This was a s - It was a beautiful hotel and close to a very nice beach, one of the best in Rhodes. It was old, poorly maintained, needs a lot of updating. This wasn’t a five star hotel, I can’t even say it was a four star hotel. Rooms were falling apart. No smart TVs. Toilets and showers outdated and broken. Beds were uncomfortable. They say “adults only” but next to it were 4 other “resorts” that weren’t so that defeated the purpose. The food was bad, I wouldn’t recommend eating there at all. Boring pool area with bad service from the staff. Gym was abysmal. Didn’t try the spa but it was absurdly expensive. Shuttle service to the beach wasn’t 24/7. This was a sad representation of a 5 Star adults only experience.

De sea view was wel leuk Onze ervaring was eigenlijk niet zo goed met dit verblijf. De mensen die daar werkten waren heel lief en gastvrij. Maar onze ervaring met de kamer en het hotel zelf was niet zo goed. De eerste avond toen we aankwamen, dan kregen we een ‘upgrade’. Toen we aankwamen leek de kamer wel kleiner als op de foto. Onze badkamer zag er echt niet uit. Er was geen ruimte om naar toilet te gaan. De toilet spoelde niet volledig door. We konden nooit met twee in de badkamer staan. Er was schimmel in de douche. Alles was verroest in de badkamer en de siliconen van de douche kwamen los. Elke avond hadden we grote spinnen en rode mieren binnen in onze kamer, omdat er bij onze voordeur een groot gat was onder de deur zelf. De eerste avond maakten we ook iets verschrikkelijk mee in da avond. Daarover had ik al gebeld met booking.com. Dat namelijk elke avond van 21u-23u s’avonds een amfitheater van het hotel naast ons een muziekprogramma had. Nu dit was vervelend aangezien wij een adults only hadden geboekt voor de rust. We waren zo vermoeid van onze reis dat mijn vriendin migraine heeft gekregen van de muziek. De kamers waren niet zo goed geïsoleerd, dus je hoorde het overal in het hotel. Elke avond zijn we dus gaan moeten vluchten van 21u-23u van het hotel. Ik vind dit wel niet normaal voor een 5sterrenhotel. Elke ochtend mochten we ook niet gaan zitten waar we wilden bij het ontbijt. We moesten persé binnen zitten, omdat ze het niet onder controle hadden. Heel vaak vuile tafels. We konden zelf onze koffie niet nemen en moesten telkens wachten tot we werden bediend. Wat resulteerde in koffie bij het einde van ons ontbijt. Het fruit zag op onze laatste 2 dagen er ook echt niet meer uit. Het hotel moet terug een upgrade krijgen.

Power outlets were not placed next to the bed, the sealant on the bath tub would leak during showers, and the bedside tables were droopping.

Der Eingangsbereich war sehr schön
Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Limettenlimonade. Ich war zwei Stunden zu früh da und wollte einchecken. Das wurde auch gemacht, beim Check in muss man eine App herunterladen. Leider war bei mir das WLAN sehr langsam, sodass ich fast 10 Minuten benötigt habe um diese herunterzuladen. Danach wurde mir dann erst gesagt, dass mein Zimmer nicht fertig ist und ich noch warten muss. Ich hätte mich gefreut wenn man das direkt gesagt hätte, dann wär ich einfach später wieder gekommen.
Café Creme, Cappuccino o.ä. gab es beim Frühstück nur auf Nachfrage. Leider wurde sehr hektisch abgeräumt sodass mein Platz weg war als ich wieder kam, obwohl noch Getränke da standen. Ungünstig war, dass es in dem Moment auch noch super voll wurde, da hab ich mich sehr unwohl gefühlt.
Mein erstes Zimmer war sehr laut direkt neben dem Pool und in einem älteren Zustand. Aufgrund der Lautstärke habe ich nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt. Was ich dann bekommen habe.
Leider war in dem das Waschbecken kaputt und die Toilette nicht sauber aber ich wollte nur meine Ruhe und dann war mir das in dem Moment egal.
Die Möbel waren auch eher nur auf dem ersten Blick hübsch. Rundum war das für mich kein 5 Sterne Hotel, da habe ich auf Rhodos ganz andere Erfahrungen und war sehr enttäuscht.
Das Abendessen war OK aber auch hier nichts besonderes, keine vegetarische Option und das Personal konnte keine Auskunft geben. Die Allergen Hinweisschilder standen an der Seite aber die Lebensmittel selbst am Buffet waren nicht gekennzeichnet, das hätte auch sehr geholfen bei der Identifikation. Getränke beim Abendessen sind extra, man bekommt aber keinen Karte und weiß daher weder was es so genau gibt noch wie viel es kostet. Aber die Preise waren für ein Hotel ok Wasser 0,5l für 2€
Der Strand war sehr laut. Alle 10 Minuten wurde ein Boot mit einem Traktor aus dem Wasser gezogen. Von anderen Hotels gab es Entertainment und laute Musik. Die Liegen waren teilweise in maroden Zustand sodass ich mich verletzte habe. Und es lagen viele Zigaretten rum.

