15, only valid on certain services. Most of them applied to expensive massages or activities, so the actual discount was quite limited. Since it was our honeymoon, we really appreciated the small welcome gift, but perhaps the hotel could offer a few more special touches for honeymoon couples to make the experience feel even more memorable.

• Michel (8/5): Un hôtel de très bon niveau, spacieux, intégré dans un bel environnement, idéal pour le farniente. - Tout l'hôtel en général, la nature environnante, l'espace, la piscine, les activités, le buffet inclus etc. Il faut, pour profiter des trois restaurants autres que le buffet, réserver les places en même temps que la réservation des chambres, sinon, les restaurants du soir sont tous complets, nous en avons fait la triste expérience. C'est à suggérer sur votre site en vue des prochains séjours.

Highly recommended for people wanting luxury hotel. - Everything was really great , especially absolutely perfect food all day long! Amazing stuff and barmans, absolutely best location ever. Swimming pool with bar , 24H food and alkohol!, and best sandy beach around hotel le mourne! The very negative thing is the really poor music during day and evening time. DJ don’t know what music play, every day same music for kids (really poor) very long distance to the hotel room from main food.Music type is like classical music and not for young couples. Everything else absolutely spot on!!

• Aminata (4/5): Tres déçue, je reste sur ma frustration d’avoir payé un service dont je n’ai pas pu profiter pleinement. - Ce que qui m’as attiré dans ce restaurant c’est la pluralité de choix en terme d’activité, d’univers mais aussi au niveau de l’alimentation J’ai été extrêmement déçu de ne pas pouvoir profiter pleinement de mon pass all inclusive. En effet le système de réservation des différents restaurant pénalise fortement les nouveaux arrivant à l’hôtel et surtout les personnes séjournant que quelques jours car les personnes étant la depuis plusieurs jours auparavant book plusieurs restaurants et sur plusieurs jours. Des quotas devraient être prévu pour permettre aux nouveaux résidents d’avoir la possibilité de profiter d’au moins un restaurants. L’application internet de l’hôtel n’est pas opérationnelle.

• Geoffrey (8/5): Un hôtel all inclusive avec des mets de qualité et en grande quantité, situé au pied du Morne et à proximité d’une magni - La qualité et la diversité du buffet (énormément de choix), la propreté, et la localisation de l’hôtel, proche du Morne et des jolies plages. L’espace wellness n’est pas à la hauteur. L’accès se fait uniquement par réservation et il ne restait que très peu de créneaux à notre arrivée. L’espace propose un hammam très agréable, mais deux bassins intérieurs avec une eau tiède et sans remous. Ce ne sont ni plus ni moins que des bassins sans intérêt. Le personnel de cet espace wellness s’est montré désagréable à plusieurs reprises dès notre arrivée, sans une aucune raison. Nous étions à l’heure et à leur écoute dès le départ. Des gels douche étaient mis à disposition mais les contenants étaient vides. Malgré ma demande, rien n’a été fait. Des casiers sont disponibles dans les vestiaires mais aucun accès n’est proposé. En ce qui concerne les restaurants à la carte, tous étaient déjà réservés à notre arrivée et ne permettaient pas un accueil d’un groupe de 7. Dommage… Mis à part cela, tout était très bien.

Pools and facilities were amazing, our room was upgraded for free. Drinks and barmans super friendly. I wish i could stay more. We couldnt try all restaurants in 3 night because of the opening days and space or booking limitations.

Belle piscine L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable, le Personnel est à l'écoute et très serviable. Une mention spéciale pour Mercy qui malgré la barrière de la langue ( française pour nous) a été particulièrement agréable et très joviale. Ayant opté pour le Riu Palace adultes only, toutes les activités sportives ainsi que le spa se trouvent au Riu turquoise. Les activités nautiques sont un peu éloignées.

