The location is ideal for skiing in Kaprun, just a few minutes from the ski resorts, which made everything incredibly convenient. Room was clean and kitchen was fully equipped. Liked the facilities. We also had a nice mountain view Nothing major, just small tidbits: Heated pool was a bit on the colder side. Ski room door from inside the hotel is also locked so it caused a lot of back and forth as we were a group :)

We booked a two-bedroom apartment, which was the perfect size for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the apartment itself felt brand new—modern, stylish, and offering a stunning Alpine view. The aparthotel also features a sauna, which we all really enjoyed. The outdoor pool was beautiful as well, although a bit cold for my taste. Communication with the staff was excellent throughout our stay. They were extremely helpful, responsive, and kindly allowed us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. nothing

• Tanja (10/5): Wir kommen wieder. - Da wir in der absoluten Nebensaison (Oktober) gebucht hatten, war die Rezeption selten besetzt, aber immer via Whatsapp erreichbar. Wir haben den Pool rege genutzt und auch der Saunabereich war sehr schön und gepflegt. Der direkte Zugang zum Pool war super. Sehr hochwertig ausgestattetes Appartment.

• Roland (9/5): Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Hotel! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! - Sehr modenes Appartement-Hotel mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut und so wie beschrieben. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zeitlich unbeschränkte Nutzung des Pools war super! So konnte man auch zeitig früh und abends kurz rein springen... Der Weg zum kleinen Bahnhof war kurz und mit der Gästekarte konnten wir die Bahn kostenfrei nutzen, z. B. um nach Zell am See zu fahren. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad mit nur einem Regalboden waren etwas begrenzt. Mit mehreren Personen im großen Appartement war das etwas zu wenig. Aber wir sind dennoch gut klargekommen.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome - friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Whether it was a quick question about the area or a small request in the room, their warm attitude really stood out. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare full meals, including high-quality appliances and plenty of cookware and utensils. The living area was modern and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Even small touches, like quality linens and fast Wi-Fi, showed attention to detail and guest comfort. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the environment was, making it easy to unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the added bonus of hotel-level service. I highly recommend Emma Deluxe to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay, with staff who genuinely care about your experience. I’ll definitely be returning! The only thing I think of are sometimes you would get flies coming in, it would be beneficial if you get some flies trap.

There is also a small sauna and small open swimming pool that is excellent combo after a full ski day. There could be one or two more pans for cooing. Rest is really good.

We did not need anything more than what was provided, and everything was in perfect working condition. On arival, we were offered welcome drinks by the host before we proceeded with our check-in. The bus service provided between the villages was sometimes lacking, busses would just drive past without stopping leaving us waiting 45 min. The bread service was a hassle also, as new guests we were not aware that there are two apartment hotels with the the name Emma, it took well over 2 hours for someone to inform us that our order might be at the other apartment building, and then had to walk there to find out if our order was there.They are well aware that his happens sometimes but did nothing to help.

One of the for one adult is having only roof ceiling window not pleasant to sleep in. 2 bedrooms with only one bathroom for 3 adults while one family; a couple and 2 babies within my group got 2 bathrooms In some days it was warm and felt difficult to sleep at night. The owner should think of providing a portable fan

There was an innapropriate time manegement, people who stayed in the pool would bother everyone until midnight which made us uncomfortable. As well as the requirement of nets to prevent bugs from entering the property. Lack of enough parking spaces.

• Shelley (10/5): A beautiful place for us to remember, creating a memorable 21st birthday trip for our son too. - In terms of the apartment - that was located perfectly in between the 2 ski areas. It was quiet, great parking, easy to find, beautifully laid out apartment with a great view of the mountains. Everything was comfortable and decorated very tastefully. They had left some really nice welcoming touches - and we were all very delighted to come back after a days skiing to relax there. We liked the seating arrangement and had many memorable meals around that table. The staff were really friendly and the spa facilities including the pool was such a bonus. After a long days skiing to be able to have a sauna and also swim in a heated pool outside was just divine. Also loved the heated drying room and racks for our ski gear - having dry and warm boots to put on in the morning was fantastic. We liked everything about our stay at Emma Apartments.
