Maria (1/5): Un soggiorno con buone premesse, ma purtroppo rovinato da gravi disagi - La posizione era comoda, in una zona ben collegata. L’accesso alla struttura era facile e autonomo, il che ha reso l’arrivo pratico e senza complicazioni. Purtroppo, diversi aspetti hanno reso il soggiorno deludente. L’appartamento non era pulito a dovere: il cuscino sul letto era già sporco al nostro arrivo e l’acqua nella doccia non defluiva, segno evidente di uno scarico ostruito e non pulito. Inoltre, al rientro dopo una lunga giornata fuori, abbiamo scoperto che non funzionavano più né il riscaldamento né l’acqua calda. Siamo stati costretti a cercare un altro alloggio per la notte, cosa molto scomoda. Il problema è stato risolto solo il giorno seguente, ma il disagio che abbiamo subito è stato notevole, specialmente considerando che avevamo già pagato l’intero importo in anticipo