(gemeld en een andere kamer gekregen: inloopdouche, wel weer haren (niet van ons) en weer wateroverlast , nu door ontoerijkend afvoerputje (deksel eraf en dat hielp maar net)

- Dragan - Subotica (4/5): Hotel za izbegavanje - Doručak je verovatno jedina stvar koja je vredna pomena. Zaista je toliko raznovrsan, sa tako velikim izborom hrane i pića da će i najzahtevniji gosti naći za sebe ono što žele da jedu.
Pogled na more je lep. Balkon prostran.
Pohvalio bih i grejanu vodu koja se sliva u veliki bazen. Osoblje je katastrofa. Daju gostima netačne informacije. Kasnije uveravaju goste da nisu dali te informacije.
Poslao sam im ujutro poruku preko Booking-a sa pitanjem da li je moguć rani check-in. Nisam dobio odgovor. Pristigi smo u hotel oko 11h pre podne, i tada nam je omogućeno prijavljivanje, ali ne i ulazak u sobu. Devojka na recepciji nam je saopštila da koristimo slobodno sve sadržaje hotela, a da će nam ona na WhatsApp javiti porukom kada naša soba bude spremna, i da će javiti spremačicama da je što pre spreme, jer je to sada prioritet.
Nisam dobio poruku sve do vremena kada je bio redovan check-in u 15h posle podne. Tada sam se obratio recepciji, i druga devojka je počela da me uverava da mi nije obećan rani check-in, da je naša soba zamenjena u odnosu na broj sobe koji sam dobio prilikom prijavljivanja. Na moje pitanje zašto je zamenjena, jer ja nisam tražio zamenu sobe, nije rekla ništa.
Onda su nas odveli u sobu koja je horor.
Mi smo dobili sobu koja je u rangu stare seoske štale. Ulazna vrata su bila manja od otvora, istrunula odozdo, sa velikim zazorom kroz koji je svašta moglo da uđe, i insekti, i škorpije, i miševi. Krevet je bio postavljen odmah pored tih vrata.
Daska na WC šolji je bila polomljena. Fasada sa zidova je otpadala. Polomljena ručka od balkonskih vrata.
Standardni paket dobrodošlice (vino, kafa, čaj, med, itd.) nas nije dočekao u sobi.
Kada sam se pobunio na recepciji da takvu sobu neću da prihvatim, i pokazao im slike kako izgleda soba koju sam bukirao preko Booking-a, dali su nam drugu sobu koja je bila normalna. I dalje ne u rangu hotela sa 5 zvezdica, ali barem, nije bila štala. I tu nas je i dočekao onaj paket dobrodošlice.
U toku boravka sam tražio račun od hotela, i dostavio im podatke moje firme koje su tražili od mene. Poslali su mi poruku da mi je račun poslat na e-mail, ali to nije bila istina. Dva dana je potrajalo dok nisam uspeo da ih ubedim da mi pošalju račun.
Mlaznice u đakuzi bazenu su neispravne.

Malgré gros hôtel de tourisme de masse, on a apprécié y passer deux jours La robinetterie rouillée mais c'est un détail.

They were efficient when you WhatsApp’ed them. The bocco restaurant was terrible - frozen butter, lobster resembled mashed potato, undrinkable hugo spritz. It was incredibly expensive for what it was. 80 euros for 2 mains, 2 drinks and bread.
One staff member really looked like he didn’t want to be at work.
The spa pool had no water so it left a drain like smell.
75 euro for late check out felt extortionate.
Everything was just a bit run down and tired, particularly the bathroom.

the view from the room (Panoramic room) was outstanding ((see attached picture)) The shower is in poor condition, with mold and leaks from the shower head. Even though the staff checked the water flooded the entire bathroom. Needs urgent renovation (see attached picture)

