This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe. Smoking is strictly permitted only in the designated outdoor area provided with your accommodations. This may include a private patio, balcony, garden, or the front space of the property.
Smoking inside the property—including through open windows—is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a £250 fee, which covers the cost of additional cleaning and any potential damage caused.
Before smoking, please ensure the apartment door is fully closed to prevent smoke from entering the property. This helps us maintain a clean and fresh environment for future guests.
All cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of responsibly in the ashtray or disposal box provided. Any damage caused by cigarette butts, ash, or related materials will be charged accordingly.We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). The apartment is located in the 3rd floor with no elevator.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- SUMPLEMIX (10/5): - Great location is a secure gated complex. The apartment was lovely modern and spacious . We shopped at Asda thats 5 min walk and theres lots of bars and restaurants nearby so you have a great choice . We loved it and the views on offer so we will be back again 🙂 Nothing

Good facilities - well equipped kitchen, toiletries etc Parking included although note allocated space is outside of gated area. Local restaurants and supermarket close by. Local attractions easily accessible by car. Plenty of buses but not used during our stay. Cleaning could be better - shower head, skirting boards Balcony furniture needs attention Coffee machine does not take easily available pods

- David (10/5): Beautiful Apartment in Brighton Marina - The location was ideal as one of my UK favourites is Brighton Marina. The apartment was extremely large and the balcony was a bonus. The facilities had everything we needed. Communication with Airhost were very responsive. Walking up the stairs but that's an age thing and we knew it would be that way. Other than that, nothing to not like.
- Justine (10/5): Great location to explore Brighton with parking - We like the location and ability to park our van. Weve stayed here a few times now and it feels like our second home. Spacious apartment and good kitchen. Plenty of buses or you can walk into the main Part of Brighton. Some people wouldn’t like the stairs but we are fine with them.
- Marianne (9/5): - My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean and spacious with a nice view. There was ample storage for our stuff in the bedrooms, and the dining table was big enough for us both to work at it. The beds were comfy, the building felt very secure, all the kitchen appliances we wanted were there and everything worked. We liked the location, especially how easy it was to reach the beautiful undercliff path, and the Marina is fun to explore. Communication with the hosts was speedy and they were very pleasant. There was some confusion over whether we needed visitor parking permits or not (it turned out we didn't). There is no lift up to the top floor - not a problem for us but anyone whose mobility is not great might find the stairs a bit much.
- Amanda (10/5): Found a true gem in Brighton! - The host was amazing with communication and information on checking in etc. Always felt they were at habd if needed. Perfect location beautiful apartment. I feel I've found a real gem to return to for future visits. I find it hard to note anything that I didnt like about this apartment. The only minor issues experienced were the extractor fan in the ensuite wasn't working. The double bed my parents found was creaking to turn over in bed and just probably needs tightening. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay!

Not the quietest - Great location, spacious, comfortable beds, very homely, well stocked - utensils; towels; washing up stuff etc, free allocated parking, nice views from front of apartment. Patio doors and windows very tricky to open and close, balcony furniture old and rusty, windows filthy, kitchen kick board broken, boiler stopping and starting throughout the night, sofa needs a good clean underneath the cushions (had to look for something that was lost) .

Liked the use of dishwasher, plenty of cups glasses etc. Good sized kitchen. Good location, nice to walk down past marina. Handy car parking space. Very quiet location, no noise from neighbours. Pillows were lumpy and need replacing. Under pillow didnt have a cover on. The mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable and the frame squeaked a lot even with the slightest movement. No coffee pods for the machine available.

- Barry (9/5): An excellent place to stay whilst visiting Brighton - We had an excellent stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location was peaceful and the benefit of free, allocated parking was a bonus. We left the car parked and used the good bus service to get into the centre of Brighton. We look forward to returning next time we are in Brighton. The only slight downside for some people may be that it is on the third floor with no lift.

Perfect size living room with table and chairs, comfy sofas. Excellent area to be in with a charming walk up the promenade I think the cleanliness of the table and chairs on balcony could be improved although I understand that seagulls are hard to keep away
- The (8/5): Brighton Marina apartment - Whole apartment on the 3rd floor at the far end of the marina about ½ mile walk from the security office and local buses. Great place if you are looking for days out in Brighton and Hove, but don't want the noise in the evenings. Plenty to do on the Marina and some decent places to dine. The mattress was very uncomfortable.
