• fiona (9/5): Fabulous staff! - The concierge service was first class. They were really helpful when I lost my phone (on a bullet train!) and they managed to help track it down and retrieve it for me. I dealt with several members of the concierge team who were all familiar with my case so I didn’t have to explain each time. At a stressful time they really helped. The hotel lobby cafe/bar, the main bar and also the restaurant were both excellent. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff encountered were fabulous. Our room (small superior) was very small so next time I would choose a bigger room.

• Sarah (8/5): Excellently located, clean and comfortable hotel - Excellent location, part of the train station complex so literally a minute from the tracks, trams, dozens of restaurants and the bus station. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with plenty of amenities. Room although extremely comfortable was slightly outdated however this didn’t detract in any way from my stay.

We came here direct from the Shinkansen and loved that we did not need to drag our cases any further! It is also really well located next to the trains that go to miyajima and the tourist sightseeing loop bus too. Loads of restaurants walkable too. The breakfast selection was great and staff were very welcoming. The concierge recommended a great okonomiyaki restaurant to us. Thank you for a great stay.

Rooms were especially tiny. Single beds in rooms advertised for two travellers! We booked two rooms obviously together and ended up being separated by multiple floors. This was especially inconvenient as the room cards could only go up to the room floors so it made it very difficult to meet up or exchange items.

• Toh (9/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we also enjoyed a nice coffee and cake at the lobby. - It was very conveniently located that we could easily take the trains. The room's size was all right, but a little on the small side for our comfort. We had to ask the staff to remove a bulky chair to make space for one of our suitcases.

• BTS1972 (8/5): Good Location and Price - The hotel is located directly in Hiroshima station. From the Shinkansen gates it is only a couple of minutes walking. The room was ok for the category, so was breakfast. The prices as well. In all, a good solution for exploring Hiroshima as tram and Shinkansen are only minutes away.

And also at the hub for trains/trans to Peace park. They are well organised for baggage storage for those that arrive before check in or want to explore after check out. Accomodation was very comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent The pillows weren’t fantastic, but that has been pretty common on our stay in Japan (I assume tastes differ here to those in Australia).

• Cristina (10/5): - The staff was super nice and efficient and always willing to help. The breakfast was varied and delicious. And the location was amazing to get anywhere. There was a long time wait for the breakfast around 8:00-9:00.
