• Margerie Margarita (3/5): Disappointed - Location They provide toothbrush that’s really cheap with poor quality. Very hard that harmed gums and teeth. Towels are yucky. My flight is at 1110pm, I requested if I can keep my luggage to the reception or concierge. They said they don’t do that kind of service.

• Rhys (8/5): Great stay for flights at terminal 3 - Location was everything we needed for our flight the following morning. The room was clean and air conditioned, with good WiFi. Nothing.

• Magdalena (9/5): - It is very nice location, just a 15 min walk to terminal 3. Main bed is very comfy, pull out sofa much less, but it was ok for kids. We didnt like that we had no possibility to leave luggage somewhere, since our flight was in the evening. We also didnt get any advice, where we could leave it in the neighborhood, and i suppose it is much easier for locals to find this kind of info.

• Ginalyn (5/5): - Convenient for going to the airport. It's very close, and there's no traffic to stress you out, especially when you have an early flight to catch. Two towels provided for three adults and two kids were not enough. Five people were booked, and we arrived around 10 PM. Because we had an early flight, we needed to check out at 5 AM the next day.. My sister stayed with us until we checked out, but we managed to talk to the owner and the lady who assisted us, who were very nice people. We paid an additional charge of Php 700 for my sister to stay, which was fine. My only concern was their bath towels; they had a really bad smell. After drying off, the smell would transfer to your skin, which was so yucky that I needed to wash again and use clean clothes to dry. Proper wash of the towels would be good ,overall place is cleaned.

Note, there are two from receptions (North Wing and South Wing), so best to find out which your are staying at before you arrive Additionally, there is a sky bridge over the highway which is a max 10 mins walk to the accommodation. Free and easy from the airport. It's called Runway Manila.

• Tiah (5/5): Overnight stay in Manila - It was in a great spot and easy to get to. Very close to the airport, and lots of food around. It was quiet even though there was a busy street outside. Lots of security guards around, even at 3:30am when we had to leave for the airport. The rooms felt a little dirty. The floor mats weren't clean, there was a nearly used toilet roll left in the bathroom, there was female hair on the clean towels, and marks on the clean bedding.

• Jessica (8/5): Good for a quick overnight stay - Comfy bed, linens were clean and smelt good. We stayed for only 8 hours and it was perfect for us to sleep at and then catch our morning flight. The location was confusing, there is no signage at all to find the hotel, it has 2 seperate lobbies that are 50m from eachother. We went to the one that was at 150 Newport Blvd and the staff there didn’t know what we were talking about even though we had booked a room. It was very confusing but eventually they told us to go to the hotel lobby (again unsigned) directly next door to McDonalds (so not 150 Blvd as it says in the description.) The location of the hotel is noisy with sirens and traffic noise at all hours. This is our first time to Manila so that may be the case for most places. There were no bath towels.

When we finally entered the room, it had clearly not been properly cleaned—there were unsanitary stains in the toilet and hairs on the floor, giving the impression it hadn’t been fully prepared for new guests. We arrived just after 4 pm (check-in 2 pm) and had to wait around 30 minutes while the previous guest checked out late, which we also witnessed. While we understand late check-outs happen, this should never compromise the next guest receiving a clean, ready room at the check in time.

• Hirokazu (10/5): amaging! - This is my third time staying at this apartment hotel, and I've always had a very comfortable and wonderful stay. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The kitchen is also very spacious and comes fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, a refrigerator, etc. The bedrooms are very comfortable, with clean sheets and beds. The bathrooms are also very clean, and shampoo, body soap, toilet paper, etc. are fully stocked. The kitchen utensils are a little old, especially the frying pans. It would be nice if they provided new ones. Other than that, it's perfect.

No internet connection. I tried to notify the concierge, but nothing happened. Didn't have internet access the whole time during my stay. There cockroach by the main door when I entered the first time. There were cockroaches under the electric kettle.

• Irina (7/5): Affordable option to stay near the airport. - Location, price. Shower was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good place to stay between the flights. No hand soap - had to use dishwashing liquid which is quite drying for the skin. No drinking water or tea/coffee provided. But 711 is 1 minute walk away, so this was solved easily. Saw a cockroach in the kitchen. Otherwise the place was clean, so cockroach might be not their fault, it can happen in apartment buildings. But still.

Apartment very dirty and a lot of unnecessary equipment stored in. AC was leaking like crazy in the middle of the room.

• Andrew (7/5): Good - Arriving at T3, it's very easy to walk to the apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished and not small. The kitchen is very tiny! The apartment in general is fine, but it is beginning to show signs of neglect. Aircon in the main living area is broken. One ring of 2 in the cooker is broken The bedroom aircon looks close to joining its living room colleague. No bedside lamps, there was one broken lamp in the sitting room that was probably once a bedside lamp. The owner needs to give this place some serious TLC and restore it to a very good apartment
