The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the beautiful city of Istanbul and visit its main attractions. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds that allowed us to rest well after long days of sightseeing. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything neat and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any requests and provide useful recommendations. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. It’s a reliable and comfortable choice for both families and couples.

Erdal (5/5): Hotel aussen Modern und Zimmer uralt - Die Lage ist Top... und die die Rooftop- Lounge ist sehr einladet mit einer Topsicht auf den Bosporus. Hotel an sich ist schön. Nur die Zimmer nicht ! Die Zimmer sind extrem alt und riechen nach vermodert und alt. Die Dusche fällt fast auseinander. Als ich den Wasserhahn aufdrehte kam erstmal ne braune Brühe aus dem Wasserhahn. Minibar ist mit einem Sicherheitsschloss befestigt sehr unprofessionell. Alles in dem Zimmer fliegt fast auseinander weil es einfach zu alt ist. Ob sie den Fön in die Hand nehmen oder Duschkopf versuchen zu drehen.

Daniel (7/5): Poate forțat de împrejurări voi mai reveni la acest hotel. Îmi pare o păcăleală. Păcat de poziție și de mulți dintre cei - Locația, recepția, restaurantul și barul de la ultimul etaj și mini-barul. Personalul foarte atent și dispus să te ajute întotdeauna, chiar dacă nu a fost la un nivel profesional ridicat și competent pentru un hotel de 5*. Recepția modernă și renovată. Camerele au mobilier vechi, uzat și fldefect. Băile sunt departe de cerințele unui hotel de 5*. Dotările lipsă sau vechi și stricate. Fără un aparat de cafea, fierbător antic , cafea ieftină la plic, uscător de păr antic, fier de călcat defect. Salteaua de la pat de calitate îndoielnică. Am vrut să mergem la Spa dar prețul serviciilor exagerate. Prețul unui masaj de calitate este cel mai scump pe care l-am întâlnit la un hotel din Europa.

The beds are big and I am not sure how they prepare the beds but it was one of the most comfortable bed I have slept in. We requested for a cot for our baby and they actually gave a pretty big cot. Would highly recommend.

Sarantos (10/5): Εξαιρετικό!! - Το προσωπικό γενικά αλλά και ειδικά της reception ήταν εξαιρετικά! Το πρωινό αρκετά καλό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο, καθαρό και η θέα προς το Βόσπορο φανταστική!!! Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική με σταθμό μετρό δίπλα. Θα μου άρεσε να υπάρχει μηχανή Nespresso στο δωμάτιο. Γενικά το δωμάτιο είναι αρκετά καλό, ίσως όμως να χρειάζεται μια ανακαίνιση στο κοντινό μέλλον, είτε συνολικά είτε σε κάποια πράγματα (πχ. αντί για μπανιέρα να γίνει ντουζιέρα).

stevecant54 (10/5): Fantastic hotel with amazing views. - My wife and I are staying at the Istanbul Intercontinental IHG for six nights. I can’t say enough about the hotel and staff. From the front desk, coffee shop and the restaurant the service and staff have been fantastic. As a business owner for forty years and travelling all over the world for business and pleasure this has to be one of the best managed hotels we’ve ever stayed at. If you’re a hotel owner I would recommend you and your staff stay at this hotel as a training experience. Steve and Kim Cant. Canada.

johnhY2570ND (8/5): Great staff greedy management - I have been staying in this hotel on and off for the last 24 years. Interestingly, I found a photo from 2002 where I was staying here IN THE SAME ROOM as my current stay and the furniture and decor was exactly the same! The only difference was that the curtains were changed. I know that the hotel is slowly being refurbished but in the meantime there are things to consider before you book here. First, I could only charge my phone in the bathroom. No outlets beside the bed. Second, I am used to a smart TV where I can connect my subscriptions to Netflix etc. I spent the week watching news. So why did I give four stars? Staff of course. Mehmet on reception is a legend and will help you with anything. Also Paulin (wrong spelling I'm sure) lovely lady from Turkmenistan on IHG rewards desk was delightful and helpful. Warning to hotel owners who sit at home at the weekend and reflect on your management style...sit up and pay attention. Your staff can only hold guest loyalty for so much. Invest in your property and don't be greedy. Speaking of greed, stop charging 28 euros for a club sandwich.

عبدالعزيز العنزي (7/5): - الغرف تحتاج للتجديد والأثاث جداً قديم والحمام لايوجد به شور والبانيو خطير جداً وأيضاً قامو بقفل البار بأسلوب جداً تعبان وهمجي وذلك بإحضار قفل كبير حديد وشوه المنظر وديكور الغرف جداً كئيب الأثاق قديم والتنسيق جداً سيئ وعدم إكتمال ادوات الحمام والتدفئه بالغرف جداً ضعيفه وسجاد الممرات جداً باليه وقديمه

mariamdM2080BN (2/5): Be careful with the cabs - I specially picked this hotel because it is a 5 star hotel. With that I expected good honest service. When I was leaving to go to the airport they called me a cab. I told the bell man that I don’t have any cash and need a cab that ONLY takes card. He got me a cab and told them that I can only pay with card and don’t have any cash. Please note this can has intercontinental signage on it and works with the hotel. The driver said he accepts card. When we arrived at the airport, the driver said his card machine was not working and demanded cash, despite confirming earlier that card payment was accepted. When I told him I had no cash, he refused to give me my luggage. To get to ATM machine in the airport I had to walk through security then come back outside and leave my luggage with someone I don’t know against my will. This put me in a very stressful and unsafe situation leaving my belonging with a stranger in a different country and I also almost missed my flight because of this. The hotel arranged this taxi and assured me card payment was fine. I’m not sure if the driver is employed by intercontinental but the taxi he was driving had an intercontinental sign on it. For a 5-star hotel, this level of risk and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially for women traveling alone.
