- Marc (10/5): Un seul regret: ne pas avoir eu assez de temps pour profiter encore un peu de cet hôtel... - Le petit déjeuner est composé d'un superbe buffet. La piscine est belle, spacieuse avec un beau bar et des transats pour tout le monde. La possibilité de pouvoir manger de bons plats au bord de cette piscine est un plus dans mon évaluation. Je ne vois rien à changer à cet hôtel... La preuve en est que j'y suis revenu après un séjour passé en 2018 - 2019. Si nous pouvons revenir un jour à Marrakech, c'est certain que nous repasserons par cet hôtel.

Everything was clean, not overcrowded. The food excellent and the staff amazing.they even have little tortoises in the gardens. Timmy (baby), Tammy (mid sized) and Tommy (largest) The service by the pool was a little slow but who’s really bothered when you are on holiday.

The on site spa is incrediable and worth a visit, excellent therapist and wide range of treatments. WIFI connection is not great, this is a problem everywhere in the City! Download your maps before setting off, that way no wifi no problem!
- natasa (9/5): Très bel hôtel - Très joli hôtel, à taille humaine - pas trop grand , mais pas petit-avec tous les équipements nécessaires: belle piscine, salle de sport assez petite, mais très bien équipée (tapis Matrix et poids Precor, neufs) et donnant sur la piscine. Hôtel joliment décoré et confortable. Très belle suite de 60m2 avec un espace de vie séparé et une chambre, grande salle de bain et 2 toilettes et un balcon donnant sur la piscine. Literie parfaite. Grande bouteille d’eau fournie tous les jours. Staff attentionné et gentil. Très bon petit déjeuner avec les omelettes, les msemens et les petites crêpes faites à la demande. Situé dans Gueliz, le quartier moderne, sa la localisation est un peu loin à pieds de la Medina où les meilleurs restaurants, Spa et attractions se situent - il faut compter plus de 30 min.. Les restaurants autour proposent surtout de la nourriture européenne, sans intérêt pour nous. Petit déjeuner: une suggestion pour qu’il soit parfait serait de rajouter une variété de fruits au buffet (en plus des oranges et poires qui n’étaient pas exceptionnelles). Un thé de bienvenue traditionnel lorsqu’on attend la chambre serait un plus.

- martine (3/5): Déçu a éviter - Rien Déçu .la première chambre Deluxe attribué était dégoûtante .je mettrai photos .côté gare une bruit énorme même avec double vitrage .une odeur dégoût dans la salle de bain .je suis allée voir la conciergerie très bien j ai été surclasser du coup chambre côté piscine .le soir la musique est arrêtée très tard . arrivé le dimanche le lundi matin a 9 on toque a la porte et elle s ouvre la femme de ménage qui venais faire la chambre alors que nous étions dedans .et par la suite on partais le matin et on revenait vers vers 15/16 h et la la chambre jamais faites il fallait aller réclamer .le petit dej pour un 4 étoiles n est pas a la hauteur produits de cantine .le personnel pas top .c est une usine .a part l emplacement je ne conseille pas cet hôtel pour le prix qui est très haut .

- Sandra (8/5): Gutes Hotel, Zimmerreinigung könnte besser sein - Wir waren nach einer Marokkorundreise nur die Nacht vor unserem Abflug in diesem Hotel und schätzten die Nähe zum Flughafen. Trotz der Lage direkt an einer Hauptstraße war es im Zimmer wegen der doppelten Schiebetür zum Balkon ruhig. Grosses Badezimmer. Das Essen im Restaurant am Pool war gut, der Service freundlich. Wir hatten leider sehr viele Haare von unseren Vorgängern auf dem Zimmerboden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich, aber die Verteilung ist sehr unlogisch, nicht übersichtlich. Fruchtsaft draussen, Kaffee/Tee drinnen. Offene Konfitüre draussen bei den Pancakes, Fertigmarmelade und Butter drinnen bei den Brötchen. Man muss alles zusammen suchen.

- Aykan (3/5): Schöne Anlage, aber mangelhafte Hygiene und laut - Die Anlage selbst ist sehr groß und optisch ansprechend, besonders der Pool im Innenhof macht einen guten Eindruck. Die Zimmer und Bäder wirken frisch renoviert, lediglich die Zimmertüren und die Couch sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war die Sauberkeit katastrophal. Bei Ankunft fanden wir viele Haare im Badezimmer. Trotz Reklamation an der Rezeption und der Zusage, dass nachgereinigt wurde, änderte sich nichts. Das Schlimmste: Auch im Bett fanden wir unter der Decke Haare, sodass wir uns so geekelt haben, dass wir die Nacht ohne Decke verbracht haben. Zudem sind die Fenster trotz Doppelverglasung nicht schalldicht – der Lärm der Hauptstraße ist deutlich zu hören. Das Frühstück bietet zwar Auswahl, aber der Hygienestandard lässt auch hier zu wünschen übrig. Für uns im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Region leider nicht empfehlenswert. Nie wieder.

- Christos (7/5): Οκ διαμονή - Ήταν κεντρικά..5' από την πλατεία..ήταν δίπλα στο mall και στην Μ avenue..ήταν καθαρά, ωραία πισίνα, ευγενικό προσωπικό.. δίπλα στην στάση των τρένων.. ήταν οκ! Δεν μου άρεσαν τα παράθυρα διότι είχε 2 παλιά αντί να έχουν κουφώματα αλουμινίου και έτσι είχε πολύ φασαρία και τις 2 βραδιές δεν κοιμηθηκαμε..να διαλέξετε από την μεριά τησ πισίνα γτ από εκεί δεν ακούγαμε θόρυβο!
- Georgia Maria (7/5): Είχε πολύ θόρυβο αλλά ήταν οκ σαν ξενοδοχείο - Ηταν δίπλα σε όλα Είχε πάρα πολύ θόρυβο έμεινα άυπνη λόγω την ηχομόνωσης, γιατί είχε 2 παλιά παράθυρα αντί για ένα αλουμινίου!
