- DeDe (1/5): - My stay was horrible. The AC was not working. I had yomleave after three days. The managing mangmafer confirmed thevAC issue that allowed the move out. However Bookings was helpless. The AC was not working and I am avpersonn with a heart issues . Booking and the managing company were giving me the run around . I still did not get my full refund. Even though I have contacted the managing company and bookings. EVERYONE is throwing the issue to the other to solve. This is is RIDICULOUS. Bookings u are liable to refund my whole stay and unused nite, the taxes and fees payed, an apology letter and a compensation for putting me in a unsafe place !!!!