- Anne (9/5): Emergency booking and a welcome refuge - We had to book in at midnight when we had arrived at our original accommodation, a villa only to find that it hadn't been cleaned after the previous occupants. A lot of inaction from the rental company resulted in us looking on booking.com and finding accommodation for the night. Very welcoming at reception and a room offered with an amazing buffet breakfast the next day. Checkout wasn't until 12pm which gave us breathing space after a stressful arrival day. Very nice hotel and close to Lindos beach, plenty of parking and a relaxed but professional vibe. The cleaners chatting away loudly outside the room at 7am whilst going about their work and waking us up was a bit annoying as we had been awake till 2am the night before after an unexpected change of plans.
- Grietje (4/5): - Aardig personeel, goede massage in de spa De kamer was erg gedateerd, zeker geen 5 sterren, eerder 3. Veel mieren in de kamer en andere insecten. De wc liep door na doortrekken en de nachtkastjes naast het bed hingen scheef. De app is handig, maar een plattegrond van het resort zou handig zijn, we stonden namelijk bij het verkeerde zwembad, die van het buurhotel. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid, maar niet alles was vers. De eerste ochtend werden we om kwart voor 9 wakker door house keeping die wilde gaan schoonmaken. Je hebt wel echt een huurauto nodig of je moet steeds een taxi willen nemen als je naar bijvoorbeeld Lindos wil.

למעשה, זה אחד מהמלונות עם הנוף הכי יפה בלינדוס לדעתי. היה לנו חסר דברים שמקובלים במלון 5 כוכבים כמו משחה ומברשת שיניים וחידוש בקבוקי מים מדי יום.
היתה בעיה בהורדת המים באסלה בשירותים.
הבריכה קצת מיושנת ופחות מתאימה למלון מודרני מהסוג הזה והמחירים בבר הבריכה היום יקרים ללא הצדקה.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war gar nicht gut. Überall im Badezimmer roch es nach Schimmel und es sah aus als wäre gar nicht sauber gemacht wurde.. die Tür zum Balkon war kaputt.

Die Lage ist nicht so toll, wenn man nicht im Resort bzw Hotel Abendessen möchte, muss man mit dem Taxi nach Lindos fahren.

The staff were all lovely, welcoming and professional. Rooms are well appointed and the new walk in shower replacing the bath is great. We particularly enjoyed the food and service in Bocca, the a la carte restaurant. Food was amazing, staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Music in the bar had a chill out vibe, perfect for the warm evenings and classy surroundings.

Au regard du tarif, les prestations n’étaient clairement pas à la ha - Vue sur la mer et petit déjeuner complet Nous avons constaté un manque de propreté dans la chambre : toilettes et cuvette jaunes par manque de nettoyage, entretien insuffisant certains jours dans la chambre, ainsi que de fortes odeurs d’égout constante dans la salle de bain. Aucun approvisionnement quotidien en petite bouteille d’eau n’était prévu, ce qui paraît pourtant indispensable compte tenu des fortes chaleurs.
La piscine du spa était vide, ce qui la rendait inutilisable.
Enfin, la salle de sport n’était pas équipée du minimum attendu : aucune serviette à disposition et pas même de l’eau, ce qui est difficilement concevable pour un espace de remise en forme.

- Megan (10/5): Amazing - Lindos Village was a lifesaver! After a disastrous start to our holiday at a different hotel, we were so thankful to find this place. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning grounds and a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
What really made our stay, though, was the incredible staff, especially Maria at reception. We told her about our awful experience, and she immediately went above and beyond to make things right for us. She was so kind, empathetic, and genuinely determined to turn our trip around. Thanks to her efforts and the wonderful service from everyone else, our holiday went from a total disaster to an incredible, memorable one.
If you're looking for a beautiful hotel with staff who truly care about their guests, Lindos Village is the place to be. We can't thank them—and especially Maria—enough for saving our holiday!

- stopped by 3 different servers separately what room number I was in breakfast buffet
- servers at breakfast talking behind customers back and laughing at them
- there’s like 15 servers just doing nothing and talking and a lot are just flirting with eachother
- it was windy and the server relit our candle and interrupted our conversation 6 times after I asked to please leave the candle alone after the second time . He replied no it’s okay I will do it
- location is terrible , no restaurants nearby so they try force you to eat at their expensive restaurants.

- employees are told to say Goodmorning (this can be a good thing if you are elderly or something ) but you are told like 15 times each morning
- employees act like their breakfast buffet is some Michelin star restaurant with their presentation but in fact just a normal breakfast buffet.

- WiFi in room 324 didn’t work at all in span of 5 nights I saw the network was available 4 times for maximum 1 minute . So I couldn’t use WiFi I had to spend more money on data . I couldn’t screenshare with tv so no Netflix or anything .

