- Olga (9/5): Нам понравилось - Это действительно просторное жилое для Лондона. Три этажа, много пространства, особенно в кухне и в гостиной. Спальни традиционно небольшие, но наличие пространства в общих зонах скрашивает этот факт.
Кухня действительно оснащена прекрасно. Можно полноценно готовить домашнюю еду без ограничений. Посуда в достаточном количестве, очень чистая.
Есть регулируемое отопление! Этот факт просто покорил. Пара нажатий на кнопки - и у вас во всех комнатах горячие батареи.
Второй великолепный пункт - это биде в одной из ванных комнат. Без комментариев тут, просто - спасибо!
С горячей водой проблем не было, зачастую она была даже слишком горячей.
Мебель простая, но функциональная. Белье чистое. Полотенец достаточно.
На нижнем этаже есть стиральная машина, это тоже огромный плюс, несколько раз пользовались ей. Двух пакетиков стирального порошка от хозяев хватило нам на 5 стирок.
Квартира расположена в приятном районе, рядом прудик и парковая зона. Двор очень тихий, машины почти не ездят, ночью тут полная тишина и покой.
Мы делали самостоятельный check-in, все инструкции прислали на почту, заселение прошло без проблем в удобное нам время. С хозяевами мы не виделись, вся переписка была через booking и почту.
Вайфай есть, работает безупречно. На кухне были капсулы для кофе.
От станции Canada Water пешком минут 15. В нижней спальне никто не спал, но температура там была ощутимо ниже, чем на других этажах. Для нас это не было проблемой.
Немного не хватает дополнительного полотенца и губок для посуды на кухне.
Очень не хватает минимального набора на кухне: соль, перец, масло.
Если вы пойдете пешком от метро с чемоданами - то будьте готовы к ужасной дороге: брусчатка вперемежку с каменной крошкой, ваши плечи и колёса чемоданов будут убиты. Но это не вина апартаментов, просто предупреждение. Если у вас много багажа - лучше возьмите такси.

La maison est vaste, confortable et pratique quand on est plusieurs : 2 salles de bains, 3 WC. Cuisine bien équipée. Zone résidentielle calme dans un environnement verdoyant. Possibilité de garer une voiture dans l'allée de garage très appréciable. Aucun reproche sur la propreté. On a beaucoup apprécié cette location !

Comunicazione con lo staff eccellente. CONSIGLIATISSIMA. La struttura conta 4 camere per 7 posti letto. Peccato che il bagno al piano terra non ha la doccia ne la vasca (è molto piccolo) ma noi ci siamo organizzati.

Komunikacja z właścicielem domu bezproblemowa. Sam proces check in był szybki i łatwy. Uważam, że jakość ceny do jakości nieruchomości jest dobra. Dom był sprzątany tuż przed naszym przyjazdem i dywany oraz kanapa nadal były mokre. Moja jedyna sugestia jest taka, że w dzień przyjazdu gości może warto włączyć ogrzewanie? Wtedy też szybciej ta wilgoć by wyparowała, a goście weszliby do ciepłego domu.

Le contact avec l'agence qui gère la location est très facile. Le personnel est sympa et réactif. Je recommande.

- Georgia (3/5): Poor - The neighbourhood was nice When we arrived the heaters were turned off and the house was too cold even to have a shower. I don't understand why they turned it off while they were expecting guests. The temperature of the room on the ground floor was even worse. The couple that stayed on the ground floor, one got sick and the other one had a headache every morning. Luckily the first working day, two days after living in the cold they came to bring us a portable heater and they fixed the clogged bath and sink that we had to deal with since our arrival. The apartment was not cleaned properly as the stairs and the floor didn't seem vacuumed and mopped, there was mold in the bathroom as well. We did not expect that from a property that required so much paperwork beforehand and a high amount as deposit. So I would recommend that you invest more time on preparing the house for your guests, cleaning is important. I would say that I understand the sustainability issues but it is not nice to arrive at a freezing cold house when you are on vacation in winter especially those days that were extremely cold. Plus I don't believe that the cleaning person didn't notice that everything was clogged in the bathroom ...
- Yusuf (6/5): Heating system has many problems, Don’t stay at this flat in winter - The flat is quite spacious, has everything you need for a long stay. The neighborhood is lovely and calm . But please stay there when the weather is warm. The heating system has many problems. It stops at certain times and intervals. I’m an engineer and have the same system in my house, I know how to use the system, but even in auto mode, it stops after a couple of hours. The pressure drops constantly, and some of the room radiators don’t work at all, even if you turn on the valves.
I contacted the property, but instead of helping, they just said they would check at some point (they didn’t).
Additionally, when the heating system works correctly, all the guests on the third floor can constantly hear annoying sounds from the radiators. We had to use earplugs to sleep peacefully.
On the first floor, it’s impossible to use the bedroom because the radiator doesn’t work at all. Moreover, there is ventilation on the doors that cannot be closed, making the room unbearably cold—below 16°C.
Simply, because of this situation, I would never recommend anyone to stay here in winter time. We stayed there for 7 nights and had these problems everyday constantly.
- Nicola (5/5): Passable - The location is fantastic. The neighborhood is very quiet and lovely, but it's still easy to get around London from here. There's also a large grocery store within walking distance.
The house offered plenty of space for our group of five. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, and they even provided coffee and tea. The entire place is overall in good condition and was very clean. It was also great to have a free parking spot in London. The house looked l like it does in the provided pictures. Despite all the positives, I CANNOT RECOMMEND renting this place, mostly due to the very problematic behavior of the staff at the managementcompany. I stated from the beginning that we wanted to do the check-in in person, despite the fact that their office is 50 minutes away from the property. I was then again and again asked to check in online, for which they requested a photo of my ID and my credit card. When I explained that this is highly problematic due to data protection issues and that I would just provide the information in person, I was still asked multiple times to send in the documents. Worried that they might cancel our booking and we would not have a place to stay with less than 2 weeks' notice, I asked them if we could check in at the property if we were running late. This would have been an additional 50-pound cash fee. Throughout all of this It seemed very clear that they had no interest in me coming to their office.
I was then told that as I wasn't willing to give them my credit card information, I would have to transfer the deposit, and the money would have to be in their account prior to our arrival. I found this problematic, but again, I was worried we'd be left without accommodation if I refused to do so. I transferred the requested amount to the ONLY banking information they provided, and was then told that because I had sent the money to the wrong account, there had been a fee and so they would only return the amount of money they had received. They refused to acknowledge that the mistake had been made on their end and that's why we were not refunded the full deposit.
Before we booked this place, I saw a lengthy review from early 2024 about the noisy heaters and thought that surely the issue would have been fixed by now. We were very wrong. The heaters were very loud all throughout the day and night. The noise is clearly connected to a maintenance issue because it's far beyond the normal sounds of radiators.
- John (8/5): While it is a lovely property, issues with constant clicking by the radiators and showers problems were somewhat disrupt - The property was large and spacious with 4 bedrooms spread across 3 floors. Overall a 4* let.
It was in a nice neighbourhood near a large pond with water birds. When the heating was turned on, most of the radiators made a continuous clicking sound which never went away, making it difficult to sleep. There were also issues with the en-suite and family bathrooms.

The house is not far from central london, there are 2 stations near by and a bus stop so access is easy as well as there is free parking ( we had a rental car from the airport so it was super to have the space to park for free )