• Isabelle (10/5): - Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen am für mich schönsten Strand von Mauritius. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand am schönen Le Morne Beach. Bedenken muss man dass das Hotel eher im Windbereich liegt. 10 Minuten Gehweg kommt man zu den wohl schönsten Bereichen des Le Morne Beach. Trotz dessen - ich würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen. Das Hotel bietet all in mit tollen Getränken und tollem Essen) Wir haben ohne Elite Club gebucht. Für uns wäre das auch nicht nötig gewesen. Wir haben alles bekommen was wir brauchten. Zimmerupgrade mit Meerblick und alle Cocktails die man sich wünscht! (Aperol, Pornstar Martini, eigentlich gab es keine Getränke die es nicht gibt☺️). Wir haben uns total Wohlgefühlt, auch das Personal war super freundlich. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Better training at reception is needed so that customers ages are considered and not just ask to complete a tick list of forms and at least shown to a seat

Czystość plaży a raczej miejsc dookoła leżaków pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Wiem że to świadczy o kulturze turystów, ale pełno niedopałków, kubków i butelek z poprzedniego dnia świadczy, że plaża nie była sprzątana....

• Lukas (9/5): Beautiful location and excellent service, but disappointing room details - The service throughout the resort was excellent. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The location is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful beach and a fantastic overall setting. We also really liked that water activities were included, although unfortunately we were only able to use them on one out of our six days because the red flag was up on the other days. The main pools were very clean, pleasant, and had a much better temperature than our private pool. The Elite Club area was especially enjoyable — the loungers were very comfortable, the service there was great, and it was a lovely touch that staff occasionally brought around fresh fruit and took drink orders directly from the sunbeds. Breakfast offered a good selection overall, and most of the other restaurants were very good as well. Our favorite was the Asian restaurant, Kaori. The spa experience was also very nice, especially the massage. Another great surprise was the room service twice a day, which we had not expected and really appreciated. The biggest downside for us was the bed. Instead of one proper double bed, it was made up of two separate single beds on wheels that kept moving apart whenever we shifted even slightly. For an Elite Club room with a private pool, we definitely expected a fixed, comfortable bed, so this was a major disappointment. Cleanliness could also have been better. Some towels had brown stains on them, and even if they were freshly washed, towels in that condition should not be put back into use. The floor in the room also felt a little sticky and not completely clean. Our private pool was nice to have, but it was extremely cold, so it was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. Breakfast was generally good, but the coffee was quite bland, and there was no oat milk available. Soy milk was offered instead, but it was sometimes out of stock, which was disappointing. The cocktails were also inconsistent — some were very strong, while others barely tasted of alcohol at all. Even the strawberry daiquiri was surprisingly too strong. The Elite Club restaurant was another slight letdown. Although the service was excellent, the food was only average and lacked seasoning and flavor. We would also recommend booking the specialty restaurants immediately upon arrival, as they can fill up quickly.

Понравились рестораны a la cart . Хорошая кухня в общем ресторане отеля. Не понравилось , что постельное белье и полотенца были застиранными и довольно изношенными. В номере отсутствовали фужеры, при этом в минибаре всегда были различные напитки. Как то пить из банок и бутылок - это mauvais ton

The rooms are clean the hotel is gorgeous I took the inclusive package.....We ate and drank the entire day Nothing really - but i was disappointed when i knew very well i forgot a few items when we checked out, and i was told they where not there.

The pool was lovely and the bar staff were extremely attentive, considering if was all inclusive I was very impressed by the quality of the food and drinks. Plenty of vegetarian options at the main buffet and the two specialty restaurants we visited. Being right on the sea front was great, we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a lateral seaview room and could see the beach from our balcony which was greatly appreciated. It was quite hard to tell what our credit could be used for so in the end we didn't use any which was a shame. You can only book the restaurants once you're at the resort so for a short stay like ours this did mean we missed out on one of the options.

Und Barkeeper Hans an der Poolbar war unser persönliches Highlight :) Es gab 3 Restaurants in denen man eine Reservierung brauchte, in 6 Tagen hatten wir keine Möglichkeit diese zu besuchen da alles voll ausgebucht war. Also mussten wir jedesmal in Hauptrestaurant essen gehen, dort gab es zu Mittag und Abend immer das selbe. Leider sehr schade.