- Keren (1/5): - The building is packed with stairs and no real solution for guests who don’t want to show up dripping with sweat to breakfast. At breakfast, you can only fill one small cup at a time (even if you’re a pregnant woman who just climbed 50 steps and simply wants to fill your bottle). Coffee is a luxury here – the water was salty and tasted just like the sea.
Our rooms were placed, as the receptionist described, ‘not too close, not too far’. In reality, this meant a sweaty 10-minute walk between family members, even though we asked to be next to each other. When we were finally moved, the new rooms were in terrible condition: poorly maintained, no towel racks, rusty fixtures, a dirty shower with mildew, damp walls, and visible mold. Eventually, part of the ceiling even started to crumble on us due to moisture.
We tried to stay out of the rooms as much as possible, but it was difficult with the constant sewage smell and flowing waste water outside, stagnant puddles that attracted an unbelievable number of mosquitoes, and broken outdoor tiles that were unsafe to walk on.
Reception was unhelpful, the compensation was inadequate, and overall the experience was terrible. We will not return, and our clear advice is: don’t go there.

- Herriau (10/5): Très bel hôtel confortable,calme et petsonnel incroyable - Le personnel très accueillant et souriant,aux petits soins pour nous .L’hotel magnifique et propre ,la chambre vue sur mer spacieuse ,café et vin d’accueil .
La piscine ,le petit déjeuner très varié et excellent .Le calme et la tranquillité du lieu . Tout était parfait,je dirais juste de rajouter un étendoir pour pouvoir étendre les maillots de bain et serviettes mais franchement génial 👍

- Julia (5/5): Voor €100 of minder per nacht een goede deal - Het personeel was erg professioneel en behulpzaam, het uitzicht vanaf ontbijtzaal was mooi, het eten bij het zwembad is erg lekker. De snelle service vanaf het whatsapp nummer was ook heel fijn. Het is allemaal oud en moet echt gerenoveerd worden, het is zeker geen 5 sterren waard. Zwembad is best klein en heel ondiep, gym stelt ook niks voor en de spa is niet eens open. Er is veel roest en het is niet zo hygiënisch er hangt ook geen fijne geur door het hotel en de kamers, een soort van grondwater geur. Ontbijt is uitgebreid maar de kwaliteit ervan is slecht en het ziet er niet uitnodigend uit.

The view of the sea from my room was amazing (263). I paid for breakfast and you could order a Freddo Coffee which they bring to you in the breakfast room. Great experience. Massive thanks to Maria for helping me learn Greek phrases. She helped me reschedule spa bookings and taxis into Lindos. She is the best! Nothing.

Rijkelijk en gevarieerd ontbijt.
Op dag van vertrek konden we, na uit checken, nog gebruik maken van een douche kamer om ons op te frissen. Kamers waren verouderd met slechte afwerking.
Over het gehele complex, en dan vooral in de badkamer en ontbijt ruimte was er geurhinder van slechte riolering.

- Benjamin (9/5): - Das Personal war extrem freundlich, besonders an der Rezeption und beim Gepäckservice. Ein großes Lob an Lisa im Restaurant, sie war immer herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war frisch und reichhaltig. Der Strand war in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und wirklich sehr schön. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

- Douha (3/5): Expecting 5 facilities but met with sub par amenities - Breakfast I’m writing to express my disappointment with several aspects of our recent stay, which unfortunately did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.
• The spa was not operational, which was one of the main facilities we were looking forward to using.
• At the gym, there was no drinking water or towels available, so I had to return to my room—located in another building—just to get the basics.
• The in-room coffee machine required 2 litres of water to even begin working, and we had to purchase bottled water from the hotel at $4. Additionally, coffee capsules were not complimentary, which felt unnecessarily stingy.
• We were only allowed to exchange beach towels once every two days. After visiting the beach, the towels were dirty and sandy, yet we weren’t permitted to get clean replacements.
• The beach we were directed to by the hotel was extremely basic, with no service or amenities, which was not in line with what we expected from a luxury resort.
• Upon returning from the beach, we experienced a water outage in our bathroom, making it impossible to shower or get ready—this caused us to miss a planned reservation.
• The bathroom facilities themselves were below average, with visible mould in the shower grout and rusty tapware—hardly the standard of cleanliness or upkeep one would expect from a high-end property.
Overall, the experience lacked the comfort, service, and attention to detail expected from a five-star hotel, and I felt compelled to share this feedback in the hope that improvements will be made.

- Lisa (7/5): Great staff they couldn’t do anymore for you - It was a relaxing stay and a great location. Quite basic and overall the property does need a little tlc. The breakfast wasn’t great. However it was a buffet so am sure you could find something to suit your taste.
